Very impressed with Raj the store manager. I had an issue with my new I phone and Raj handled it in a very professional manner. His acumen with these phones is impressive. I will go back to this establishment in a heartbeat. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are pleased and satisfied before you leave. If your lucky you can pick his brain while you’re there. He knows his phones.
I would like to praise employee Alberto who was very helpful when I went to the store late on a Saturday and he reset my phone which had been sitting in a hot trunk. He was so professional, polite and cordial that I called his manager to praise him and then I returned to the store later in the week to purchase a new charger. It is reassuring to know that Alberto is so well-informed, attentive and helpful in solving phone problems. Thank you for being so accommodating and gracious!!
I thought the manager was great! Very knowledgeable and congenial. Dont know why I am reading such terrible reviews. I didnt want to be there I was upset I needed another phone although it has been 7 years.! Very comfortable setting pleasant overall experience glad I went.

Alberto took his time and gave me the details for The various plans offered in my Verizon app in spite of having another customer to deal with and running into extended store hour.. I went into this location to get a new phone. The manager was beyond rude and made it feel like we were asking for the world when asking minor questions. We left the store, to return quickly, for the manager and the worker to go in their cars and smoke massive amounts of weed and had no idea how to do their job. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place need to shut down. I pay for my mobile plan not free ..i dont accept this kind of bad customer service. that person was so rude, busy doing his social media, no customer service. i walked in and he told me what u need really!!!!! i always have bad experience in this store.
Terrible customer service at this location. went into the store with the problem of missing contacts in my iphone. The gentleman working there was assisting a customer when I walked in, greeted me and asked what I needed, when I explained my situation he was very short and dismissive in his reply which basically was that my phone was old and I needed new, he couldnt help and to go to apple. The solution to my problem took my daughter a total of 5 minuets to resolve after looking it up when she got home. Had the employee not been so rude and taken a moment to actually even take my phone in his hands to look at, its more then likely that he actually would have been able to help me so that I didnt have to wait two days with no contacts until my daughter was able to help.

Great place to shop for any Verizon products. The staff is super. I have been there quite a few times and they really take their time with you. They are also up on all the new products. If one doesnt know they go to another or look it up. They have never made me feel like I was wasting their time.

Im giving this three stars because the people who work here are generally good and try hard to help us but Verizons rules are really not geared toward helping the customer at all.

My husband and I had the pleasure of going to the Manville Verizon retailer today. They are awesome. Rashan and his manager went out of their way to assist us. Very pleasant experience. They are totally customer oriented. I highly recommend using them, I know that I will return to them.
Zero stars .... WARNING!! This is an INDIRECT Verizon store. They are not controlled by Verizon Corporate and set their own inflated prices and fees. Go to a Corporate Verizon store and get lower prices and Customer Service! The manager (Wesam) at the store even posted a glowing review to boost up his review rating and pretty sure employees did the only other positive ones. This store has been reported and is currently being investigated by Verizon Corporate. Beware, the owner owns over 700 other indirect stores so verify you are at a Corporate Store before you buy anything!!
On multiple occasions I have visited this location. For starters, I have NEVER been greeted with so much as a hello. There is no formal order for how people are helped. We went in today and we waited about 20 minutes. One representative sat at his table, awaiting someone who had actually left the store to return. Another woman, helped a woman and then helped another family that was already being helped by the guy who was awaiting the client who left the store. Then we were skipped over. Finally, we left and decided we would never come back here. Too much of a hassle, unfriendly and unwelcoming staff and piss poor customer service.

Arrived here around 7:15 pm...they close at 8:00 I later learned. First impression not so good. There were other customers there already being helped, but there was no greeting of any kind. I killed some time perusing their displays of phones. After about 20 minutes of not being acknowledged by anyone, I deduced this was not going to be my night as it was already late. I may come back during the day and hopefully catch them when its slow. Ill reserve final judgement until then.
I just walked into the store and my first impression was not the greatest. First the Reps were wearing hoodies, not appropriate and Allowed by Verizon Wireless corporate structure. The representative Brian was sitting leaning back on a chair with headphones watching a tablet not showing any interest in the customer that just walked into the store. Show no signs of knowledge professionalism and respect for the company he represents. I work for Verizon Wireless corporate for 5 years and work for T-Mobile representing tpr stores all across the malls. I took their lack of customer service personal. In any sales job great customer service is the key to succeed

I asked for the 2 year contract for a phone I was replacing. Im now paying monthly for my phone. When I called to return it, the guy (manager) said it would cost more to return. I would also have you return the case I was given. Very shady. Next time, Id just go to a regular Verizon store where they dont strong arm you into a phone that you have to finance monthly

I wish I could give no star but I had to choose at least one. Today may 31 was the worst experience I have ever had. The appearance of the worker that approached us looked very unpresentable. He was rude and very pushy we would ask him something and he would talk over me
So I purchased my Iphone 5c online and I wanted to get a micro sim card for it. When I got there, there were three employees working. Out of the three, only one of the employees greeted me with a hello and sat me down. I told him my situation and he got right on it. The problem I had was that he wasnt being very informative. From a customers standpoint, I didnt feel like I was being helped in understanding why the phone wasnt activating or that it needed a specific sim card. He tried to explain it but it was very brief. He got my husbands information down to activate my phone and it still wasnt going through. He then said that my phone wasnt compatible with their carrier. I didnt show it, but I was highly disappointed. Ive been waiting to get my phone replaced for a while and yeah, it wasnt their fault but at the end of the day, I was not a happy customer. He also mentioned that I have to pay $25 for the sim card even though I am a current Verizon Wireless user. I could have swore its free... I dont know. Maybe Im the one who doesnt know anything.

Went here to buy a case for new iPhone 6s. Salesman insisted we buy the new Full proof glass protector that came with lifetime warranty. Well one day later, screen cracked and store manager would not help rectify the situation. Do yourself a favor and shop online.
My wife was charged $26.75 for a Verizon sim card . That is insane since Amazon charges $5.99 with free shipping or $1.99 on ebay with free shipping.
Charged me for a SIM when Verizon will do it for free. When I tried to return it, they charged my card again. Go to an actual Verizon store, not an authorized retailer.
Saturday night July 7th.. hours state closes at 9pm.. it’s 8:30pm and the doors are locked and no one is around. That’s terrible business if you ask me.
