I summitted 10 phones for battery replacement and the technician was able to complete 7/10 phones for me in one day.

Ive been burned twice at this store. My fault for going back I guess. First time I brought my wifes phone in to have the screen replaced. They did replace it, but the sound quality post repair made the phone unusable. The owner was nice enough to give me $50 bucks back though. This time I went in to have a key fob made.First time I went in I explained I already had the replacement fob, just needed it programmed and cut. Cost is $45. They explained they had to get a skim code, and that would take a day or two. 3 days later I called them to see if they had it. They didnt, but got it shortly after.I went in 2 days after that (30 minutes drive each way) Guy says its going to be $70 because I didnt buy the fob from them. Ive been down this road before. They dont even know how much it costs, theyre never going to get it right.I called an automotive locksmith after, he met me in a home depot parking lot where I was shopping, programmed the fob and cut the key in under 10 minutes. $70. Money will spent.Stay away from this store unless you literally need a battery or bulb.

I got my phone screen replaced here in October 2020. When I got the phone back the screen was elevated more than it was before and the employee said “it will compress down over time, it’s because the original adhesive doesn’t come all the way off”. After I left I noticed scratches on my phone body, the screen was not fully secure (moved when pushing down in certain spots) and never compressed down to normal thickness. I lightly dropped my phone last week on carpet last week and the entire screen assembly popped off. That is when I realized they even forgot the screws to secure the screen in place. This place’s screen replacement service is a scam! Since then I bought a replacement screen and installed it myself in an hour for 25% of the price they charge here. I did have to take screws from an old phone since this place lost mine though

It always seems I go to Batteries Plus Bulbs during an emergency. Yesterday, it was for a motorcycle battery. My friends were waiting for me at a designated spot, but my motorcycle battery was dead. I removed it and quickly went to the Maple Grove store. They ALWAYS have the right battery that I need at the moment. Thirty minutes later, I had the battery in the motorcycle and was on my way. Be it a car battery, motorcycle battery or a specialty battery, you guys always have it in stock.

4.5 stars. These guys were great, put my battery in my Yukon, which is kind of a pain to do, and had the knowledge/courtesy to hook up a temporary power supply so I wouldnt lose all of my settings when they disconnected the battery. The only reason it isnt a five star is that I found the battery online was about $80.00 cheaper after I got home, and no one told me in the store, so had to buy another battery online and return the one bought instore which was a lot of unnecessary running back and forth.

I recently went to the maple grove batteries plus bulbs to look at purchasing new batteries for my golf cart. I was helped by a guy named Brian. I was very impressed how helpful and knowledgeable he was. Also very professional. Friendly and quick service. I got a new screen unit put on my phone and noticed a small blue spot in the display later that day. I brought it back the next day and they replaced it for me right away and even put a new screen protector on it for me (I had put a screen protector on the defect screen before bringing it back).Edit: The second screen started flickering after a few months. I went somewhere else to get it replaced and they told me there are screws missing from my phone! I wish Batteries would have told me that if they noticed the missing screws otherwise it looks like they lost them while repairing...

Brian, the store manager was very helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable when it came to my golf cart batteries. He even helped me install the batteries when the arrived after we ordered them. His customer service and knowledge about batteries are second to none.

Went into batteries plus bulbs on Fri 9-28. I needed batteries changed on 4 watches. Was helped by Brian. He was so helpful courteous and professional. I was in and out on very short time. Went back today to have 1 more watch battery replaced. I would highly recommend this Maple Grove store for an all around good experience.

Great experience. Purchased a battery and received free installation for way cheaper than what others quoted. They plugged in a device so that I didn’t lose all of my programmed radio stations. Another employee replaced the battery on my car door key fob why the other one changed my battery. When I asked about their I-Phone repair services due to my phone being difficult to hook up to a charger the employee asked to look at my phone. He took it in back and was able to clear a bunch of lint that had apparently accumulated in the charging port and the phone worked perfectly again. Best of all he said there was no charge and was happy he could help. I was ready to buy a new phone so he actually saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs to everyone. I really couldn’t be happier with the service I received today.

B+B has been my go-to store for specialty items for a long time. They always are very helpful finding exactly what I need.

Poor experience all around. Had my iPhone screen replaced after it was cracked. The phone then had several symptoms and never worked right. The phone was very slow, unresponsive and quirky - flashed randomly, froze a lot and shut down randomly. They replaced the screen 3 times and still same symptoms. They finally said they would not replace it again and honestly were pretty condescending the whole time as if it was my fault or there were other issues.Finally I had enough and wasted enough time and took the phone to an apple store to check it out. They decided to try and replace the screen before they replaced the entire phone, and low and behold the phone works perfectly now that apple replaced the screen. There is obviously something going on at this store as it relates to these screen replacements as there are other negative reviews similar to mine.All in all I wasted a lot of time, received poor customer service and never got the issues resolved at batteries plus in maple grove. I would avoid this store and save your money and headaches.

It is what you would expect they sell batteries and bulbs of many types if they dont happen to have what you need in stock they can order it in fact if the battery you need is very unique they could rebuild a battery for your application of course this will cost but they do sell batteries and bulbs

Had my watch in for battery replacement. Found out it was solar powered. When we picked it up stem was broken so it couldn’t be set. Even though we don’t know when or how it happened Brian took it to his jeweler. Since it couldn’t be fixed Brian then ordered a replacement watch for me. Then he even took it back to his jeweler to get a link put in the band. He went way beyond his duty to make things work out wonderfully for me. Service is very good. Ive been there when they are busy, and they do a very good job of handling folks in the order they arrived, and helping people as quickly as possible. Employees are very knowledgable. And they have a wide variety of batteries. HOWEVER, I would caution folks to know what they are buying. I purchased a cell phone battery there recently, and although it works fine, it only has 75% of the capacity of the original phone battery, which was not mentioned when I purchased. I find the batteries are usually kind of pricey when you compare to other places, too. But if you want to be certain you will get a battery that works without looking around, this is the place for you.

Buying bulbs can be so technical these days, but the staff here is super helpful and can explain the products well.

I shattered the screen on my iPhone and needed it replaced ASAP. I brought it into the store and it was replaced in 45 minutes and I also got a new battery for a discount! Great place, love the guys working there too!

Had my truck battery replaced. It was quick and easy which is great when it is below freezing. Used online coupon that brought price of battery to within a few dollars of Walmart version of the battery.

They are very rude, when they don’t want to honor their own warranty they lie the thing is not fixable only for you to find out from their competitors from across the street that they just lied to you.Many places in Maplegrove cheaper than here. They even charge for diagnostic when the other place is free.
