I have been shopping here for 10+ years and I am so please when I walk in the door and they know my name! The staff is highly educated on all products and they have over the top customer service! Great store to visit overall.

I come here a lot to get my own personal shampoos and conditioners, and sometimes color for at home use. Its great how they recently expanded into the next spot on the shopping strip. I just wish they carried more products from some lines.

Everyone at this location has always been kind to me. I transferred from out of state and they updated me in the system without a breeze. Seem to be knowledgeable about product. I shop here often and prefer to shop at Cosmoprof over Salon Centric and other stores. Its always been very clean and organized.

This is meant for the Cosmoprof in Blaine. It took me three times to get a CosmoProf card from them allowing me to shop there. I am a beauty school student who lost my school ID card that only has my student number. What I did have all three times was a progress report with my full legal name, a campus managers signature, and my personal ID. The first time they wanted to call the school to make sure I was a student but they were closed. The second time there was no manager on duty. What store operates without a manager on duty? Its nonsense. The third time I was with my friend from school, still in uniform, still with the two pieces of ID aside from the school one, and a bit of an attitude because I was expecting them to turn me away again. But finally, it got worked out. However, only a few employees had actual educational knowledge about their product. Once I get out there in the world I will probably find a different supplier.

Worst experience! Was told unless i had a liscence i couldnt buy anything! After i called to find out if they had what i was looking for never mentioned i needed a liscence on the phone.

Not sure why anyone would put a post a complaint if they didnt take time to talk with the manager about an issue they might have. Most of the time it can be resolved by having a conversation with the persons involved. I have had nothing but a great relationship with the staff at this store. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. The store is always spotless and organized. My advice to the complainers….. You WILL feel better if you air your complaint to the appropriate people. Try and work it out. Dont post it.

This is & will be my New supplies store I had a clippers that I bought from there well they back up there product the clippers I got quite working & Kayla is who I talk to said they could exchange it for me I will be back for all of my supplies for my Barber shop from here on in thanks for doing that I love This store best supplies store ever hands down there the Best go there

Ive never had any problems going here. I live in Buffalo so this store is closer for me and every time Ive been here, theyre working hard on getting the items stocked and cleaning the floor. I like the staff, personally.

There is only one gal here that is genuinely nice, and she has shorter darker spikey hair. The manager and another tall skinny gal are extremely rude almost every time, and one time while I was in there (the day before Memorial Day), someone called and had asked if the store was open on Memorial Day. When the lady working hung up the phone, she says to her manager (completely appalled and sarcastic) she asked if we are open tomorrow! Really lady?! Did you seriously think we would be open?? Without a care in the world that other people were in ear shot. Also, they are often out of major products that I need (developer, clipper spray) and other stylists have said the same thing about the products and the people working there. Never an enjoyable experience.

Always very rude at this location and not vey willing to help when you have any sort of questions. I try to avoid this location I would try the Blaine one instead.
