Went there shopping for a new rest, and needed to pick up a peep and some string for a new D-loop on my bow. I do pretty much all of my own work on my bow - the only thing I havent done yet is restring it. This is not where I normally go, but I was driving by, so I figured Id drop in and check it out.As soon as the guy there found out I was planning to install the rest myself, he became incredibly condescending, like theres no way I could possibly do that properly on my own. Then he wanted to charge me $25 for a peep and a few inches of string for my D-loop. Never going back - never recommenting to my friends.

I found the shop to be very helpful. Neither myself or my boyfriend, or his son knew how to shoot before coming here. They were very patient and kind and gave us endless instruction. Everywhere else we went for help treated us like we were an inconvience, especially Archery Country. So to the person calling himself Walter White I feel that You Are Insane!! Now my entire family comes here, and everyone loves the place. This place is full of thieves. They were supposed to cut, nock & fletch 6 of my arrows. The fletchings fell off on the first pull. I brought them back to be re-fletched. That was in September 2013. It is now January 2014 and I still dont have them. Every time I call I get a lame excuse as to why theyre not done. Finally they told me they were done and they would ship them to me. I hadnt seem them in the mail so I called. 3 weeks later theyre no longer at the shop, and they never came in the mail.Every time I talk to somebody they always blame somebody else. I havent received even ONE apology. My first step now is to post this review, step two is to contact the Better Business Bureau, and my third is to walk in there and demand my money back.I thought the place would be great. They were expanding the business, moving to a larger location, and they seemed to have all of their ducks in a row. The front desk lady (Linda, I believe) has been extremely rude to me, and never has once seemed sympathetic to the fact that they are screwing me over.I had to buy all new arrows from a different place just so that I could hunt the 2013 season.This place is CRAP. Do not go here. Go to Capras, Gander Mountain, Cabelas… ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Stay far away. They dont know how to properly run the customer service side of their business, and they obviously, aside from stealing my arrows, did shotty work the first time around. I wouldnt have had to bring them back if they had been fletched properly.This place sucks.
