I was excited to find this little market near where I am moving. Particularly intrigued by the rye bread. Unfortunately, the two women who were behind the counter rudely never greeted us or looked our way at all. So we moved down to the register area thinking that would trigger a response. They just stood there talking to each other. We put our items down and walked out. Can not comment on the food as we were unable to purchase anything. No way to run a business.

Out of all Russian stores this one is the best. Fresh bread is awesome. Keep up the good work!

WORST Russian Store and Customer service EVER!!! I used to go here all the time until an incident recently. I bought 2 lbs. of salami that we always buy there, as it’s our family’s favorite and spend $20 on it. When I got home and opened the salami, the outside looked BROWN and the inside was red (the whole salami should be red and not brown on the outside). I took a bite and spit it right out, as it had a strange taste and didn’t taste like it usually does. The salami was definitely expired and has gone bad! I called the store and explained the situation and the lady told me to come by the next day and they can replace it for me. I stopped by the following day and bright the salami to show her. She looked at it and told me that she called the owner about the situation and he said there’s absolutely no way that they will replace the salami and will not refund my money at all. She suggested she call the owner on the phone and I can speak with him. She got him on the line and I explained everything to him, to which he interrupted me and basically said I was whining about the product and he’s not going to do anything about it and that I can just leave the store and started yelling at me. I told him that it’s better if he were to replace the salami or refund my money instead of our whole family eating it, getting food poisoning and then us suing him and the store. To which he replied, “Sue me!” I hung up the phone and walked away. I will NEVER step in to that store ever again!!!! The owner doesn’t know what Customer Service is and that he runs a business in America, NOT in Russia!!!! Worst place EVER! Don’t go there!!! Be careful and watch what you eat, otherwise you could get food poisoning from expired items there, especially deli meat. Be VERY CAREFUL!

A charming place to get all manner of food stuffs from the other side of the world. The staff working here are helpful even though me and my wife are not of the Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian etc. Linneage. Even not being fluent in the language we were still suprised that the staff made an effort to try and help us despite a language barrier. The lovely woman working pointed out that spending 60$ gets you a free loaf of bread with your purchase; which again a lovely unexpected gift.This was a great little shop for treats, meats, drinks and all manner of foods. Give it a try!

Very rude staff. They treat their customers like its still the Soviet Union. Yelling and using put down remarks. We wont be returning to their locations and advise you not to either. There are much better locations with much nicer staff.

Great European grocery store / deli

Good variety of deli meats and cheeses. Ok selection of caviar, it’s a hit or miss. Plenty canned goods, spices, teas, juices, jams and candy. Their bread is always warm and fresh.

I bough the half size of the homemade blueberry pie. It was the best blueberry pie I ever had. Yes, I ate it all by the next day it was gone. Delicious!!! I highly recommend their homemade bakery goods.

Told me I have to wear a mask because its required by law. Lol a mask mandate is not an actual law, and the funny thing is that non of the employees behind the meat counter were wearing a mask and the store owner was only wearing a mask over her mouth when she told me this and other customers didnt have one on. This place is a joke. I will never do business here ever again! Wearing a mask is not required by law !!!

I bought the honey and half of it was very old. After I pointed about quality and asked for return, it was no refund. Today the store was opened 20 min later and I spend a time to wait until they put all products out for sale. Although I like a fresh baked bread in this store.

Women working have been rude and disrespectful. Condescending attitudes and want to act like they dont speak english. I know you speak english. Welcome to america sweetheart better learn some respect for American customers instead of speaking russian to them so they dont feel welcome in your store.

Great merchandise and super friendly staff. They barely speak any English, but theyll let you sample the meats and figure out which one you want to buy. It all tastes fantastic, and is incredible value!

An excellent Russian store with a good assortment and delicious food.

Today we drove for the first time. Fresh produce, really liked the sausage, which they make themselves. The two girls who packed us were very welcoming. The lady at the checkout was very dissatisfied with something. Moreover, that it was the wife of the owner of the store. You have to smile more at those who buy from you. The desire to come again somehow disappeared.

Good store. Friendly sellers. 😊 Once I bought cottage cheese, sold it spoiled, I don’t take it there anymore.
