Ann Taylor assisted us with selecting the great choice of blinds. The staff continued to give us updates on our order. The young man who installed the blinds was also very professional and friendly. She came to our home, brought samples for counter tops, tile backsplash and Roman Shades and consulted with us on the other elements of the remodel such as appliances. Connie was amazing from start to finish. She helped me pick the right carpet when I felt very indecisive. And she set up Peter for the install. My entire upstairs done in 1 day and couple hours the next for my downstairs office. Quality work that looks gorgeous especially between the LVP and carpet transitions. I worked with Connie at Eagle River on window blinds for two windows. She came promptly to my home during the 2020 pandemic, observing all safety protocols, which I greatly appreciated. She did the measurements and helped my order Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades to match similar ones in my home. She estimated the time for delivery and installation and everything came together beautifully. The installer was also fast and did a terrific job. I know I’ll be happy with the product quality, as the HD blinds I had already are 20 years old and still look and function like new. I highly recommend Eagle River interiors.

Ann and her team installed carpet in the house we were selling. When she came to bid the job she brought many samples and left some for us to make a decision. All along the way, they were professional and kept us informed throughout the process and next steps. I did get two bids and their pricing was very competitive. The install team were very thorough and even helped us move a piece of furniture. Overall, wonderful experience with a local-family owned business.

Update: Since my first review I had had very good communication and responses from Eagle River and their installers. They came out and fixed the spots on the floor a few months ago; today we had them out again for one more adjustment. Both times they arrived early, finished the job quickly, and are always polite. Ann has been really quick to help. They were here within 24 hours of me contacting her this last time. I am very appreciative and still love the floors. It’s been a much better experience.First review: Really disappointed in the lack of communication. We expressed a concern over several spots in our floor installation and it took over a week to hear back; I replied to set up a time to have them come look and have never heard from them again. The product is nice but once they got our deposit/final payment it’s like we weren’t important enough to communicate with anymore. Calls and emails take forever to be returned, if ever.

Hunter Douglas blinds installed on our windows made ever difference on appearance and Functionality. A motorized blind was installed on a large window above our entry door. Simple use of a remote controls the blind from the comfort of my couch. Thank you Eagle Rivers for your professionalism and talent. Your time and service is worth its weight in gold.
