Kari was delightful. Very professional and no pressure. We have always loved Kirby but this new model is the best ever and much easier to use. Kari did some extra service and cleaned on of my upholstered chairs to show me how to use that feature. I love I can do that and carpets as well. I can even clean and polish my wood floors. Much more than a vacuum. I highly recommend Kari! Of course we bought this amazing machine.

I got my free carpet cleaning from No Dirt Solutions as promised. I was also educated on Kirby vacuums. They are offering a high quality product and seem to have a reasonable financing option. I was unable to pull the trigger on the purchase today but Im looking forward to doing business in the future.

So, mixed review. As far as door to door salespeople go, Scott Rosen was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. My carpet area was cleaned and foamed, fantastically. The negative feelings I have are more for the fact that its a Kirby vacuum sales pitch, and they do almost everything to hide that fact, especially as their website doesnt mention it at all. It started out as being entered into a contest to win grocery money, and able to get a room of carpet cleaning done by dry foam. They took my number down and a scheduler called within a few days to set something up. They were on time. Very polite. It was only when they were showing me the product did they mention, this is a Kirby, and you can own it today, and today only for this low low price.... which isnt written anywhere. The Kirby did do a fantastic job- and the dry foam made my house smell really nice for weeks! Dont get me wrong- I want one! But I couldnt justify spending that much money on an impulse. And would need to budget appropriately for such a large purchase. Both my parents and my husbands parents had historically made a Kirby purchase in the mid 70s, and they had both gotten rid of their machines due to how heavy they were to utilize. This newest model seems lighter than its predecessors, and it outperformed my Shark vacuum by a landslide. I am sure, in todays market, direct-sales must be difficult, but it seems dishonest to not have any mention of Kirby, their brand, on the website or on their business cards.

Kari was great. She was super professional and polite. She really knew about the product and took interest in how we may benefit and utilize the Kirby. It worked wonders. We are happy to join the Kirby family and have had her come out.

Kari was knowledgeable and professional! I bought 2 Kirby’s - one for the house and one for the office. I really love this product and think, in the long run, it will out-perform the other Dysons and Sharks I’ve had in the past... actually, it already has and — bonus feature — it has tons of life ahead of it.I think the performance of the product and direct-sales approach work great. The only critique I have is with regard to how the price of the product is presented/discussed - it was a little gimmicky, when Kirby is anything but a gimmick. My suggestion: Don’t sell Kirby short with a numbers game. Yes, the it is more expensive than other cleaners on the market, but it out-performs, BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS, and the sales team has been attentive and responsive. When your only mode of advertising is word-of-mouth, you have to be. Go call up Shark and see what kind of service/response you get... I dare ya (for the record, Kari never bashed these other vacuum brands, this is just my inner-monologue ;-)). And THAT is what sold me on the Kirby and why I’m satisfied with my purchaseS.The Kirby is the real deal, and I’m glad I have it! It’s the vacuum I’ve been searching for and didn’t even realize it! My 4-year-old insists on helping me vacuum too!! How great is that?!Thanks, Kari!

I have always owned a Kirby. Our carpet was new 18 years ago and still looks fantastic. Kirby sucks the dirt out so well that the fibers never break down and look worn. The shampoo attachment cleans the carpet and it dries in a few hours. It does not soak deep into the pad because it is a foam. I dont need to hire a shampoo company. I will always have a Kirby. I will be a Kirby owner for life!!

I met Kari with no dirt solutions about a year ago when she came to my home to complimentary shampoo my living room carpet and demo the Kirby Avalir 2.She was so professional, knowledgable and friendly and I felt so comfortable with her.I was so impressed and was excited to purchase the Kirby.Since then, she has been a phone call away and always so helpful. I was struggling with some of the functions and had not been the vacum to the maximum ability, so Kari offered to stop by today. She patiently showed me how to clean my kitchen floor and how to use the upholstery cleaner. As well as other things that would be helpful.I am so grateful for Kari, it is obvious that she loves what she does, and its obvious that she really cares about her customers. Kari is knowledgeable about kirby vacuums and has given me a personal demo in my home and she has proved to me how effective kirby vacuums are. Compared to my other vacuum which is good, but doesnt compare to kirby vaccum which does it all, not just carpet but hard floors, stairs, vehicle cleaning, but even shampoo carpets!!! Now I know whats the best vaccum! Thank you!

These guys came knocking on my door. The first guy never introduced himself. All he said was he was a neighbor and he wasnt trying to sell me anything, which was false, and he was just giving out gifts. Right after that he asked me where is my most high traffic area. I gave him a confused look and he peeked around me into my home and said is that it? Before I can even give him a full answer he said, Ill be right back. He then ran to his van brought a box back and pushed pass me into my house without me inviting him in. I then look out my drive way and here comes another guy, literally running up my driveway from the same van and once again a stranger entered my home without an invitation. Even before asking me if I was interested in their product, they had unloaded/opened their product and was set to pitch me a sale. This was the most unprofessional and invasive way to try and sell a product. I will never purchase anything from these guys after the rudeness and unprofessionalism they displayed. I also would not recommend anyone to these guys either after this incident. And to whomever this may concern, I suggest you train your staff on how to be professional and not barge into peoples house.

I had a demo recently and have to say the rep did a great job. The machine is impressive and it is amazing what they pulled out of the carpet. I am a proud owner of a Kirby.

Ive been working with this company for about 6 weeks now and the people I get to meet and help make every day a giant new adventure. I can not see my self ever again punching in a time clock or answering to more bosses beyond count. The time I sacrifice now will give me the freedom I want to achieve later in life. For example when I want to take a vacation I choose to do it not when I am told I can. If I want to make more money I choose to make more. I dont have to ask for a raise or more hours. Im building a life style I wish to live. Not customize a my life around a style. This company has gotten me to were i can see my dreams and build my dreams to fit what i want. Im not being sold someone elses dream to how they live, and with every new day brings a new opportunity. Another thing that you can learn here is the only bad opportunity is a missed opportunity!
