I have been a patient at Wesson for several years and always get great service. I would recommend Wesson to anyone at anytime if they want perfect customer service and care.

Ive recently started to have tinnitus and was told to go to Wesson Hearing Center to demo some masking hearing aids to cover the noise. The staff was great and have been very understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend.

Out of all the hearing places Ive been to,this one is the best! The staff was very nice from the time I walked in to the time I saw the audiologist. And they answered all questions and helped me understand about my hearing I didnt know about so thank you

They are expert in improving hearing and getting you fitted properly. They help with any issues you might have and solve them for you. Using the best technology available they are field leaders. I highly recommend them.

This is the best place to get hearing aids and the service is outstanding. Theres good hearing, better hearing in Stockton,(terrible service) but this is the best. Wouldnt go any where else. Thanks Wesson hearing center.

First time going here I had a good experience lady that help me she was really nice, she was very good at explaining everything I need it to know I’ll definitely recommend!

Love this office. Looks like a little cafe, they have a selection of complimentary coffee. No long waits was called within five minutes. Christina was very nice made me feel very welcome

My hearing aids had an issue, they took mine in right away and gave a loaner set that was the same as I had, a week alter I got a call mine were ready and they gave me a new pair. Service and people are always friendly and they always take care of their customers well. If you feel like being treated like family come have your hearing needs taken care of here.

I took my son here for his hearing aid and we loved their service. The doctor was very friendly and explained everything detailed and their prices are reasonable. My son is very happy with his new hearing aid he got top of the line!!

Wesson Hearing failed to; contact me when aids were repaired and returned, inform me that they do not support Phonak hearing aids from the start (thus forcing me to have to go to original hearing center anyway just to have my aids be functional or even charged), and also failed to show any accountability when settling the charges.Overall highly dissatisfied and I do not recommend going here.

I had an appointment to have my hearing aids adjusted. Doug Wesson answered some questions that I had, and did an outstanding job of adjusting my hearing aids.

The whole staff were very Caring and helpful in explaining everything that was going to happen. Answered all questions. Very impressed with the whole environment.

They have been great. I had a problem with one of my hearing aids and they gave me a loaner that day and had replacements the next week.

My experiences with Wesson Hearing Aid Center in Manteca were awesome.All staff members are so friendly and helpful.My hearing aids are so wonderful, so easy tooperate. I just bought a TV device from them that is streamed to my hearing aids, all I have to do is flip a switch and can hear the TV. Me Wesson even came to my home to set it up for me.I am so happy with all the services I received, I even got a years supply of batteries.

My wife has been wearing hearing aids for more than 25 years but her hearing has still slowly deteriorated. Her three-year-old hearing aids were helping but still so much sound, especially speech differentiation, was just lost to her. She read several articles about the Oticon Opn hearing aid, its new technology and the real success hearing loss sufferers had exxperienced with it. We were interested in more information about the Oticon product but Diane had not been particularly impressed with the level of interest or effort her most recent audiologist provided so we began to research hearing aid distributors. Thankfully, we read about Doug Wesson and his hearing aid centers in and around Manteca. Diane called for an appointment and was able to go to the Ripon location the next day. No money was exchanged but she left Wessons office that day with Oticon Opn demo hearing aids to try! We never expected that kind of service. Diane wore the hearing aids a week and experienced life altering improvement in her ability to hear - and more importantly - to undertand speech. She hears things like rain and the furnace running now. She is delighted both with these new hearing aids and with Doug Wesson and his whole staff for their nonflagging support. If you have hearing aids that still leave you working too hard to try to understand speech, or most especially, if you have hearing loss but have never invested in hearing devices, we wholeheartedly recommend the new Oticon Opn product paired with the kindness and experience of the folks at Wesson Hearing Aid Center.
