A great reminder of the days of yore. Lets face it, in a digital age, the bookstore has had its existence threatened. However, this Barnes and Noble has all the charm of a classic, and the warm, cozy environment here cannot be replaced by an e-reader.As with any B&N, friendly staff walk the floor, offering assistance, and the variety of books, gifts, and the embedded Starbucks make it a place to go when you need to get out, but dont feel like you want to go somewhere overwhelmingly busy.Thank you, Barnes and Noble, for maintaining this relic, as it offers a way to transport us back in time, but in a good way.

Super clean and spacious store, had all the books i wanted and staff were helpful

I wouldve given 5 stars however, customer service was lacking. We werent approached not once. I guess youre wondering why I still gave 4 stars....to be perfectly honest, its the biggest Barnes & Noble that weve ever seen. They had full stock of the books that are popular. And most importantly, they have a cafe that sells Starbucks products i.e everything Starbucks sells!Its located in a small community mall with plenty of parking.Best,Sharon

Wide selection of books! Staff are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have.I called ahead to check if they had a book I stock. They did and placed it on hold for me to pick up the next day. Highly recommend coming here for your bookstore needs!

I love the experience this store offers, every time I go pick up a new book to read up. I was so excited to share the experience with my grandma! However, I never realized the store does NOT have wheelchair accessible entrance. It was extremely difficult to help my grandma in and out the store.Anyone that needs a wheelchair accessible entrance, beware.

Barnes & Noble has a nice homey atmosphere with a lot of books. Though the books are generally expensive, its still helpful to find the books and then buy them elsewhere.

I love being able to walk through and pick up an actual book. I like having the different sections of genres to chose from, in addition to a large childrens book area. There was a story reading for kids while we were there. We had several different people ask us if we needed help. We found a ton of books...and toys.. that my 7 year old and 14 year sons wanted to get. I enjoy their enthusiasm for books, however the book prices are steep. We do not go often enough to buy their membership that gives you a 10% discount.

Not enough people working the checkouts had to wait fifteen or twenty minutes to get helped out also a guy followed me around pretty much the entire time, it couldve been the skater vlbe too though. People hate skaters

Great place to hangout with your kids. They have many choices of books and the children area is amazing. My daughters did not like to read. They have now realized that they could choose books according to their age and taste.

Theres some good books and items here for sure. However they signed me up for a membership without explaining there was a yearly renewal. It wasnt overly expensive and was easy to cancel though.

They had lots of good cookbooks about soup! My only complaint is that the website sometimes shows books at the store that arent actually at that location. Aside from that a really nice bookstore!

Its fine. Just doesnt make sense that if I go there my book is $50. If I go there, order the book for pickup from that location it is $38. Im saving you the trouble of pulling the book here, why am I paying $12 more? People were nice though.

Fun outing to Barnes & Noble with my granddaughter. Found some books of interest. There were some good deals on the books. We stopped to grab a a quick cookie and a drink before continuing on through the bookstore. There was plenty of Staff available for any questions we had as we went to the store. We purchased two books and of course made a list of books we will be returning to buy.

I have a Barnes & Noble membership card, Ive renewed it every year for the past 6 years. I dont think Im going to renew it again. The book selection was very basic The only reason I would come to the store was if I wanted some coffee and to browse books at the same time. Even with the membership card the prices are worse than I can get online, and the selection here is very limited in its scope. If you want something off the best seller list you can probably find it here but there is a major lack of research and informational books. I used to really enjoy coming to Barnes & Noble and was always able to find interesting new books but that doesnt seem to be the case anymore. Its not that its bad its just not what it used to be.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! I mentioned in passing at the register that I couldnt find something, at the cashier looked it up and walked my right to it. Then when I went through the checkout a second time, one of the employees overheard that my phone number wasnt linked to my membership, and she offered to take the card and add my number while I finished checking out. I didnt even have to ask for help, everyone was so solicitous and they all helped out the rest of their team.

Such nice people working there. The four people went out of their way to ask me if I needed help. And the lady behind the food and drink counter asked me if I wanted my grandsons hot chocolate to be childrens temperature. Wow is that not impressive or what?***

This is a great store to go to during covid, separated seats, quiet and full of wonderful books. As for children, they have classics here in many forms of mediums to inspire them to read the good stuff.

My granddaughter & I went there to get a few books for her. She had some choices she had decided on & we were helped to the correct area & found all we wanted.

I love this place so many books and memorabilia from games, videos, or books. Things here are a bit on the higher side on price. They also have Starbucks attached to the store if you like coffee. Kids area looking interesting otherwise nothing else is for the decoration.

Normally my go to spot. After being sent back and forth several times to from the checkout area to the customer service book ordering area and the cashier was rude and inconsiderate. She acted like it was a bother to see if they had any copies of John Hope Bryant recent book, and too much more in this space. Then she sent me back and forth a few times. I have severe osteoarthritis in both kneesAfter a few trips, I decided to leave and not go back. I was perplexed, because Ive had good service from them in the past. Generally if they dont have something, they arrange to have it mailed to my home. This was the complete opposite of my normal trips there. Suffice it to say, Im looking for a new book store.

I know it is the Christmas season and retail employees have worked lots of hours, sometimes dealing with frustrated and maybe grumpy customers. But as someone who shops at your store nearly daily, I hope to be treated with some common courtesy. I am not asking for the world, like heaven forbid a little warmth and appreciation for the fact that rather than buy my stuff on Amazon at a cheaper price, I choose to support a brick and mortar. I simply asked a question about an exchange and was instead embarrassed by a manager, I think his name is Wes, with a pointed answer and inference that simply wasn’t true. I hate to hear about retail chains closing but when customers can receive the same product online cheaper and with more sincere appreciation from said online guys, why in this world would anyone waste their time, energy, good mood, and gas driving to this store?

The good: Large store and well laid out. It appears that they have a wide selection of books in all sections.Today: I went in looking for puzzles, for adults, not children. I inquired at the reference desk and asked if they had any more 1,000 piece+ puzzles in the back, as the selection of 1,000+ was slim. I also wanted mature themes (museum flowers, museum art etc.). The girl said yes we have a lot in the back in boxes, theyre just not out. She made no offer to go and get any to restock the shelves (the puzzles shelf was over half empty by the way).There was a rolling cart with some puzzles sitting haphazardly in an aisle, as if it was recently unpacked boxes ready to be set out. I did go through those, but didnt find anything that matched what I was looking for (they were childrens).Then, I stopped at the coffee counter and ordered a strawberry Italian soda. The girl said they didnt carry fizzy water on tap anymore, but I could purchase one out of the cold case and then have her add flavoring to it (for more money of course), so basically Id have to assemble my own soda, and pay way more for it than if they just had it on tap.I then asked where the hot chocolate was (the type in a canister), girl said they were out.Three strikes today B & N, need to up your game a bit.

I always love to buy books here. It has all you need kinds of books. Great book selection. Always feels go to be around books. They always have a great selection of new releases and hot buys. There childrens section is so fun and interactive. The books are endless from the classic childrens books to new ones.

A brick & mortar bookstore is a wonderland for bibliophiles and my entire family loves coming here, we just have to be careful not to find too many interesting books/toys per trip.

I love this location. The staff is so knowledgeable and very kind and sweet. The pops! Are well cared for and I rarely find a damaged box, and have even snagged a chase here. The books are organized and clean. Merchandise, besides clearance spots, are always well kept and easy to find. I love coming here.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how wonderful this store smells! I adore the smell of books and that smell brings back so many good memories. I was with a friend and we were looking for children’s books for first books. The selection is diverse and there should be something for almost any tastes. Prices are good and there is a discount for frequent buyers. The staff is helpful and friendly. There’s a coffee shop inside to enhance your book buying experience. They had a display of vinyl records and players up front, everything old really is new again! Maybe one day I’ll be there looking at my own book on their shelves!

Buy online and pickup in-store? Yeah right.Heading to Amazon to order my book online. And people wonder why B&N are going bankrupt...

Maybe 5-10 years ago seems like bookstores like Barnes & Noble for going to fall to the Wayside of the new Revolution of having everything on your Nook or Kindle books. But I think Society has come back and made books just as popular as theyve ever been. Theres something about a paper book that you cant get from a tablet its just the smell and the feel of turning the pages as you read. You should spend a lot of time here in my junior high and high school days just to get away and is real nice quiet place to relax and grab something from the catfe.

Barnes and Noble is one of the few remaining physical (in addition to their online presence) bookstores, and this one in my opinion is one of the best. I can usually find what I am looking for and what I want, and I can often find good buys that I wasnt necessarily looking for. The info desk is well staffed and always helpful. Being able to use my member discount and coupons is a big plus. A great place to find and buy books and magazines and occasionally other useful items you might not expect to find in a bookstore.

Well laid out and very inviting atmosphere. Bathrooms are so clean it appears you can eat off the floor. However they did ask me to leave after I tried eating a spaghetti dinner directly off the floor to test their cleanliness. I did bring enough for everyone and I would have shared. Oh well, they did mail me my spaghetti leftovers in a reasonable amount of time.
