Ive looked at getting a slide out spice rack for quite some time, and finally decided to buy one from Vertical Spice. Having never seen the product in person, I was worried about the quality of materials & workmanship. I made a mistake with my order on a late sunday night and used their chat function and I got a reply at almost 10 PM (I placed order only 15 minutes earlier). Next day order was ready with a handwritten note on it for local pickup. They adjusted my order and made sure everything was taken care of fulfillment wise and payment wise. Install was surprisingly easy, once I figured out the flexible bands on the lower levels of my spice racks. Ordered a big one for sauce jars and soup cans and a smaller one for spices. Im tempted to buy more for my 22 deep cabinets. Thank you Vertical spice!
