I was car shopping for about a month and every other dealer that i went to was giving me the run around and i was nearly ready to give up and then i came to holman and Dean was so helpful. Unfortunately the vehicles that me and my boyfriend wanted to look at had just sold shortly before. So dean took our info and reached out to us that Monday that they got the vehicle in that we wanted to see. We went in to see it and Dean made the entire experience so easy and helped with every question we had. We got very lucky to have had such an easy experience and a car that i love.

First let me say this was my first experience with the service department at Holman Ford. Service scheduling was quick and easy done over the phone. My service advisor, Sam Resnick was great. I had a lot of questions about my 2018 F 150 FSAs, GPS system and other aspects of the vehicle. Sam took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and provide good advice about the truck. Service was completed as discussed and they even washed my truck when service work was done! I was VERY impressed with the entire operation and service experience. Keep up the great work!

This is where I got my car from. My experience from when I brought my car was great. But after that, my experience with the service department been terrible, to say the least! I have been bringing my car here for all its needs because I don’t trust others working on my vehicle. Every time I go to get an oil change, I’m there for over 4 hours! The staff continues to walk past and don’t say anything to the wait until the end. It’s very frustrating waiting so long for just an oil change. On top of it all, I cant make an appointment for an oil change, so I get there early and still dont leave until hours later. I gave them a chance after chance. I am entirely over the service department!

There was no communication regarding how long my service would take. I was there nearly 4 hours. No one checked in with me to give a status update. I had to inquire twice.My service was Tuesday, they repaired my flat tire. It is now flat again. I had to have roadside assistance come out to change the tire and and put on my spare again. I will be getting the same tire serviced again twice in once week.

When asked why your prices had jumped so high guyntried to tell me I had got different oil. I told him no, same as always. Then some crazy story about cost of oil going upGive me a break! Didnt even give me the discounted price! Very disappointing after 2.5 hr wait. Should of been near 1st in line but poor signage had me waiting at quick lane entrance instead and at least 10 cars got in front of me by time I got to service entrance.

My experience was so easy I didnt even realized I just spent $45,000. I worked with Joe T. and Chris Cox. They were so helpful, patient and friendly. Chris accommodated our requests and made our car buying experience the easiest it has even been.My husband and I always lease our cars so we are in the market often. This is our first Ford and to be honest, my husband was against buying a Ford.. he has always been a Chevy/Toyota guy. After I convinced him to take a look at the Explorer, he ended up really liking it. On top of that, Joe and Chris made the experience seamless. We generally try to social distance and do as much online as possible because of Covid (we have a new baby). Joe and Chris made it so that we could essentially purchase the vehicle completely remote. I had to sign two or three things in person but it was a quick 5 minutes and out the door.. I literally had never seen the car in person before I drove away in it and my husband had only takes a quick test drive. On our way home, my husband looked at me and said.. Did we really just buy a car? It is scary how easy that was. I am never not buying from Chris again! Needless to say, if I could rate this experience, I would give it a 6 out of 5 stars!!

I had a really good experience with the sales person, but the finance person turned almost surly when I chose not to buy any of the extended warranties. His entire demeanor changed and he became short and irritable and didn’t even say thank you at the end. Barely acknowledged me at all once I’d signed the finance deal. It sort of soured the whole experience for me, unfortunately. But again—the sales person was awesome and the rest of my experiences there were great.

Last week I was in your dealership at the service department late Friday evening. Ive had Holman service my F-150 and other Ford vehicles that Ive owned. So I was familiar with location of the service department. I was unaware of the relocation of the department. Sadly, I waited for about 15 mins with several service technicians walking past me. Not one of them took the time to ask if they could help me or even acknowledgedthat I was there. I worked my way through the lounge into the new location of the service department and after 2 to 3 mins with no customers and three service technicians was asked if I needed help. I felt very disrespected and wasnoticeably upset. I questioned why was I not askedor told where to get help. The response was you should of read the signs. Not one apology for not acknowledging me. I left very upset and decided to write to the dealership to express my feelings on the matter by way of this portal. Within 12 hours I received a phone call from Mr. Dave Belizger (forgive the misspelling) the service manager. He was so kind, respectful and professional. After a few words from him my faith in Holman was renewed. I express to him that I would come back and I did. Monday morning with Daves help I was able to get my Ford serviced and the issue resolved. My issue with the vehicle was approximately a 350.00 fix. Holman went beyond the issue and they did a 600.00 service at no charge to me. I was emotionally moved by this act of kindness from Dave and the dealership. This is not the norm in todays society yet Dave showed me that Holman is focused on satisfying their customers with respect and professionalism.If I can write a letter of discontent I can write a letter of appreciation.Thank you Holman, and thank you Dave.Your Loyal CustomerJohn Mosley

Truly sold me when it came to Holman! There are many other so called repair shops out there on the market with unbelievably words of promises that eventually becomes your worst nightmare! I’ve come to expect far more when it comes to handling any of my prized possessions especially when it comes to caring for my car which is truly my baby as well! Holman Ford becomes the best for me like no other! Now I promised my own self this review wouldnt be long winded, but do allow me to share this final thought that is like no other! Now when it comes to care Im sure Holman dealership maintains a large volume of representatives throughout the facility. Now allow me to share my thoughts with you when it comes to the (3) staff members Ive come to know during my previous stop there for service. My morning started with Mr.Joe the Service Manager of whom I immediately recognized from a brief encounter within the past, but then came my appointed day for being served .As the gentleman was coordinating matters at his service desk is when I eventually approached his counter & without hesitation he immediately remembered me as well with another gentleman along his side seemly on standby that eventually turned out to be one of his Shop Formans! Immediately without delay Mr.Joe told me this particular specialist/Forman by the name of Mr.James would be accommodating me on the road during the test drive in relation to the tires/brakes so if I was ready, then we both could go! I will never forget the prompt service this manger Joe provided! Truly like a brother of mine from another mother. Thank you Sir from the depths of my heart! During the road test Mr.James was quite alert when it came to the various noise of any kind loud or low throughout the car! Upon returning to the shop Mr. James didnt waste anytime upon dropping me off straight to the service bay for completing repairs within a mysterious way! This gentleman should truly be labeled as second to none! Upon returning back home on the highway the car ran smoothly all the way home. Mr.James may God continue to bless you within every positive way as you continue to move forward within this industry! Thank You Sir! And now we have the amazing workmanship of Ms. Kelly like no other while constantly providing information for any & every one called by name including myself. The service at Holman Ford is always superb. The staff that takes care of you from the very first moment to the last go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I dont know the girl on the service line that checks the car in, but she remembers you and makes sure that everything is ready for you to leave the car. Chris Cox was absolutely the worst dealership men I’ve ever dealt with.. he did more running back n forth then anything. We spoke on details that he should of fixed before presenting the file to his financial man.I was told to come in with my funds & insurance card cause I was approved!!!I wasted money on auto insurance cause he lied... if he would of went over his file and fixed what we spoke about in the beginning we would of never got to me buying insurance and coming in to be denied.

Great service. Any issues we had Pat made sure to handle them no matter how annoying I was which Im sure I was. They felt very transparent like they had nothing to hide which most dealerships give me shady vibes but they didnt here.

The staff is professional and my salesman John McKeon is top notch in my book always going the extra mile. I shouldnt of had to go 7 times to get water issue resolved with. In last year and took my car to the collision shop there and had to return my car 4 times for them to do the job right..i def will not purchase another car thru holman

Internet Sales team were great! Went for a test drive w/Michael S. and worked out some numbers. He was what you would want in a sales consultant; he listened, gave me what I asked for, no hype, no pressure, and now the decision is back on me. I appreciate that kind of candid approach. I would definitely recommend him to friends based on the no pressure style. Joe Kalitz the sales Mgr. was very supportive as well.

Greg Somers was the sales rep, and facilitated a quick, easy, and stress-free sales process. When he was taking care of something and we were standing by waiting, another Holman rep was always quick to make sure we didnt need anything or were being helped. When my husband and I test drove our newly leased vehicle, there was a cargo cover in the back that we understood to be part of the purchase. upon delivery of vehicle, it had been removed and theres a black R encircled on the right bumper of our white vehicle. (neither has been explained, nor has the cargo cover been given to me. Aside from these issues, my experience would have been better. Chris Cox is an asset to Holman Ford!
