I recently had SSE out to install new seamless steel siding and new gutters. They were great to work with! Not only was their pricing very reasonable (their seamless steel was considerably less than the other quotes I had received - even less than one of the vinyl siding quotes I had). They came out about a week prior to the installation and walked the yard to make sure that everything looked good and made suggestions for things on the house that I should identify as keep/remove. They did quick work of removing the old siding and getting the new siding up. They even installed the new lights, mailbox and house numbers I had purchased! There was one small issue with a door, but they quickly resolved it! I highly recommend SSE for your next siding project!

Even though they were hired to replace our siding, their roofing expertise led to a critical fix to repair a runoff issue (no charge!).

Fantastic service! I reached out to Alex about getting a quote on a new roof and he was out the next day. The price was incredible! I’m a relatively new home owner so I wasn’t sure what to expect price wise when replacing our roof but they came in much cheaper than any other company I considered. They were out to replace the roof in less than two weeks; one day to bring the supplies and the next to actually do the job. I never saw anyone both days which speaks volumes to their professionalism. They tell you that they’ll be out there at a certain time and they keep their word. I had out many contractors including the one who put on the original seamless siding and SSE by far put on the best product for the money! We had a our French doors removed and a sliding door installed. Turn around time of ordering to setting up install appt was around 6 weeks. My wife and I first became aware of Spotless & Seamless Exteriors (SSE) at the Minneapolis Home & Garden Show, and Steve Roth was great at answering all our questions about steel siding and the installation process. We followed up to get an estimate for our home. Again, Steve was very professional, educating us about the materials and process and explaining our options. Certainly, siding is an investment, and we felt SSE gave a competitive bid. Steve encouraged us to drive by some of the previous homes in our area where theyd done siding work, to see how the siding colors looked, as well as the overall job. We also liked that we were working with a local family-owned company.On the first day, the team from SSE arrived with a trailer to haul away the old, tired-looking 28-year-old siding. They then cut and measured the new steel siding on site. The entire crew was very friendly, happily answering our questions and offering recommendations on a few installation areas. We were impressed with their meticulous attention to detail, daily progress, and efforts at leaving a clean job site each day. In addition, they were able to schedule the siding project and complete it a week before our wedding weekend, just in time for a Sunday open house in which we wed invited 75 people.With the new steel siding, new stonework and professional installation by SSE, our late 1980s home looks like a new house!

Spotless & Seamless Exteriors installed gutters for us a couple weeks ago and they did a fantastic job. They matched our color perfectly. They were the only company to suggest two downspouts on the back of our house and we are so happy we listened them otherwise all of the water would have been going down one side of our yard. With all the rain in the past two weeks the gutters have been doing their job perfectly. Working with them was so great, they did not pressure to upgrades or try to sell us more than what we wanted. We are very happy with the work we had done by SSE! They replaced our roof, windows, siding and garage doors after the hail storm went through last summer, a year ago. Art worked with the adjusters to have as much covered by insurance as possible. Art was awesome to work with! Really all of the people in the company have been great. Excellent service! Had SSE install soffit/fascia/gutters. Art kept us up to date on progress and notified us of unexpected structural issues allowing us to address the issue ourselves to stay on budget. Cost was much lower than other estimates for identical work. Post install, SSE replaced several smaller fascia pieces with larger pieces free of charge. Very satisfied with work, the seamless gutters are great.

We needed to replace our old Masonite siding and gutter system. We knew we either wanted cement board siding or seamless steel siding. We chose the seamless steel to avoid the installation gaps/seams and future possible maintenance issues with the cement board siding. We chose SSE to replace our siding. We discussed all possible options with president Alex and decided on a Kansas Clay color. We also chose to have decorative stone put on the bottom of the front and to have the frames of our existing windows re-wrapped. Alex coordinated all these requirements. The SSE team showed up with state of the art seamless steel siding material and equipment. They went about the job of removing the old siding, installing new wrap and insulation and finally the new stone front, siding and gutters in a timely and professional matter. They worked hard and as a team. I was impressed with the time they took to make sure the siding was going on level as the siding strips themselves can be the entire length of the side of the house. Cleanup was always done every night. The end result is a completely transformed home that we are very proud of. It looks fabulous and is maintenance-free. Our experience with Spotless and Seamless began when Alex arrived for his first visit. Not only was he personable, but very quick to share info, options and ideas for how we could modernize the look of our home. He set the bar pretty high, and none of the other companies who gave us estimates even came close.The guys who did most of the work, Vitaley and Igor, were quick to chat with us about plans, progress, and issues. They also were very meticulous on making sure all components were level and aligned for the best aesthetic. They did find some problems under our old siding, and were very fair in their cost to remedy those issues. Found that our deck needed reinforcement, and they took care of that too. We were very impressed that they cleaned up before they left every day, so our property looked presentable, even though it was under construction.Contrary to what you hear about most contractors, Spotless and Seamless was very good at communications, and kept us informed of problems and schedules so we always knew what was going on. SSE just finished my 2-story colonial with new seamless steel siding, soffits, facia, and gutters. My house is beautiful again after the tornado I went through last fall. The crew was very professional, on time, and did a perfect job. The owner Alex was responsive and worked with me to schedule around my window install. They don’t just hang siding, they must also be professional sheet metal workers. They also framed in my new windows, and cladded them in steel, cladded all the wood around my garage doors and put up new seals, and framed and cladded my entry door. I will never have to sand and paint again. Also they do the vertical board and batten style in steel too which looks awesome. I highly recommend Alex and his crew for your exterior needs.

Excellent products and pricing. I compared SSEs steel siding, roofing, and gutters to another companys vinyl siding, roofing, and gutters pricing and found it to be only a little more for much superior products. In addition, Alex made a great recommendation for Class IV shingles. While these were more expensive, my insurance company offered a 15% discount for installing them which will pay for the added cost in only a couple of years. Yet, I get superior protection for decades. Also, replaced my gutters with larger ones that draw the water away from my foundation faster. Alex handled most of the insurance claim communication and their crew was friendly and respectful to my property. All-in-all a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Spotless went beyond my expectations. They fixed my electrical lines, vents, rotted eaves, etc. The quality of the materials is incredible and the fixes to my ice dam damages solved years of problems for me and my house. The work was rapidly completed (one day for the roof and one day for the gutters & spouts) and nothing on my house or yard was disturbed. They made sure I was satisfied at the end with an inspection and breakdown of everything that was done. Best thing I ever did for my house!

SSE hired sub-contractors for my roof and siding replacements, this was not disclosed on the contract.The vinyl siding install looks great-my thanks to the foreman on site!Check the materials beforehand as the wrong colors were ordered, I caught this and corrected it before the install started.Be sure a portable toilet is in the contract for the crew or they will use the side of your home as a bathroom for the week of the install (as they did at my home, and yes, it smelled). We offered the use of our bathroom but they declined.DO NOT HIRE SSE FOR ROOFING-a large hole was left around a sink vent stack. I also found water leaking into the soffit and behind the siding due to the missing (code required) ice and water shield under the shingles. There are 5 supply stores that stock this material in my city but the roofer elected to skip it in this area!The leaf guard they installed on the gutters caused the edges of the shingles to bend up above horizontal enabling water and ice to enter under the shingles (I replaced the leaf guard with the correct type).The water “kick outs” were not installed on the siding “J” channel until directed by the city inspector.The correct sink vent cover was installed a few days after I called the company (glad I took a walk on the roof to discover this before rain entered the wall cavity).The water leak in the soffit and behind the siding was repaired about a month later and only after pressure from the city inspector.I also had to push the company to purchase the legally required permit with the city.The above fiasco wasted many hours of my time due to the poor/sub-standard work of the roofing contractor and the response of the company owner.SSE built their reputation on siding and it looks great as mentioned above, however be careful at the time of contract signing and review all phases of the install with your city inspector-DO NOT hire them for roofing.

I am moderately pleased with the end product, but extremely displeased with how often and frequently I had to contact them to have small issues resolved after the initial install. The biggest issue was gable vents. Even though our signed contract included them, they were not replaced. It took over 10 months and 20 phone calls (not an exaggeration) to get this and other smaller things resolved. Alex seemed to want to make it right on the phone, but could not remember to do anything once we hung up. Also, the gutter guards do keep leaves out of the seamless gutters, but they also keep the water from flowing in at any intersection of two gutters. Lots of small complaints, but they are terrible at cleaning up the little issues that frequently remain after a large job like the siding, windows, gutters, and facia that we contracted from them.

I am extremely skeptical of contractors, but after working with SSE I can honestly say they have earned my trust. They are clearly dedicated to providing excellent customer service and a quality work product. We worked with our representative for 2 and a half months (insurance company delays) before we ever cut a check, and he was always responsive and helpful. He took the extra time to explain to me the whats/whys/whens/and hows. Which is important for me, because I am a control freak. Choose this company if you need roof/siding/windows/gutters, we used them for all.

We had gutters installed on the back of our house. We went with the 6 gutters for we have a steeper roof pitch. We also went with the black mesh gutter covers for we thought that would be better for the pitch of the roof and for yearly cleaning maintenance. We were extremely statisifed with the installation of the gutter. mesh screens and down spouts. Spotless and Seamless Exteriors, Inc are extremely professional in all aspects....estimate, installation date very fast, installation, and invoicing. I would highly recommend them.

We were referred to Alex and SSE by my father who had his siding replaced by them the previous year. Alex met with my wife and I, listened to our requests and then offered his opinions which helped steer us in the right direction, always deferring to us on final decisions. We found this helpful as this is a once in a lifetime process for us whereas he deals with this on a daily basis.We got a fair quote up front and the price never changed, though we did add several new components to the project (door, roof vents, a window replacement) and were quoted separately for those.The crew did a great job, clean and efficient. They also went above and beyond by handling a few additional requests without questions (add a cap to a vent that had blown off and remove an old satellite dish). They also pointed out some old lights on the side of the house and suggested it might be a convenient time to replace them since they would install the new ones when finished (which we did!)The finished product looks fantastic and our only issue was a manufacturers defect on the door which Alex is working on with us. We even had a hail storm the week after installation and the steel siding held up nicely!

To say Alex (salesman) was a pleasure to work with is an understatement. It is very seldom that you find a salesman that puts the customer first. Alex went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were happy with our new gutters. He even came back and made whatever adjustments we wanted to make sure we were happy, no questions asked. Alex even waited until we were happy with the end product and the adjustments made prior to asking for the 2nd half of the payment. I would highly recommend SSE and Alex for any projects you have, and are looking for an honest and caring company. We hired Spotless & Seamless Exteriors (SSE) to give our house a major facelift in July of 2015. We chose them after having 5 in-home consultations with contractors and researching others. SSEs sales representative Steve, explained the materials options very well, quoted us a fair price and assured us the workmanship would be top notch.We had them tear off our old, neglected, woodpecker riddled cedar siding and replace it with a quality vinyl siding. We also had them install a new front door, service door, and sliding patio door. They also cut a hole out of our wall and installed a new sliding picture window. The whole job was completed in about a week. Steve was right about the crews workmanship. Our house looks absolutely terrific! We really appreciated how clean the guys left the work site each evening. There were no slivers of cedar or nails for us to pick up after they left. We had Spotless Seamless Exteriors do an addition and a complete remodel on our house. We are extremely happy with the services provided. Whole project involved adding on a master bedroom, extending out an entry foyer, extending the living room of the house, replacing the siding with Seamless Steel Siding and replacing the roof with new shingles. Vitaly (owner) at Spotless Seamless Exteriors suggested an architectural the design, we went through the design phase made changes until we were happy with the design. When the final drawing of the project was completed we were proposed with a quote and the scope of the work to be completed, the bid and timeline met our expectations and we decided to go through with the project. Spotless Seamless exterior were in charge of the design, permits and building. Vitaly constantly kept us informed on what was going on with the project. We had meetings a couple of times a week with questions or concerns, which made the project go whole lot easier for everyone. During the project i was very pleased on the quality of the materials used ( siding, roof shingles, doors, tile...) we are very happy with the work completed. This company is a joke. We moved into a new house that had SSE install seamless siding previously and wanted to remove a window and replace the siding where removing the window. I first called the company back in June and after several calls/voicemails, finally got a call back. Alex went out to check the house and gave me a verbal quote and I asked for him to send the quote over. nothing. several more calls/voicemails - wouldnt even call back. my husband calls and the phone is answered right away (at this point I can only guess that my number is on a do not answer list), which Alex says to husband he will email quote over, again nothing. Im done trying. Do not waste your time or money on this company. If you arent doing a large project with them you apparently arent worth their time. I shudder to think what their response would be to a warranty event or similar. Horrible customer service.

The additional rock in the front of the house with the shakes in the peaks of our roofs make our house look brand new.The team at SSE works fast, and the quality seems un-matched. My neighbors all stopped over and nodded their heads in approval. Later we had a storm roll through and it was an easy choice to have SEE do our windows and roof after seeing the quality work they did with the siding.I would highly recommend SSE to anybody looking for a great contractor.

Had Art come out for a quote. Never got a quote back depite calling multiple times. Guessing the job wasnt big enough. They knew what we wanted done before comming out, it would have been better if they didnt waste both of our times by comming out in the first place.

I think SSE is overpriced. My original quote was over $28,000 for siding, soffit/fascia, gutters and a small amount of stone on front of house. After 15% discount $24,000 was the contract price. House = 1,570 sqft + built in garage. The job was done in winter and took a crew of about 3 guys roughly 2 weeks to complete. Later the gutters were installed within a day.Pros:The product. Seamless steel looks nice and is durable. If you want seamless siding you basically have 2 options in the cities. SSE or ABC. Both companies offer similar products and both will likely match the others price. So get quotes from both and pick the one you like better. The only major difference I saw when comparing product is that ABC makes the soffit out of the same steel siding stock but SSE goes with prefabricated aluminum.Cons:Steve Roth was my salesman. He is a nice guy but his pitch is sort of that of a 1970s used car salesman and does not seem genuine to me. He lives by the pitch book. He will tell you nothing but good, promise absolute perfection, telling you stories of previous clients whose dead grandmothers planted bushes in front of a house and how his guys didn’t touch a leaf. This story is a joke by the way; the shrubs in front of my house were stomped down because they were in the way, which I sort of understand but not after what Steve told me. Alex is the company president and a son of the owner. Alex is a good guy and after the sale was complete I mainly dealt with him. He made a solid attempt to correct the issues I emailed him about and had someone come out each time. However some of the issues were not corrected after 2 additional visits so he came out himself to fix. The crew that worked on my house included the owner of the company. These guys generally do very good work however they work quickly and they may leave your house with noticeable errors. Below is a list of issues along with notes on if they were corrected. I also included photos for other potential customers to see what they should look for after the job is complete. Note that some of the photographed issues were fixed and are marked below.Issues:-2 colors of mortar were used in the stonework. This was corrected by spreading a layer of a different color over the top. I was home when this was repaired in less than 10 minutes. I hope that the thin layer does not chip off from the freeze/thaw of winter.-The boxes behind the lights were smaller than the lights. Water was able to flow right into the lights. To me this was a hazard. This was corrected but they made a mess out of the job the second and third time. This is when Alex came out to inspect and agreed it was not good. By the 4th visit the lights were in very nice shape.-The gutter installer did not follow the work order that was noted by Steve Roth. He put one of the gutters in the wrong spot. This was sort of corrected however I have to live with unnecessary joints and a downspout that is further along the gutter than it should be.-Rust spots on siding. Alex told me this was due to improper use of the cutting machine and told me he would clean it when he came out to fix the light. I scrubbed with soap for 5-10 mins but it cannot be removed. Alex forgot about this. Not corrected but probably only superficial.-Bent siding. There is siding on the second level that is noticeably bent. These sections should not have been installed since they are clearly damaged. Not corrected but I never reported.-I requested 2 tubes of color match caulk from Steve on 3 separate occasions. I also later asked Alex about 2-3 times when Steve never had them delivered. I still do not have the color matched caulk.-There is 1 seam in my siding that I noticed. Not a big deal, but you may have a couple of these in hard to reach places.Conclusion: These guys charge a super-premium price. But the work is not always super-premium. In my opinion SSE is overpriced.
