They did a wonderful job making me a very summery wedding bouquet for our informal wedding. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted but I gave them some very general ideas. It turned out perfect. I would highly recommend for all your floral needs.

I had reached out regarding an order I was not too happy with....She immediately asked how she could fix the problem, I told her what I was unhappy about, she went to work on a new floral arrangement, sent me the image of the arrangement (which was EXACTLY what I was looking for) AND sent it out SAME DAY!!! I live out of state I ordered my son and daughter in law flowers from Buds and Blooms and I have to say the arrangement was beautiful and their delivery service was outstanding. The arrangement was a baby boy wagon and the flower arrangement was amazing. Thank you so much for your great service. Would recommend this great florist.

Buds & Blooms did a fantastic job of delivering a special birthday greeting to a dear friend at the last minute after another florist totally dropped the ball. Honestly, I was not expecting same day delivery, let along within three hours of me placing the order, but they did it and I am so grateful.

Since I live out of state, I had Buds and Blooms deliver flowers to my sister for her birthday. They turned out so pretty! Very happy with the whole experience from order to delivery.

I wanted a May Day bouquet for my mom (a yearly tradition), and since moving made that impossible, I chose Buds and Blooms. There were special instructions about how to deliver the bouquet, and the plan was carried out perfectly! Mom was happy and that made me happy, too! Thank you, Buds and Blooms...You Rock!

We needed a last minute arrangement and gave Buds and Blooms our budget and described what the flowers were for. When we picked up the arrangement we were blown away, the flowers and overall arrangement were beyond our expectations. At the event everyone commented about the flowers. Great value, and more importantly they were amazing.

The bridal bouquet and boutonniere I got for my sons wedding were beautiful. The ladies were very accommodating and answered any questions I had from flowers to design to care before the ceremony. Sue called me a few days before assembly to have me come in and look over the flowers to assure that they were exactly what we were looking for color-wise.Thank you so much for the wonderful service and gorgeous flowers...the bride loved her bouquet and my son couldnt stop smelling the gorgeous rose he was wearing on his lapel. :-)

I’m really bummed to write this review. I usually don’t write reviews unless I really love a product/place but Maple Valley Buds & Blooms gave me a horrible experience.My mom went in in May and told them about how I was getting married in July and we would like to discuss flowers with them. They were super busy with Mother’s Day and prom and were like “we are slammed right now and our manager is going on vacation so come back in June.” Weird, right? We could have booked a consultation right then but they slammed the door in our face. I understand being busy but don’t throw money out the door.Anyway, my mom and I went back in this past Monday (June 3) and were going in with a fresh start since we know getting super busy is overwhelming. I used to work at Starbucks so I get customer service stress! There weren’t any customers but us in there. The lady at the front desk seemed inconvenienced by our presence and seemed appalled that we waited until June for a consultation for our July wedding. 🤦‍♀️ We explained the situation from May and she blamed it on some random girl they had helping out that week. She didn’t seem apologetic or anything. She took down my name and number and said that the wedding consultant/manager/whoever would call me the next day. We were very polite and understanding even though she seemed short with us. I was going to move on from that too and still try to give the manager the benefit of the doubt.It has been 3 days now and NO PHONE CALL to set up the consultation. I’m so over it. I called Buds and Blooms in Enumclaw and the lady that answered was so sweet and got me booked to go in for a consultation the next day. Super excited to work with them and won’t ever go to the Maple Valley location after their poor customer service.

These guys are great, support your local florist, you wont be disappointed! I often stop by for last minute flowers and quick little arrangements and they always do thier best to accommodate my request. They do a great job and also have a variety of gifts to chose from for those last minute types. :)
