All Im going to say is, these workers are extremely rude. Someone needs to teach these kids on some customer service. Ive been using this co.pany for materials for along time, but Im not anymore, Im Going to Miller paint for now on

I like buying high quality paint because it goes on better and lasts longer. I appreciate the team at MV Sherwin Williams helping me with color and paint questions. With paint perks, I get frequent discounts. It’s close in $ to big box stores, but the extra attention and speedy service are worth a little more to me.

Wonderful service! We also lucked out with the great sale price being offered. Thanks to the sales associate! Had new gutters put on that didnt fit the framing, she color matched them perfectly from a tiny color swatch on a brochure. Impressive.

Maple Valley store is great place to shop for excellent customer service. Big box stores were too hurried and didnt have time for me. Maple Valley employees took the time to listen and let me ask questions. They were helpful and attentive in guiding me to choose the appropriate paint and supplies for my home project. I took their advice and my project turned out great! Very happy.

Greeted warmly upon entering the store. Prompt customer service. Great advice about best type of paint to get. I had called ahead to have can of paint ready fir pickup. It was ready when i got there.

The individual on Friday 8/2/19 around 5:30pm at the Maple Valley, WA store was OUTSTANDING! I had my two little kids with me, and he was really helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish I remembered his name!

Lousy customer service...if you tell a customer that you will go to another store to pick the paint up you need for the next day and you can come by to get it, that customer expects that to be done! If it is not, the least an employee could do is notify the customer there was an issue so they dont come get their order, considering it wasnt there. Then one employee blames another for the paint not getting picked up...team sport folks, its a team sport. This is directed to the young folks.Weve had great customer service over time as a whole but sometimes things like this can sour all that gain. The older employees were great, no issues.

This place is awesome! The Manager was very helpful in getting me what is needed. Came back in next day and Matt was very patient spending over an hour helping me match a very difficult stain! He even helped carry everything to my car... Wow!

I live closer to Bonney Lake but will drive to Maple Valley for my paint because the girls that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. As far as the paint, is just too expensive, even at 30% off its still $50 for one gallon and if you get the color wrong you are stuck with it.

Sherwin-williams is the best paint. In the past it was parker paint - now it is sherwin-williams . Sherwin -williams applys so easy and smooth. This is the only paint I have used for 40 years would not think of using another paint. I do have to say. A few years ago I painted the garage inside- was told Lowes paint is cheaper and is very good - so I tryed it- well never never again - Lowes paint is horrible. I recommend Sherwin Williams paint only.😊 I get my paint at Sherwin-Williams in Maple Valley - very friendly people and know their paint -are very helpful.😊
