James and the entire crew were wonderful! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and capable, all around! They went above and beyond to help me get the phone and plan I needed in one stop (after an abysmal experience at an authorized retailer elsewhere). Another store that knows more than the CDC. Drove over here from work. Got here and apparently there is a mask requirement even though I am full vaccinated and the CDC says I dont need to wear a mask indoors, this Tmobile store apparently knows better.

Joel helped us today and was a genuine pleasure. He was so helpful and kind. Employees like him are the reason I keep coming back to this store.

Went in for an issue with a tmobile tablet that I purchased from a different location. Charles was very helpful and patient while handling the entire process.On a side note, the manager (Edwin) could be doing a better job. Both employees were busy with customers and there was a 3rd customer waiting for quite a while. Instead of coming out to help, he stayed in the back office the whole time.

So I stopped at T-Mobile today to buy a new watch band because a pin in my Samsung Galaxy watch broke. Joel C went to the back to check to see if there were any extras in the back because the store doesnt sell bands. There were no extras, so without hesitation he took the pin out of his watch and gave it to me because he had a couple extras at home.I really appreciated that instinctively he went above and beyond out of his way to make sure I left the store so my watch worked.A big shout out to Joel C! Thank you.Highly recommend this store.

Great, knowledgeable group of employees. Very good at what they do. They seem to be quite honest, and will explain things in laymans terms. Nor will they try to push off a bad deal on unsuspecting customers, as far as I can tell.

Nice clean place. Friendly and helpful. Only problem is sometimes services are slow or a particular representative may not know what to do. But they try. Its a smaller company trying to be bigger and they have a ways to go technically, but they have a more personal feel too.

Just went in the store to pay my bill, the associate was sitting down at the table helping another customer he never looked over to acknowledge me or to say I will be right with you stood there for ten minutes so finally I just left won’t come back to this T-Mobile again so rude

I found the best Tmobile store here in this tmobile. Buying the phone I needed a rep that knew my needs because I have a 230.00. This rep was the friendliest and most knowledgeable rep Ive seen. I hope without a name Tmobile can tell the rep that He really was so sweet and steered me in the right direction with my galaxy7. My galaxy 6 the other line was giving me problems all along thats why I added the 7. I was beyond consultation when I walked into the store again. Jason A. theres a super employee. He wasnt interested in the sale. It was to help a customer almost in tears. He solved EVERY problem I had efficiently and quickly without losing his composure. You have no idea how satisfied I truly was when i left. With those 2 employees you have a complete store. PLEASE let them know.
