I showed up for my scheduled appointment for a windshield repair and they explained to me what needed to be done, and I was out the door in an hour. Amazing Job!

I appreciated that their online scheduling tool all my insurance info and communicated with insurance for me (windshield replacement due to heat cracking). The folks at the auto shop next door dropped my keys off and I got a call when the work was done shortly after. The care instructions were clear and I liked having all the paperwork stuff emailed so I dont lose it. The technician who worked on my car seemed professional and polite.

Had my windshield chips/small crack filled! Staff was professional, helpful and friendly. They took me on the shop floor to show me the process and explain the options to me! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Technicians were wonderful and prompt. Clarice was very unprofessional on the phone and hung up after asking if I was going to reschedule a cancelation for a vehicle. It was clear she was not having a good day and it trickled into her tone of annoyance on the phone. We only spoke for 15 seconds and it was rather shocking to hear how aggravated she was with either myself or something else going on.

Twice they called to reschedule my replacement. This last time they FORGOT TO ORDER MY WINDSHIELD! How do you forget to order it???? Nobody took responsibility for the mistake and I finally decided to go elsewhere. Horrible customer service!

Safelite can not be reached. Needed to cancel an appointment. There is no way to talk to a real person. Very disappointing. I have not used the Maple Grove office but did try to call them. I got routed to the main number where you can not talk to anyone.

Love that they have a mobile unit so they can complete the work while I am at work. Easy to schedule and great availability. Used multiple times and would continue to use them.

Fastest and friendly service

Call center asked me several standard questions about my vehicle, insurance and damage. It was determined that I needed a full replacement which was covered by my insurance. I was pleased to find out that my local Maple Grove service center had an opening on the same day. Imagine my surprise after dropping my car off and quickly getting a call from the local service center stating my vehicle was scheduled for a simple chip repair and not a full replacement. I would have to reschedule again for later in the week for a full replacement. Went back, picked up my cracked windshield car and now waiting till the end of the week. National call center messed up my local service appointment so my satisfaction rating is pretty low. Was told one thing by call center, but the local service center made me feel like an idiot for trying to fix something that isnt even repairable. Thanks for stating the obvious here! Maybe Ill add another star when I actually get the replaement done... maybe.

I had my windshield replaced in May. I was told to watch for leaks and none were ever seen, so I thought the install went well. Due to covid, I didn’t drive much and didn’t notice any issues with my vehicle until June. My windshield washer fluid wasn’t working so I had the dealership look at it. Apparently during the windshield install the Safelite tech moved the water line and kinked it. Cost me $100 to “fix” at the dealership. I also noticed at that time that the safelite tech busted the vent near the windshield. Nothing was ever said to me of course. Will never use Safelite again!

We had our windshield replaced today at the Satellite in Maple Grove, MN.Timothy did the work and we are very happy, Everything went smoothly, The service was great and Timothy explained all of the work and what to expect. We are very happy with the result.

The Maple Grove Safelite crew did an excellent job repairing my windshield. I had 2 rock chips that needed to be sealed. Cant even tell the chips were there anymore. Very professional and friendly staff.

Great service. Too me less than 15 minutes to put my car overnight and picked up was no hassle. Very easy to get in and out. A little expensive for the window placement if its broken. Spent about 400 bucks. Wish there were discounts or promotions to lower the payment.

I was able to make an apt and bring my car in on a Saturday. They would have also came to me at work or home but bringing it there for a more specific time worked better for me. They were done before they said they would be. Very friendly and helpful. The window is warrantied as long as I own the car.

This location was able to replace my Mazda 5 windshield OE mazda part and take care of it with my state farm insurance. They picked up our car and drove it to the shop to ensure the extreme cold would not impact the seal and adhesives and returned a few hours later. Good job.

I have been going to Safelite Auto Glass since 2009 and have gone through nine windshield replacements/repairs. I had an appointment on 04/01/2017 at 11:00 AM CT and arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. The technician had excellent customer service skills keeping me up-to-date on an estimated time that my windshield would be replaced. This experience would have gotten 5 stars but feel that more than one technician should have been working at this location. The one working did all he could do to get the windshield replaced in a timely manner. Kudos to the one working there!

I was connected with Safelight through my insurance company. They came to replace my windshield next day, which was a Saturday. They called that morning to confirm the appointment and arrival time. Showed up on time, communicated well and did a great job.Thank you!

Got a note from the repairman after he already left stating it looks like the chip got worse so I should call for a full replacement. I called and learned I would be responsible to pay the full deductible for the replacement and when I spoke with management was informed this happens with 1/100 chip repairs. I called some other glass places and asked how often it happens when they do a repair and was told they are careful to monitor for any cracking and they stop the process if it looks like it is going to crack. I was told by one technician he has never had that happen and the other shops said it was so rare they would cover the deductible for a replacement if that happened. Safelite clearly does not properly train their employees on these repairs to avoid these situations and takes no accountability when it does happen. I would avoid them at all costs.

I went into the shop 2 weeks prior and was quoted $100 more vs their online price. I made an appointment using the online checkout which was fast and easy. The job was quick and thorough. The installation went ok & everything seems to be in place. EXCEPT they didnt bother to clean up after themselves. A quick vacuum would of cleaned it up.

I want to take a minute to recognize and praise the store manager Rob at the Maple Grove, MN location for his professionalism and his efforts to make his customers happy. I am from out-of-state and was in Minneapolis over the holiday weekend for a car show event. While my car was being transported across four states, my rear window glass was damaged during transport. Due to the severity of the glass damage, the rear window needed to be replaced. The damage was a star burst damage with a 3-inch impact point crack with two 10-inch cracks extended out from the center impact point. Since it was a holiday weekend and I needed the car to look presentable at the car show, So I reached out to Safelite Autoglass for help on an evaluation for a temporary patch. Rob at the Maple Grove, MN store informed me over the phone that this type of damage can not be repaired but he empathized with my situation and wanted to see if there was anything he can do for me and scheduled me an appointment. My appointment was the last one of the day on a Friday afternoon and Rob did everything he could to stabilize the glass damage and attempted to make the glass look presentable. At the end, the damage was just too severe for him to do anything to make the glass look better. Whats important here is that regardless of my glass repair results, I am still very satisfied with Robs service due to his efforts and his willingness to attempt to make a client happy! Not only was I very pleased with my visit but its also worth noting that Rob stayed 30+ minutes past closing time attempted to make me happy! Safelite Autoglass, its a team member like Rob who makes your company look good. I ask you to recognize and reward Maple Grove, MN store immediately for what Rob have exemplified.
