Very knowledgeable on the products they sell. Went in for a replacement appliance, doing research online, had three in mind, was shown what they had available and told the differences on each, No pushing, just information, you make the decisions. The instillation was exactly as we were told, and they remove old appliance. Will highly recommend

Purchased a nice new stove but was looking for used good condition appliances. I wanted to buy a stove, fridge and washer/dryer set but the representative wouldn’t work on a bundle deal with me or even seemed interested in us buying more items. The older women working there was also annoyed with us because we were asking for used appliances. The installers were amazing and very kind.

Fast easy was my experience, the person who handled my sale was quite professional taking care of the whole store and answering the phone. She even put into my car, the new dehumidifier.

I have purchased multiple appliances in recent years, from both the Maplewood and West St Paul stores and have not been disappointed. They stand by their products and will make things right with their customers.

I dont even have the item I purchased yet because of the Covid-19 delay. But, without a doubt this is the BEST appliance shop in the St.Paul (Minnesota) and the surrounding areas. I would Highly recommend shopping here. I went to serveral appliance stores to began my search for a new refrigerator and I just felt like I hadnt found the right one to give my money too. Price was not an issue as most places were much the same. But the people were and their store. They are personable, knowledgeable and caring. Our refrigerator completely died and they offered to bring us a loaner because of the Covid-19 delay. Wow ! Who even thinks to do that now days. I even went back and purchased a new dishwasher from them.Our next item will be the oven replacement and I will be shipping here.!!

I had a wonderful experience at Plaza TV. The staff was very professional and great to work with. My husband and I shopped around quite a bit for a TV for our basement. Plaza’s prices were comparable to the other stores we visited. We love supporting a small business and will be going back to them for future purchases!

Quick and friendly service call to my house for a broken refrigerator. They were able to squeeze me in on a very busy Friday afternoon. Amazing customer service! Was able to quickly identify the problem and let me know exactly what my options were for getting it fixed vs. buying a new one. Very knowledgeable. I will always be calling them for my appliance repairs!

Had what I needed

Ive had an excellent experience with this company. They are very good at working around your personal schedule and make sure to get your Appliance or T.V. to you at your earliest convenience. Theyre delivery crew is in and out of your house in an efficient amount of time which I was very pleased with.

Their showroom was totally torn apart when I went but they were still able to help me get a dryer installed fast in a pinch! Their prices were very competitive. Betty and her associates were very friendly! I cant wait to see their remodeled showroom when its completed!

Extremely rude customer service. Called to ask question. Employee called me back to chastise me because she didn’t hear me say good bye. Called me a liar and Then proceeded to hang up on me. I would never do business with this company if that’s how they treat customers.

They will work with you on pricing and they stand behind their products. (or they used too anyway) But if you dont like the appliance you had to purchase and it has to be ordered sight unseen you may be disappointed at the 16% restocking fee. Best Buy has better options. Not friendly unless you go in there knowing what you want and they think they are going to make a sale then they are so nice. But if you have an issue or too many questions the rudeness comes out. I was told that if I didnt like what I purchased or it didnt fit properly that we could deal with it then. Sales person never mentioned the restocking fee if I needed to return it, until I did want to send it back because the door opening on the refrigerator I purchased doesnt open all the way because of a wall next to it.It was a touch and go situation and the sales person knew that. I even brought pictures of my kitchen to show, how much space was there and of course measurements. Sales person was a yeah, yeah, yeah kind of person and said it should be fine. Me, not ever purchasing a refrigerator for this house before, figured I could trust the sales person. NOTThe only interest they have is making the sale and thats it.When I called after I had the fridge for 4 days, they werent interested in my concerns.The reason I went there is because I purchased a microwave from them about 7 years ago and had really good luck with them. Must be a New staff or they should retire because they have been there too long and are getting crabby and uninterested in customer service. I will never go back. I will stick with Best Buy or Sears the customer service is better and they tell you up front about returns.

Walked into the store and didnt have measurements to my washer. The older lady behind the desk responded if you dont have measurements, its a waste of my time. I had a few other questions but after that remark I politely say thank you and left.Went to sears where the guy said I have a tape measure no problem. Ended up purchasing a washer and dryer. The lady was so rude!!!. I couldnt believe it.

I go in and look around for a few appliances, considering if you sell houses, people prefer new appliances. The customer service is VERY rude and Bette prejudicely profiled me. Reporting to headquarters and never stepping foot in another plaza appliance

The rep who took my call was very rude and unprofessional. I called in regarding their TV repair services, and he cut me off by saying that it costs $70 to look at but he isnt a technician so he wouldnt be able to help. He then hung up on me without offering to get someone that could answer my questions or help out.. Really poor customer service

I called to inquire about having a tv mounted/installed. Instead I was interrogated about where I purchased the tv by an extremely rude older woman. She seems to have forgotten shes in the customer service business. There are WAY too many places to buy a tv to deal with a business like that.
