The cashier, Cayson H. was extremely unprofessional. I understand that the store may be understaffed and that he likely doesn’t like his job, but that’s not an excuse to have poor customer service. Esp to customers who are spending money in a store that YOU chose to work at.

They are EXTREMELY understaffed. The employees are really slow at their job. They only have 1 cashier ringing even if the line gets 4 or 5 deep. You can clearly see other employees standing around when theyre busy, but they never jump on a register to help. If I could give this place a 0 star review, I would.

The clerk at the counter, his name is Marcel. He was extremely professional refreshingly personable and genuinely responsive to customers. It is very nice to see that an employee enjoys their job and genuinely are happy to see customers come in even when the line gets long. This was the highlight of my day stopping at The Speedway☺️

The quality of the gas itself is great. The cashier scans a speedway card that isn’t mine.

I love the shorter women that works there. Shes always so friendly and nice. But everyone else has attitude. Even have been looking at their phone while checking me out at the register. 5 stars for her but only 2 for the rest of the staff. Ill upset this once I remember her name!

Stopped in at 11:15 pm, may 18th, just wanted to get my nicotine fix, long hair was working or i guess i should say not working, I was completly ignored while he got some guys number ended up leaving with nothing, most disrespectful ish i ever seen in my life, if management is reading this id find a new employee

Stopped at this location on 10/11/21The bakery center was dirty, not much available for donuts to choose from, no tissues or napkins available., While lady at counter was just leaning on counter .No greetings, no asking for rewardsDid tell me to have a good day

Stopped for gas tonight. My husband didnt see the sign about having to pay before pumping. Called the call button the Young girl wasnt responding. Then I told him. The girl in side Very rude and the line was long and took awhile to come out. Never going back. Merry Christmas

I was just here and they could not have been nicer people. I was struggling with the air (specifically, the cap) on one of my tires. Not only did a man come out to get it off, but he gave me free time to make up for the time I missed trying to get that damn cap off!! He also went around and checked the caps on my other tires. I don’t know his name, but THANK YOU!!!I do wish they had an entrance from the busy road (I forget the name) but you can’t have it all.

24/7 with no cashier at 3am? I could not pump gas because the cashier locked the door and was nowhere in sight.

Oh lord, where do I start. The guy who had helped my friend and I didn’t know the difference between a Juul device and the pods. Then when I asked for premium gas he selected unlimited, but I was too irritated to go back in and fix it because there was a line of people and we were already in there for 10 minutes trying to get gas and a new Juul device so it wasn’t even worth going back.

Stopped in here at 1am to buy something. Cashier had friends hanging out in store at the counter with no masks on despite the law you must wear them anywhere indoors. Want to catch covid? Stop by this place. They also hung around the counter while I was trying to pay not social distancing. I guess thats what you get when you hire 16 year olds to work the night shift, they dont care.

Ive stopped here a few times the first time the gas pump wouldnt work an employee had to come up and hit the button really hard to get it to work otherwise Ive never had any hang ups here. Tends to be on the busy side but the staff seems pretty efficient so Ive never had to wait to checkout would recommend

Walked in no greeting got my food went up to the counter cashier had no expression on his face act like he didnt even want to be there and then when he gave me my change he just took it and threw it at the counter and then walked away.

Terrible customer service, staff was horribly rude. also bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and we told someone about it and she rolled her eyes and didn’t do anything about it. horrible.

Edward has been a cashier here for years and I have yet to have one friendly interaction with him. In fact almost all the cashiers here are rude.

If I could rate them a zero I would. The coffee area smelled like horrible rotten milk. It was disgusting, it honestly looked like it hasnt been deep cleaned or even regular cleaned in over a 6 months. I sure hope the health inspector doesnt come in, cause they would be closed. I was afraid to even drink the coffee, not sure when they brewed it last.The employee that was working didnt seem to care about anything but his phone. Not going back!

Say that you are closed on your website say that you are closed on your door signs whatever you do do not keep your pump lights on and your store lights on with employees in the store and not have updated your pandemic hours that is the worst thing with every restaurant right now and/or gas station or fast food place state your hours update us so we know so we are not driving out of our way just to find out you are too lazy to update your website or hours on Google as an owner not employee

I was this location yesterday and complained about the bathrooms being very dirty. I went in today the floors were very dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. I would like to think that third shift employees would clean the store for the following day business.This has always been my speedway that I stop by at 5 times a week. I can’t believe the staff does not take pride in the appearance and cleanness of the building.
