My experience with the maple grove Costco pharmacy was not good at all! I would not recommend them! They supposedly were getting both my prescriptions ready this week. I was never notified when they were ready so I had to call again and they only had one of them ready. When I got there to pick both prescriptions up they had the forgotten one ready and the one they they said was ready was not ready. They said it would be 15 minutes……30 minutes later I am still waiting for both my prescriptions that were originally suppose to be ready. Needless to say I walked out of there with out my prescriptions as I was so fed up waiting. Again I would never recommend. I am switching back to Walmart as I’ve had much better luck with their pharmacy’s

Costco membership discount and Good RX coupons is the best deal on meds when you cant afford health insurance. I saved $52 on 2 medications. With that saving, i was able to buy 34 hot dogs and sodas. I hope i can keep saving this much on my cholesterol medications.

This was my first time using this pharmacy.Pros: Pharmacist or receptionist on the phone was friendly and helpful. I was given a time my prescription would be ready. You do not need a Costco membership to use the pharmacy.Cons: Hard to find parking close to the store. Once you get to the entrance, it is easy to find the pharmacy, although it is not near the entrance. When I got there, my prescription was ready. But then when I gave my insurance information, that added to the time it took. When I finally got my prescription, he put two pill bottles in there. I opened the bag before leaving and there was someone elses prescription in there. I let the pharmacist know and he took the one that wasnt mine back.Whole process took 20-30 minutes. Trying to decide if I want to go again or not. It is conveniently located...Second Experience:Yesterday had a doctor appointment at about 11am at which time my doctor ordered a prescription for me to be picked up at this Costco Pharmacy.Costco Pharmacy called me at 3pm the same day to let me know that they did not have what my doctor ordered but said they would put in a request to get more.I guess I didnt feel like waiting for another bad experience with this pharmacy and I cancelled the prescription and will be using a different pharmacy from now on.One more thing is they open at 10am which can be inconvenient if youre trying to get things done in the morning.

Don’t try and go to the pharmacy At 1:30 on a Saturday - height of shopping - they shut down for an hour

Crabby Saturday morning? In the service industry need to at least try to greet customers not to mention that a half hour after opening they still hadnt checked for called in prescription. Overall, a very poor performance for Costco.

15 people in line, one cashier, and when I got to the front of the line the prescription was not filled- 2 hours after they told me it would be ready
