I honestly had the best experience with returning a helmet and getting a different one. The one I originally bought fit but was putting too much pressure on my head so I contacted cycle gear and went to the maple grove store in Minnesota. Walking in, the store had a welcoming environment and was greeted and helped right away. The store manager assisted me throughout the whole process and explained to me why a long oval helmet would fit better. Then he explained why a certain helmet he showed me would be the best fit. All of his staff were super knowledgeable on the products they were selling. Everyone seemed to be passionate employees and wanting to help which made it a very positive experience for me. If your looking for any motorcycle gear/helmets or parts or have any other questions definitely go to the maple grove location!

Impressive. There are many things to like about this store and I would highly recommend! The store has been open since December 2020 but I just noticed it and boy am I glad I did!!! The store itself is surprisingly large inside with a clean, modern vibe. The staff is friendly and professional, very knowledgeable about products, and eager to help you find the perfect addition to your motorcycle and/or gear. They have a great selection of clothing gear, helmets, oil and chemicals, filters, tools, and even parts! I was pretty impressed with their selection. They have an entire wall dedicated just to helmets and even let you try them on so that you can be happy getting the perfect fit before purchasing. I was blown away by all the cool graphics on the helmets too, I had about 10 favorites haha! I’m so glad they opened this store but the problem is I want it all!! Almost forgot they even do off-vehicle tire changes so if you bring in the wheel/tires they can change tires right there. Pricing on the helmets and gear seemed very reasonable, oil was about market price, so overall I feel comfortable with the value of the products they sell. Highly recommend you check them out.

The sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. A couple times I was in here I was dealing with the manager, and he definitely seems to have found his niche in life. He helped me out with a helmet purchase and was very patient with me when I was a little indecisive. I’ve been in this store a few times, bought a helmet, visor, jacket and other miscellaneous items from them. Every experience has been very pleasant, they seem to care and want to get you exactly what you’re looking for. Just helpful insight and they definitely wanted to make sure I was happy before I purchased. I will be back probably more often than my pocket book allows me too. 😉

Very friendly, helpful staff. Gave me lots of ideas for use of my new tool chest/bench and they offered to put it together for me.

It was ok experience at first but then it became frustrating after I had few issues. First off with rider safety course cycle gear gives 15% discount there are coupons for same in their store as well this is what I was told on the phone but when it came time to make the payment I was told it is 10% . So what was that I was told on the phone and the coupons in the store.Then I had to exchange the helmet it was a nightmare it took almost two hours to do an exchange that could have taken few minutes.I do not plan on going it maple grove store again. The south dale mall one is much more professional, straightforward and helpful.

I wasnt quite sure what to expect when I stopped by but I was blown away. They have tons of products on hand and very knowledgeable staff. Great and welcoming atmosphere. I felt like I could have spent hours there! If you rode your bike in dont hesitate to park right in front of the store. I will definitely be going back for all of my bike needs. Very glad to have an amazing store like this close by!

Nice store. I stopped in to get my wife boots, maybe a helmet. We were greeted and shown the selection of womens boots right after walking in. I like that I can pull sizes right there and try them if I dont need help.Selection sizes were limited in store. I guess we could have ordered boots, but if they dont fit or feel right, back to the store...In the helmet department, selection was quite limited. I realize its later in the season, but this is a national chain. At least you can try on a different color to see if it fits properly. The sales person kept trying to push us into a helmet that was too small. It caused actual, physical pain when put on. Ive been wearing and replacing helmets(because theyre old) for almost 40 years, but Ive got a guy in his twenties trying to hard sell me a helmet thats too small.

Louis and Zach were so awesome and helpful! They made us feel like part of the family from the moment we walked in the door, and gave us lots of great advice, great service and were very courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. Inventory selection was quite diverse and all-encompassing; lots of fun things to explore and choose!

10/10 Service. The people here are extremely helpful. They also have an amazing selection of gear compared to all the other motorcycle gear stores Ive been to. If they dont have it in stock, a lot of the times they will pull it from another store just so you can get it sooner. Great place to shop, would recommend to anyone.

Went in knowing exactly what to get as far as helmets. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted, but the knowledge and their experience with what they did have was very helpful. Super friendly which made the experience very appealing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs helmets and or other apparel.

I came in to look for some gloves and some helmet liner cheek pads. Zachary was awesome. He gave me really good advice and found what I needed.Its my first time at this location in Medina but I had a similar experience in Phoenix.Cycle Gear is my place to go when I need to physically try things, much like Best Buy instead of Amazon.

When I do go to a brick & mortar store, it is great to find the staff knowledge and helpful. Only so much you can learn online and on YouTube.... Staff was extremely helpful in finding the right gear for my particular riding. Will be back

The staff at Maple Grove is very knowledgeable and willing to help. They are one of very few shops that actually listen to you before suggesting gear. Just spent over an hour trying on helmets and their patience was refreshing. At no point did they suggest anything over my price point or outside of the style I was looking for.I’ve spent a lot of time working retail and this is one of the best crews and stores I’ve shopped. I will keep finding reasons to come back because of the staff and selection. Oh, and the prices are great.

Great customer service. New to bikes so I didnt know much about riding gear. The employee that helped me road himself and used much of the gear they sell there so he told me what stuff he personally liked and what stuff he didnt like, and knew what he was talking about. Once I told him my budget for certain items he stuck and didnt try to sell me on more expensive items which I really liked.

Zach was extremely helpful and giving all of the price break downs and priced matched all of my gear and equipment. He compared all of my helmets and jackets to chose the best option and offered to ship it if they didn’t have it in stock. Very satisfied with the customer service from Zach!

This was our first visit to Cycle Gear and we were pleasantly surprised. I needed boots for my son to go riding Monday morning and Cycle Gear was open on. Sunday when most bike shops aren’t. I was glad we went because their selection was really large and they offered a range of price points. The guy that helped us was so friendly and he helped us with sizes and also talk through options. He was really knowledgeable on gear as well as bike accessories. They will continue to get our business!

Zach helped me return it and went out of his way to help me try a few other helmets to make sure I got something I was going to love every time I rode my bike. I felt like he actually cared about me as a customer and can’t recommend these guys enough. Delighted to have found a good motorcycle gear store so close to my house.

Really nice store. Prices are good. Anthing motorcycle related is always a premium price but not eye gouging here. Staff were very nice, and did there very best to make sure I was getting what I needed. I do think I will make this my go to spot for my bike. I bought a new pair of riding shoes.

It has been a long time since I experienced this level of customer service. I had an issue with a helmet communication system. I had purchased the 1 year warranty and they replaced it free of charge and hassle. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I wish they had a Cycle Gear store where I live.

No assumptions that you are there for a husband, brother, or partner; Very open with personal experiences on sizing (bc motorcycle clothes suck to try and fit more than normal clothes), and super willing to work with you to get what you need/want. Great selection of helmets and riding gear. The salesperson, Nate, was incredibly knowledgeable, took his time answering all the questions me and my crew had and was very helpful. One of my guys bought a backpack that was being sold on Amazon for less money and Nate not only matched the price but beat it.
