I used to like them but I just had a bad experience with their customer service. I have 1 year warranty on my plant and it somehow died. So, I returned it according to the return policy and I get a lecture from the service lady. She talked down to me like I was stupid or didnt know anything about plants. Its simple! Just give me my money or not!! I dont need an attitude coming from customer service. Keep your opinion to yourself! I hope they have a recording of what she said. If thats how you run a business, Ill take it elsewhere. Ive purchased many goods for my own business but I guess Ill rethink where I shop.
I went to purchase 2 snow blowers on Sunday 11/26/17. I asked one person for help, telling him I wanted two of the Toro snowblowers on display in boxes. He pointed to the garden center and offered no additional help. I went to the customer assistance desk and asked for a flat bed cart because neither my wife nor I could not find one after walking around for 10 minutes looking. There were several behind the counter sitting by the door with one small item sitting on them. The women and the young man at the counter offered no assistance and in fact did not even stand up. I looked a little more, gave up and left. I ordered the snowblowers on Amazon and they will be delivered on Thursday.
