Was in hurry and dropped by to get a pack of water sitting right by the front door. There was a maskless guy unloading and carrying stuff in and out of store. Pulled out my wallet but clerk instead tried to hand me a mask wearing no gloves! I said I don’t want that mask from your bare hands. He yelled: But you have to have a mask!... I left the store to never come back for any business here

Great store. Friendly employees. And tons of choices for snacks plus the have hot food. Great if your in a hurry to get something to eat.

One of my favorite gas stations!!! They have everything here and are always so nice. Always very clean. And they have yummy hot food!

Gary is Gross. And rude. Got a car wash. For $14.00 my card was charged $90. I called and had to wait 2 days for a refund.

Store was fine but I had recently got a car wash and they had a very elderly woman “working” she didn’t do anything thou I just don’t know why you’d have someone that old working a job like that if she had to get somebody from inside the store to do her job why r u working at a car wash that requires scrubbing if you, yourself can’t scrub . Over terrible experience

The graveyard guy seems to go into the bathroom and fall in! A few different times I have stopped by here around midnight to 1am and he literally is in the bathroom for well over 20 minutes and ignores the door!!!

Got a great car wash for $6.75! They prewashed with a brush. Car came out great. Will definitely be back

Horrible place

Overall the Chevron is nice and clean. But last night I went in to check out this Chevron with my boyfriend to see how he could improve his own store and the man named Gary was horribly rude to us. ARE YOU TWO GOING TO BUY SOMING OR WHAT?! YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN IN HERE TOO LONG. We didnt realize that use admiring the store and finding snacks was such a disturbance to him. There was work that needed to be done around the store, like picking up garbage, dusting, facing, etc. and Gary was sitting on his butt on his phone. I also found it very unprofessional that Gary was wearing sweatpants to work.

Gas is expensive. Employees are nice. Store is super clean. Easy access.

After patronizing this business for over 20 years and having several major auto repairs - we will never return here. A a local business owner as well for over 15 years it doesnt come easy to write this publicly however we were insulted and treated so poorly it can not be over looked. Two very unprofessional back to back, experiences handled with a care less attitude confirms they have forgotten where they came from. This old mom and pop station that use to know about customer service is lost. Too busy doing mass oil changes for some link lot in Covington now? What should have been a simple oil change ended up in our car being with them for 2 weeks due to the employee damaging the car. (the damage occurred when the employee lowered the car with a support in the wrong place and damaged the front end, fan, radiator etc) We didnt ask for a thing to compensate us for the loss of a vehicle and the amount of inconvenience TWO WEEKS with out a vehicle caused. No offer to rent us a car or provide a loaner. We had to call them every other day to see if our car was going to be ready the following days-half the time no one knew what what up or what they were waiting for. They couldnt have have cared less if we ever came back apparently. Over the years we purchased most our gas there and all our major auto repairs so we gave them grace on the huge oil change mess up.The second time was most recently. Dropped the car off for a repair quote and explained we had sold our second car and needed this estimate within 24-48 hours - JUST THE QUOTE not the repair. Day three no call, no response, no one has a clue what the status of the quote is. Husband has had enough, goes to pick up car and is told the car wont be released to him. It is unsafe. Now it is after 5pm and no one has any paperwork to let us know what is going on. The cashier talks several times to owners on the phone during the picking up process and NO ONE HAD THE COURTESY of asking to speak to us. When my husband drove away the manager of the station could be seen walking into the office from the repair area. Shame on you VanRuffs for not walking your talk. To this day not one person from Maple Valley Chevron has ever called to apologize or explain what occurred. Local business that has lost focus - No call necessary.

Get your pumps serviced please. They POP every few seconds so annoying. All pumps. And I’m not the only one.

Watch your change on large bills. Was in a rush, I gave the bearded cashier a $50 for a $4 in lottery tickets and was stiffed a $20. The bills were counted out so doubt mistakenly overlooked. I wont be back.

BUSINESSES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL ITEMS WITH MANUFACTURERS COUPONS IF THEY DONT TAKE COUPONS.. BAD MANAGEMENT.. If you cant spare $2 off then dont sell the item, instead you look like you dont care about your customers.. Heres a coupon, now go somewhere else where they care....
