My wife and I ended up working with Jeff Conlin to purchase our Audi Q5. It was a very easy experience, and we couldnt be happier with the service provided! He made test driving multiple vehicles to find the right fit easy, he was never pushy, just informative, and then the actual process of purchasing the car was painless! We couldnt be happier with Audi St. Paul.
I purchased a used Audi A8L from one of the best salesman I have worked with (Jerry Miller). Jerry was super friendly and got me a great deal on my car. About two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I found two minor issues (spare key fob didnt work, and sub-woofer appeared not to be working either). I contacted Jerry and got my car into the shop in a timely manner. I was given a loaner vehicle while my car was being looked at. The key fob and sub had to be order from Germany so it took sometime. I was offered to pick up my vehicle and bring it back when the parts arrived, or keep the loaner vehicle. The loaner was a brand new Q5, so I didnt mind holding on to it. I was kept updated throughout the whole process. When I got my car back, everything was working great and, as expected, no charge to me. Overall, everyone I came in contact with was a pleasure to work with (the salesman, the finance lady, the service staff). This dealership will be my first stop for all of my future Audi purchases.
In the end, they called the cops on me for picking up my own dead car - a 2014 Audi Q5 with 128k miles on it with engine failure. Audi St. Paul and Audi Mpls are both owned by the Carousel group so beware of both locations. While I have had spotty service at both - condescending parts counter workers selling parts at about 30% over Audis own MSRP and less than competent service technicians, the customer service at the end was the worst. For anyone not aware, the 2.0L TFSI engine has a multitude of known issues, some which resulted in class action lawsuits against Audi. These include oil consumption issues, timing chains, water pumps, fuel pumps, etc. My vehicle was no exception. It started with massive oil consumption issues beginning around 80k miles which by 100k miles had me adding a full quart of synthetic oil every 600 miles. In April I brought my Q5 in to the Minneapolis location for a timing chain replacement at 120k miles – known issue for the 2.0L TFSI engine - cost to replace $2400. About a month later the check engine light came with a code for the cam position sensor. They replaced that for another $450. When I went to pick it up I did not make it out of the parking lot before the check engine light came on again! I immediately drove it right back to the service department. This time they determined it wasnt actually the cam position sensor but the control valve which they replaced for free given the first misdiagnosis. Two weeks after that the check engine light came on again, same code AGAIN. This time they determined that it was not the cam sensor or the control valve but now the camshaft that needed to be replaced. The quote this time was for $3600. Since the vehicle was running fine and the check engine light would only go on and off intermittently and since they had previously misdiagnosed the vehicle multiple times and charged me the $450 after replacing the timing chain, I declined the repair. My Q5 needed a new timing chain, piston rings and intake camshaft by 120k miles - basically a new engine. The Service Manager also thought it questionable to spend another 3600 on this vehicle given the issues. 6 weeks later the vehicle stranded my wife 75 miles away in rural Wisconsin so I had it towed to St. Paul Audi. They determined it had engine failure and needed a new cylinder head in addition to the camshaft at a cost of $10,300 - about what the vehicle was worth. This would still do nothing to solve the oil consumption issue. They said it wasnt worth fixing and it its current state Audi Sales would give me only “$300 as that is scrap prices. I asked if I could at least have the $450 back for the incorrectly replaced cam sensor and Audi St. Paul refused because they had diagnosed the car for free. Nevermind it was incorrectly diagnosed multiple times and they were the ones that put in the new timing chain. The Service Manager even questioned me on who did the oil changes and how often suggesting I was somehow to blame even though these are known and common issues. As it turns out, the local junkyard offered me $2200 but ultimately an auction house paid $5100. Audi St. Paul couldve at the very least offered me something reasonable for it and attempted to stand by what are clearly poorly made engines with serious design flaws. They could’ve made money on the deal and kept me as a customer. The $300 they offered speaks volumes about how much they believe in their own vehicles. When I returned the loaner car I explained how I would be back to pick up my car later, possibly after they closed as I obviously had to coordinate the tow. As my brother and I exited the lot after loading it up, we were met by two Maplewood Police - St. Paul Audi had reported us for car theft. Audis will break your heart and your wallet and when they do the Carousel group will be there to kick you when you’re down. Anyone that doubts this story can call the Maplewood police and reference case #21028666.
If it were possible to rate 10 stars for St. Paul Audi, I would! My service advisor “Brad” is the epitome of professionalism and service! The entire service staff made me feel valued and provided exceptional service!
Despite a misinterpretation of Audi Care coverage, Bobby Burns quickly stood behind his word and provided the 20k service visit at no cost. ....Clearly, this could not have occurred if management wouldve over-ruled him. Kudos to BOTH Bobby and St Paul Audi for their integrity and customer service commitment. Thank you! GregM
Shaft Baker was excellent!! He was very professional, and greeted my husband and I with a smile every time we walked through the doors!! He was very patient with me when I wanted to test drive different vehicles. Shaft answered all of our questions, and listened to all of the things we wanted in our new vehicle. We will be referring all of our friends to see Shaft when they’re ready for their next vehicle!!
Took my 2018 A5 Sportback here for a detail that cost $310. This was the worst detailing job I’ve ever seen! The detail included inside and outside detailing. But when I went to pick it up, there were multiple areas inside and out side the car that had not been touched. Even after I pointed out the areas and the tried to touch them up. The car still had other areas that they didn’t clean. The interior leather had the same spots and dirt that was there when I dropped it off. Other interior surfaces looked dry like they had not been treated! They said they shampooed the interior, but the car still smelled the same as when I dropped it off! No fresh or air freshener smell at pick up! The side mirrors were dirty and still had dead/dried bugs stuck on them. Etc... After I complained, they refunded me $100. But they should have refunded the whole amount, because I believe they basically ran my car through a wash and gave it back to me! See photos of some of the things I saw at pick up.
Awesome place to buy a car! Jerry Miller was an amazing and personable sales man to work with, and everyone was very professional. The used car I bought on trade-in has been nothing but good to me so far, and they gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get into an Audi/VW!
My wife and had a great experience buying our 2019 Audi Q7 at Audi of St Paul. Peter Carlson went above and beyond to help us. I will definitely be returning for the e-tron GT!!!!
Had a very pleasant experience working with Peter Carlson. Very professional and experience salesman. got us a great deal on our car.
Shaft was amazing throughout my car buying process. It was my first time buying a car and he walked me through everything and made me feel very confident in my decision to buy my new Jeep!
Ask Peter what you need! He is so helpful to you and definitely didn’t mind me asking many many questions :D. My car was clean as if it is brand new.
Brad H in service dept is fabulous, great customer service...
Jerry is a great salesman. Went in looking for a 2021 Q5 to lease & left with a even better vehicle, a 2021 Q5e with a sport package. This is my second vehicle with the dealership and with Jerry. Got a awesome deal on the vehicle. Couldn’t be happier with the choice and suggestion of vehicle from the sales rep. 5/5 would go back for my third vehicle with them.
Audi Saint Paul provides a very pleasant and professional experience. The video review of recommendations (i.e. actually filming my ripped CV joint cover) was really cool and informative. A complimentary loaner car made things really convenient. Overall, a very high quality experience. Kudos, Audi!
My Q5 was in for repair due to intermittent check engine light ON; new timing belt installed and additional repair for preventative maintenance, new breaks, new spark plugs, and head cover reseal. It malfunctioned two days after I picked it up, check engine light flashing and had to be towed in $250.00. I give my service rep Brad 5 stars for his professional commitment making sure customers satisfied. The malfunction was due to a bad spark plug coil. They replaced all 4 coils for less than price of one.
Terrible service both by the service department as well as by the general manager. We brought our Audi in for an oil change and our car was totaled due to it starting on fire while in their possession and they claimed no fault. A simple oil change cost is a car. I would never recommend this dealership.
I cannot thank them enough! Hugh was the most exceptional salesman and person that I have ever met! He made every step of the way extremely painless and I appreciate that more than they know! I flew in from Sioux Falls to purchase my Ford Edge, and he had it washed/ready to go for when I arrived! Matt in the business office was very efficient and easygoing as well! If anyone is ever looking for vehicle, Audi or not, I would definitely recommend this dealer! Again, thank you so much to Audi St. Paul!
I am very pleased with Audis Dealership services, they went above and beyond what was expected of them in a timely and professional manner. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a car, and fast! Maplewood surprised me, the customer service and support.... The follow ups and mechanics efficiency was unbelievable. Buying a car here was the best decision I have ever made. Everything was top notch! Thank you.
We bought a Q7 in September and had a fantastic experience. Jerry Miller was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The entire dealer team was a great combination of efficiency and genuine personal service. My second Audi purchase from these folks in less than 2 years and I will be back. This place is an example of how a premium dealership should be managed. Thanks also to GM Ryan for his help.
I have dealt with over a dozen different dealerships of various manufacturers and have never received such amazing service. I have also dealt with a different Audi dealership which was horrendous so it’s not just because of the brand. I had Brad as my service writer and he was always on top of responding to my calls/texts and he would give me updates every step of the way. They went above and beyond to try and find the issue. Unfortunately they weren’t able to pinpoint it, but once it gets louder/more frequent they’ll be able to solve it. I 100% recommend coming here if you need any service done!
The in person and email/phone customer service and condition of the vehicle purchased rate a 5 star review. That said, do not give any of your information to the finance department to secure a loan. I did with the understanding that it would be used only for Audi Financial to compare their rate against my own already preapproved lender. Weeks later I found four other credit inquiries on my credit report from Audi St Paul running it through a series of other banks without my consent.
Happy Asian Pacific Islander Month! I have been shopping for cars with my spouse for the last couple of days. I am taking this opportunity to review the sales experience that I received. Perhaps it will lead to better service for future people of color that visits this dealership. Earlier tonight, went for a 2010 Honda CRV and Mike was efficient. He got us in the car and we decided that we did not want it because it smell a little funky. He then showed us a nicer model but it was 4K more than the one we that we came to see. We were 99.9 percent sure that we were going to buy the nicer model. It just came down to the negotiations. Mike was quick to knock off 200 bucks. I then ask for around 2K off to see if what he would say. He walked to go talk to his manager. I then told him that if he could do 800 off we would take it. His tone now changed to where this was none negotiable, which I understand but tone is everything to Asian people. We have tones for the same word that means different things. For example, when you say TuaM in hmong it means a high position but when you use a different tone TuaG this now changes to the word dead.To me the tone that Mike used was more along the lines of arrogance. His tone made me think about the following. “We the dealer have the upper hand because there isn’t a lot inventory and we will sell this car with or without you.” I get that we are in a Audi dealership and the type of cliental that come in probably looked different than us but it doesn’t mean that our pocket books are different. At the end of the day TONE is everything and I walked away from a great car. I will keep looking elsewhere until I find the right car and sales individual. At the end of the day treat me how I want to be treated and not how you want to be treated.
My family and I have been purchasing & servicing our vehicles from Audi St. Paul/CMG/Maplewood Imports for 30 years. Between the three of us we drive an Audi, Mercedes & BMW. We service all of the above for oil changes, alignments, regular service checks & larger maintenance including timing belts etc.-with Audi St. Paul. Scheduling an appointment has always been seamless! Weve consistently have direct communication with our service advisor & are treated like family. During Service Visits, were provided with regular & consistent updates via phone or email, regarding the status of our vehicle, with our expectations appropriately managed without any surprises. Audi St. Pauls labor rate IS absolutely competitive with other shops in the Twin Cities. Feedback for Leadership: Continue to make your employees a priority, ensuring employee engagement is a high priority & exceptional customer service will follow.
As part of an unexpected and very expensive repair of our A6, Joel the service manager listened carefully to our concerns about Audis responsibility for the part failure, and negotiated for a more fair repair cost. And the repair was done promptly and correctly. Very clear communications throughout the process.
Yikes! I purchased a used Audi from this dealership in July. While the initial purchase went smooth, the rest was downhill. Day 2 of owning my vehicle, a small plastic piece fell off the door handle and I notified my salesperson. He said hed look into it. No response. I brought my car in for another service item last week and they informed me the small plastic piece was going to cost me $250! As they performed the warranty work, they ran a free multi-point inspection. I was informed that I needed new brakes, I had a transmission leak and a few other items needed my attention. I was specifically told during my purchase that brakes and tires had at least 50% life remaining. I drove 3,000 miles and now my brakes needed repair? The worst part of my experience? I sent 3 emails to the salesperson asking what I missed regarding the brakes and he never once responded. If you buy a vehicle from here, be prepared for post purchase lack of care!
Good dealership experience but not happy with my 2018 A6: vents don’t blow cool air in summer, routers failing at 50k miles, vehicle does not accelerate properly until it’s running for a few minutes.
Service center is very nice. I liked how they send you a video of the technician giving your car an inspection and their diagnosis. Very convenient.
Excellent customer service skills in the service department from start to finish with Brad
I dont own an Audi, my wife does. I was on vacation and joined her to go pick her car up from having service. After 20 years in the automotive service field myself, I was very disappointed. Called ahead and said we were on the way, AFTER we were told it was done. Had to stand and wait for 20 minutes because it wasnt ready, them when it was had to walk across the parking lot through the snow to find it after they brought us the keys. Floor mats had standing water on them, interior and glass full of streaks.
Brad Helget goes above and beyond and has been great to work with the past few years Ive taken my vehicles to Audi St. Paul!
I love Audi St. Paul! Ive been bringing my Audis for service to them for 5 years and theyve always provided excellent service.
What a great service department! While driving through Minnesota at the beginning of a long road trip, my engine light came on for an oil change. I called the service department of Audi St. Paul and Bob was able to get me an appointment first thing that morning. They took care of the servicing quickly and throughly. I cannot say enough good things about the service, friendliness, and impressive facilities. This is a much better Audi dealership and service department than the one in my home area. Thanks Bob and team for getting me back on the road quickly!
I was looking for a nice used car and I found a good one being sold from here. I had my brother review the car before Deciding to buy it. There inspection came back clean but when my brother saw it in person he realized they missed something. The control arm bushing was broken so they decided to up the price because it needed a repair. I was still willing to buy. At this point it was 5 days back and forth.I emailed late yesterday to buy it and there was no response. I decided to call today to purchase it since there was no response and they it sold underneath me. That was the worst part was the bushing was not disclosed to the next customer so he doesn’t even know there’s a problem. The bushing they said will cost 400 to 600 dollars. Time to look for another 2013 bmw 335xi I guess sorry to whoever bought.
Nice dealership with varieties of cars. Great services for those with money to pay without too many questions.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi St. Paul and couldn’t be happier with not only the vehicle, but the awesome service I was provided. I was immediately greeted at the door and felt at home. My salesmen were kind, knowledgeable and attentive to me. The staff all appeared happy to be there which provided a comfortable, at home environment. The process of trading in my old vehicle and purchasing a new one was an absolute joy from beginning to end and I couldn’t be happier. I had to stop at the dealer that I previously purchased a vehicle from and could immediately tell the difference, long wait times, staff seemed rushed and tired, etc. I’ll be a long time customer at Audi St. Paul!
The dealership itself is nice but I’ve had nothing but problems with the service department. I bought my Audi from them in December and they sold me it without certified tires so they had to order new ones. They ordered the wrong tires causing me to not get my car for another 3 days. I brought it back a week or two later for them to do the protection package which has bubbles already on the front bumper. Another week or two later I got a nail in my tire so they had to order me another tire, which they ordered wrong again causing me to be without my car for another weekend. I swore I would never go back again but I took it back one more time for them to do my fuel door that got stuck shut, they fixed it but I just noticed a big chip in my paint right under the fuel door. I’m done with this place for good! 👎🏻
Just got winter Service all went well best place to get your Audi serviced they know Service THANKS
They were professional and personable. They made car buying easy. I appreciated that they wore masks and had plexiglass shields between employees and the customers. Thanks to Steve Mahoney for going the extra mile to find just what we wanted.👍🤩
Emily Dzurak did a fantastic job helping us purchase our 2014 Audi Q5. We were in late on a Saturday and she was ready for us with the vehicle pulled up front & ready to go. While we were ready to move forward, there were some questions about the vehicles CarFax & Service/Maintenance history. She was able to follow up with the information we asked for on Monday afternoon, We came in Monday evening and after some quick negotiation, wrapped it up. She was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Matt Snaza in Finance lined up some very attractive terms and Joe Cobb, Pre-Owned Sales Manager helped button up some details. Great job everyone!
Awesome service! Im now on my third Audi and the service department here is one of the reasons why. Im a detail oriented person and they always take the time to explain things in depth to me. They make sure that Im aware of what maintenance items need to be done, when they need to be done and why they need to be done. I always feel I have a full picture of the health of my vehicle when coming here. (I havent felt that way at other Audi dealers) With the combination of the service from this dealer and the well thought out maintenance schedule of Audi I know my vehicle is being maintained to the highest standards. Also, the ability to get a loaner vehicle when I need one, without hassle, is very important to me.
We bought a used vehicle from here. They assured us it had been gone through and that there were no issues. However, the morning after we bought it, I noticed oil and antifreeze on the garage floor. It turns out the oil filter adapter was cracked and the radiator tank had a crack in it. I called them first thing Monday morning and told them what was wrong with the car. The manager was only willing to pay $200 of a $1,400 repair bill. He saidthere was no way to prove we didnt hit something in or on the road that could have caused it. After two days of me arguing with them and not excepting their offers, I finally got them to $1,140. I decided to swallow the rest because I was losing too much time at work. The sales guy was nice, but not standing behind a vehicle after less than 48 hours is ridiculous.
What a wonderful experience. Andrew & Kevin at Audi St. Paul made the whole process of purchasing a used car a breeze. They were honest and straightforward. I felt totally relaxed and never once felt pressured. They were incredibly genuine and fair on price. I will telling everyone what a great experience I had. I highly recommend!
Excellent customer service and the technician was wonderful.Probably saved my life finding a huge installation error another shop did by not adequately doing their job!
We love our minivan we bought used, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint really is communication which caused hassles for me with three different people telling different information causing me to take time out of my day to stop in, only to be turned away with different information. I typically buy my vehicles from Luther dealers, but my wife found a van she really wanted. In my opinion Luther Automotive would do anything to make the customer happy.
I’m concerned that operation of the service department is deteriorating because of communication problems with customers. There seem to be systemic problems with the telephone system they use. They are very busy (understood) but use that as an apologetic excuse. These days the technology used must measure up to other service providers. It must also measure up to the service level long time customers are accustomed to.
Had a great experience here!! They gave me more money on my trade in than Volvo. My salesman Steve Mahoney was truly exceptional!! He was very easy going, took his time and collaborated with me to find the right Q5 at the right price. I highly recommend Steve and Audi of St. Paul.
Best car purchasing experience yet. Even better than my purchase at Carousel in 2012, which was great. Adrian knew all about the new features of the 2018s and made it so easy to get on the road! Adrian and Dan were completely straight forward with my trade in and took 3 minutes to get me a reasonable number - they didnt dink around for a second. The finance manager was right on top of it all. Everyone was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Ill absolutely be back there for my next Audi and wont waste time going anywhere else.
Initial purchasing was incredibly smooth and the car was in amazing shape. Best car for the best deal. I purchased remotely and the agent and dealership were helpful in bringing the car to a 3rd party for inspection, then fixing the one thing that came up without changing the purchase price. While there were some communication drops and mistakes in shipping the car and transferring the title, the follow up and follow through to my comments was excellent from management at Audi St. Paul and I expect post-sale communication has improved. Thank you for a wonderful car!
Ive been a customer to Audi St Paul for over 5 years. I went in to trade my A4 for a new Q5. Thank you to Savanna Dunn and Audi for providing such a great experience for me while shopping for a new vehicle. Savanna was very pleasant and provided a very personal experience while shopping for my new vehicle. She went out of her way to answer any questions and was happy to explain and demonstrate features. I appreciated her honest opinions and fun attitude. She has also followed up with me to make sure everything is going well and is always super quick to respond. Awesome!
Great people, great prices and great cars!I had a great experience with Audi St. Paul. This is the first vehicle I purchased from them. Bob was the best, he was patient with me and held the car for me for two weeks till I turned in my previous leased car. Bob also gave me a great price on the car and made sure that I was happy with my purchase and getting what I want. Andrew worked with me to have the car ready and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Michelle in finance was also great.
I was in the market for a new car and had been shopping around at multiple dealerships prior to coming to Audi St Paul. I was open to various make options and chose to go with Audi at the end of the day not only for outstanding vehicle performance and affordability, but for their amazing customer service as well. Adrian was my salesman and he was very accommodating and helpful. The finances team is very helpful as well and makes the financial process very simple. Very impressed and happy with my new car!
My service was overpriced. And the service was less than subpar. Extremely disappointed.
Sales staff dont hover, they are very accomedating, nice to work with. Treat you just as well buying a used Audi as a new one. I would definitely buy a car from them again.
Very nice people good customer service they are great
My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Hugh Bealka was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient the handful of times we went to Audi St.Paul to research and test drive for the perfect vehicle. When we decided on our vehicle, he helped us through the buying process which went very smoothly! Matthew in finance was also very helpful with the loan process and answering all our questions. Hugh took time to show us every button, knob and helped personalize the vehicle set up before driving off the lot! His knowledge and professionalism was appreciated and we couldn’t be happier with the buying experience!
We have three Audis and this is our go to place for all their service needs.
I purchased a car after initially leasing, worked with Steve Mahoney both times. He was very honest and responsive to any questions and concerns throughout the process. I would recommend him as well as this dealership. I have had good experiences with the service/maintenance side of things as well.
I think this is the first review Ive ever posted. With good reason, St Paul Audi has gone above and beyond servicing both of my Audis. When ordering parts, servicing, check ups, or the loaner department, ive been continuously shocked at how i was treated like their best customer. I am not, i didnt even buy my vehicles there but i most certainly will my next one. Their culture of customer service shows in every interaction with employees in every department. Well done team St Paul Audi! This type of business is hard to find in any industry, i am glad to have a dealership for life.
Great service and friendly atmosphere!
Really professional super polite and get stuff done with a reasonable amount of time
Weve purchased three cars from Audi St. Paul and have been completely satisfied each time. This is not the closest Audi dealership to our house, but the experience is more than worth the extra drive. Steve Mahoney gave fantastic service and did a lot of work to help us achieve the best price possible. Thank you Steve! I highly recommend Audi St. Paul and Steve Mahoney for delivering an honest and great customer service experience!
I just purchased my second Q5 from Audit St. Paul. The quality of the vehicle and the great level of service led me to trade in my old Q5 for a new one. Salesman Adrian Clercx did a wonderful job of searching and finding a vehicle for me. When it didnt turn out to be exactly right, right away and without complaint he found another option for me that turned out to be perfect. I felt like I was listened to, respected, and that they truly wanted me to be happy. Everything a customer wants in an buying experience! I would highly recommend Adrian and would definitely buy another car from him sometime in the future. Michelle Rice in Finance was also delightful to deal with. Both Adrian and Michelle made the buying experience easy and kind of fun. Great job!
Jim Palmer of Audi St. Paul was a top notch Brand Specialist. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and has a comforting demeanor about him. Doing business with Jim was enjoyable and effortless. We love our new 2015 A3 and couldnt be happier with our experience. If you are in the market for an Audi (or any other vehicle on their lot) Jim is your guy. Highly recommended. Thanks again Jim!
We have never owned an Audi before, but went to take a look. Steve Mahoney was amazing and answered all our questions with ease. He was extremely professional, courteous, and prompt about everything - and there was no pressure whatsoever. We ended up with an A5 Sportback that was hard to find, but Steve found the exact one we wanted. The entire process was amazing and fast, and there was no stress involved. Now we are proud Audi owners and in love with the car. Buying a car is never really fun, but this time it was. Thanks Steve!
Repairs and cars here are expensive - its an Audi dealership!. The building itself is big and bright, with a high barrel ceiling and tons of windows. They always have about 4 or 5 cars on the floor to check out. These things combined with an awesome self serve espresso drinks machine, free snacks and newspapers make this a pleasant place to hang out while work is done. Ive had no problems with repairs or prices. My car shopping experience here was excellent.
My husband and I both purchased brand new Audis last week, an A4 and an A3, and had a fantastic experience at Audi of St. Paul. We worked with Andrew, who was so great to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly returned calls and emails. The entire experience was pressure-free, he genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect cars for us and we did! The actual purchase of the cars was the easiest and fastest experience I have ever had. Everything was ready to go when I arrived and Tammy in financing was great to work with. Andrew walked me though all the features in my new car and made sure everything was great before I left. I would recommend Andrew and Audi of St. Paul to anyone looking to buy an Audi.
Audi reached out to me with a campaign that sounded too good to be true! Once I made the appointment, I met with Steve Mahoney. He was fantastic-provided education around the entire lease and buy-out process, was super informative, and extremely knowledge with the brand he is was selling.Steve picked out a couple of cars for me to review and ask questions. He had everything all set to go with pricing, terms, etc. It was by far the easiest process and I left actually knowing what I had done. I had leased with non-Audi brands for 9 years. I have been with Audi for 3 years now and will never look back.Thank you for an outstanding experience!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi St. Paul and had a truly great experience! This was the first dealership that Ive been to that has treated me like a serious buyer rather than a young woman buying her first car. Derek was incredibly professional and accommodating, as was Michelle who assisted with the financing. Very good and up front people, their vehicles are priced well and accurately to market value. I would highly recommend them
Great customer service here! Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and when we were sitting in the lounge area waiting for financing paperwork to go though salesmen walked by frequently to make sure wed been helped and offered us drinks and chatted pleasantly. They were very willing to negotiate prices and they completely tuned up my new sports car and serviced it filling up all the fluids, putting on new tires and detailing it beautifully all free of charge before I brought it home. I was very happy with the service here and Im in love with my new car!
Adrian Clercz at Audi of St Paul did an excellent job finding the car I wanted. I met with him once, test drove a car and detailed what I was looking for. He found a 2018 A6 that was exactly what I was looking for. He explained the process and found a good deal for me. He listened to my needs and was a pleasure to work with.
My rating is for the service department. I wouldn’t ever trust them again after my experiences with a car I bought for my mom. They didn’t even test drive the car to see for themselves but quoted $850 to fix that issue and when we declined and drove it, that issue was gone; it had just happened due to road conditions at the time and wiring getting wet. Why is a service department not test driving the cars to assess it themselves?? They supposedly fixed an issue causing the check engine light to come on prior to this but the light came back on within a week and they said that it’s normal for another issue to come up after something is fixed. Seriously?!! I have a Mercedes and there is a 180 degree difference in the service at Sears Imports, so I will stick with them from now on and hopefully find a good service place for my mom’s Audi in the meantime.
I found a vehicle online that I was interested and contacted Audi St Paul and they were very accommodating with my schedule. When I stopped in the salesman was very inviting and friendly. I never felt pressured to make a decision from start to end. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new car. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from Audi St Paul due to my wonderful experience!
This is our fourth A4 we have either leased or purchased from Audi St. Paul. Melissa Meier was a delight to work with. She worked very hard to find the right car for us at the right price. We have always been treated in a very friendly and respectful manner whenever we have been at the dealership. Raven was also wonderful to work with in completing the transaction. We love our new car as we did with all the other ones. It is really a fun car to drive and it looks nice.
My wife and I recently purchased a car and I must say the experience through the entire process was first class. Steve was our salesman and he was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone! I previously owned an Audi and when serviced I always dealt with Sean and would recommend him as well if any service is needed!
I was in the market for a used vehicle and was referred to Audi St. Paul, specifically working with Emily. She is straightforward, knowledgeable, and works hard for her customers. A true delight in the business.
We did lots of research and visited quite a few dealers prior to going to the Audi St.Paul location. I am so glad we did not buy at the any of the previous dealers. My husband and I honestly feel we got an amazing deal with the Audi Q5 we bought. Andrew Horstman made our car buying experience enjoyable! I attribute our amazing experience to his great customer service, attention to detail and knowledge. But most importantly to his ability to negotiate with his manager to get us a great deal!. We are loving our new car!
We had the best experience at Audi St. Paul (in Maplewood)! Chris, our dedicated sales guide, made the entire process smooth and easy. We didnt expect to purchase an Audi that day, but the cars and dealer staff made our decision easy without ever feeling an ounce of pressure. Getting an Audi was clearly the best choice/option for us. Would recommend working with Chris and heading to this Audi location for your next test drive!
We have always brought our Audis here for maintenance. Our experiences have always been good or very good. We have had a couple of uncommon problems with our cars and they seemed to go above expectations trying to diagnose the issue.
The Audi St. Paul service department is fast, on time and well qualified. Service representative Ryan Thompson is really terrific. He is able to quickly diagnose the problem and suggest an economical service solution. Ryan follows up while the car is being serviced so as the customer I am well informed, understand progress and have an awareness for an estimated time of service completion.
The customer service is a joke here. I have been a customer for over two years now. I have recently had some questions come up about my warranty and I have called and left 4 message, texted the individual who sold me the car and sent him an email over the last three weeks to discuss my warranty and service issue and NO ONE has reached out to me in any way. Very disappointed. Might just have to go with a different brand of vehicle and forget Audi all together if they care this little of their customers.
Terrible customer service, over charging people for simple fixes. Go to a local business instead.
Just bought a very nice 2009 A4 From St,Paul Audi . We got to the dealership 30 minutes before they closed, expecting to get the cold shoulder. But instead went inside and were warmly greeted. We told the receptionist what we were looking for, she then introduced us to salesperson “Drake Talbert”. Thanks to Drake we were able to end a painful 3 week search for a replacement car for our sons totaled out 1. Drake was awesome he treated our 17yr. old son like he was a CEO or something. Drake was very informative and took the pressure out of the entire deal, not the old standard “you buy or you cry”. After we agreed on a price he turned us over to Raven Fox to wrap up the papers. Raven was equally as great, she actually made doing the paperwork entertaining. While Raven took care of on the papers, Drake took our son back to the car. Our son told us that Drake went over all the options and cool tricks on the car with him from front to back. When we were done with the papers we met back up with Drake and our son. Drake had the A4 rinsed, tires dressed and sitting inside the dealership like it was brand-new. By the time the deal was done they were well past closed and still Drake made us feel like we had all the time in the world. This was by far the most pleasant car purchase we have ever had. Thanks Drake and Raven, from the Sunderlands.
BEST in the Industry. Audi of St. Paul, you are hands down the absolute, most positive dealership experience and prove yourself time and time again. Thank you, I walk out of there every time feeling welcomed, important, and happy.
My experience with Audi St Paul has always been top notch! From the moment I walk in the door, I am treated respectfully and always with positive communication. The past couple times I have come in, I have worked with John Wagers. He answers all of my questions, explains cleary what is being done, and describes what I need next. I just love my Audi… and I just love the service that comes along with owning one. Thank you Audi St Paul and thank you John!
Brad was my service advisor and he did an amazing job from start to finish. Got me a loaner, kept me in the loop about my car and made sure everything was done thoroughly the first time. So happy I’ve found a trust worthy place to bring my Audi for service and know I’m in good hands with this team.
I have been purchasing vehicles from this location for the last 15 years. They have always been wonderful from both a sales and service standpoint until my last purchase and service work. Lets start with the fact that I had new breaks put on my A4 and they forgot to put the caliper bolts back in, putting myself and my passengers at a huge safety risk. Now move to just 3 months later when I purchase a new A5 from them. The sales experience in all honesty was great. Hence the two stars vs. one. But follow up after sales has been terrible. I have left 2 voicemails and e-mails to the GM with not a single response back. I paid to have a protective coating put on and window tint. Was told at the time of service that the service department would reach out to me within the next few days. Basically sold me products and not dont care if they install them or not because they already have my money.
Mike Dahl at Audi St. Paul helped me find a wonderful low mileage A4. He was helpful and not pushy, which I really appreciated. I had a lot of questions and he was always ready with good answers. Its great to buy a car from someone who is personally interested in cars and helping you find the right vehicle. Everybody else was very easy to work with as well. I have had purchase experiences with other dealerships where I wanted to run out the door as quickly as possible. This really seemed like a place I wanted to go back to.
This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and would recommend them to my family and friends. My salesperson Joe B. was knowledgeable and very thorough. The process for financing with Raven is seamless and productive. If you havent visited this dealership, I would recommend you give them a look when purchasing your next vehicle.
Exceptional service department. Good experiences with Brad as my advisor.
I had a phenomenal experience purchasing a car at Audi St. Paul. As an out of state customer I was expecting it to be tough to coordinate a test drive and purchase but they worked around my schedule and even stayed late on a Saturday to complete the sale. Nick McGovern is a great salesman and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of Audis entire model range. I absolutely recommend Nick/Audi St. Paul and look forward to working with them again in the future.
I had a great experience working with Adrian at Audi St Paul. His knowledge and expertise was on point. He was quick to response with all of my questions and he went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I was looking for. I will be back to purchase from Adrian and Audi St Paul again. Thanks Adrian!
We decided to look into Audi St. Paul after Audi Minneapolis refused to acknowledge their mistakes. So far, the service has been a lot better by a huge difference. Although it wasnt their mistake, they went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue. Theyve been very transparent in the service, warranty coverage, and any out of pocket cost; plus review the paperwork and connect with you! Will continue going here. Its definitely worth the drive.
I let Jen Brown know I was looking for a certain type of vehicle for my son--and in just a few days she found the perfect vehicle, The dealership gave us a good price and then Jen, the financial person and the manager all stayed late on Friday night to complete the sale. Great service and good people at this dealership--Ive used their cars for the last 15 years or so.
Ryan Thompson is a great service adviser. He was able to get me in for service when I wanted it. Everything at Audi Saint Paul is the best. I cannot compliment them more on making me feel welcome and appreciated. They go the extra mile in everything they do.
SIX (6) Star Sales Person!I recently purchased a car from Audi St. Paul. Buying a car can sometimes be daunting, overwhelming and a bit a game of cat and mouse because both parties want the BEST deal.Working with Jerry Miller at Audi St. Paul was a true pleasure. I feel that he was honest, direct, did not make any promises he could not keep and he truly was there for a win/win on both parties behalf. I would 110 % recommend Jerry Miller if you are looking tor a new Audi or pre-owned car of any kind.Michael S.St. Paul, MN
I was in the market to lease a 2018 Audi SQ5 and started my search at the Audi dealer that I was most familiar with as I have used them to service my previous Audi vehicles for the past 8+ years (that dealer was not Audi St. Paul and well call them dealer A).I visited dealer A on 12/1/2017 and test drove a vehicle that was similar to what I was looking for, left dealer A with the understanding that the salesperson that was helping me would be following up with some pricing (based on vehicles that were on order and should be arriving soon) in the near future. Almost two weeks had passed and the only follow up I had received was a generic email from the GM of dealer A, I replied to that email and informed the GM that I hadnt heard back from the salesperson that had assisted me and to this day have still not received any follow-up from them. I have been happy with the service department at dealer A over the past 8 years but had never dealt with their sales department, based on the complete lack of follow up I decided not to pursue a purchase/lease from this dealer.Next stop was dealer B which is the newest Audi dealer in the area and not affiliated with dealer A or Audi St. Paul. I was in the area of dealer B on 12/16 and decided to stop by and see if the sales department there would be more responsive and helpful. I didnt have much time, but realized quickly that the sales approach at dealer B was not going to be a good fit (not transparent, presented a quote that they werent allowed to let anyone leave the building with and the final straw was when they informed me that the offer they made was only valid if I made the purchase/lease that evening (it was very close to their closing time on a Saturday night).I was ready to rule out Audi (I have only driven Audi since 2008, two different vehicles (2006 A4 & 2011 S4) since 2008 and considered myself to be pretty loyal to their brand) and move on to my second choice for a new vehicle but decided to give the 3rd Audi dealer (Audi St. Paul) in the area a try. I wasnt very optimistic since Audi St. Paul is affiliated with dealer A, but figured it was worth a try and if it didnt work out I could say gave the brand a full three strikes before moving on.Andrew Hortsman was the sales person that assisted me at Audi St. Paul and was prompt and responsive throughout the process. The quote they provided was competitive and transparent, any details that were not disclosed were provided upon request. Michelle Rice was the finance manager that completed the transaction and she was sure to have all of the paperwork ready to go when I arrived which made the process very efficient. If youre in the Twin Cities area and looking for a a new Audi vehicle, save yourself some time and start with Audi St. Paul.
