I hate that the kids shoes are $70. Luckily my son picked out a cheap pair for $20...after my discount. Nobody helped me but they spoke at the door. I also wish they had a larger selection of different brans and styles of shoes.

Helpful staff and they always have plenty of stock. Many stores like Kohls are always out of every shoe and you cant find anyone to help you. Shoe Carnival will actually help you find the correct shoes, sandals, etc. Recommended.

This store is always very clean and the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately for me, unless they have buy one get one at half price there pretty pricey. Especially, when you have so many discount stores that sell shoes for half price. If your looking for a specific shoe though, I would shop here.

I went in to the store to buy 8 1/2 wide new balance work shoes. They never have them. Ive tried three different times guess Ill try internet

We found what we needed for my boyfriends job. The pricing was expected and the store was clean. The manager was on the floor and when we first arrived and she was very nice. The young lady that assisted us with our purchase was professional and cordial. My issue is that we had to wait to be checked out with our purchase because 2 staff were talking to the young lady working at the cash register. We had to wait and the staff knew we were standing there waiting. It was several minutes before we were able to make our purchase. As we were leaving, 2 of the staff were hanging out and talking. They werent walking the floor or helping other customers. I just feel like this isnt a good first impression for people entering the store. This is the reason for 3 stars.

Even though you didnt have my size, yall saved us time by calling and not relying on the inventory list. You said just because it says they are in stock doesnt mean they actually have them in store. I have been exploring new options for purchasing shoes, and this place exceeded my expectationsThe manager appeared to like her job and was intuitively attentive but not intrusive. Manager referred us to an associate who knew her products, and I was out with two pairs of shoes on sale in less than hour

Store was well stocked and clean aisles. Was able to find my size with little trouble in the styles I liked. Will definitely be back.

Very helpful. Manager was on the sales floor and kept eye and attention to incoming customers so the salesperson could help me uninterrupted. One style was sold out in my size and they ordered it from another store and had it delivered to my home. The manager announced an in store promotion that was specific to what I was about to purchase which allowed me $5 Xtra $ off my already reduced choices. I did feel a bit pressured esp with the premise of their sale prices, but overall, a positive experience.

The first store I went to did not an advertised sandal on sale in my size. They offered to call the Deer Creek store that had them and placed a hold on a pair for me. The staffs at both stores were awesome . Even with trying on the shoe, I was in out in 15 minutes.

The workers were friendly but there wasnt a large selection of shoes. It definitely could be because of the pandemic and with that in mind thats why I gave them 3 stars.

Selections werent that good but they were restocking. Found some good deals though and liked the customer service

My nephew and I visited this store because we were attempting to find some new shoes for him. We struggled a lot at first, but the clerks were extremely helpful. They tried their best to assist you with your search, and avoided giving us cliche answers to our questions. Following some deep searching, we found him the perfect pair of shoes! The facilities were very clean and organized as well. I highly recommend this establishment if youre searching for a place that has a good selection of shoes, and great customer service! :-)

I came to SC looking for a steel toe boot. I mastakenly grabbed,purchased, and wore a soft toe boot. I must have steel toes for my job. When I realized that I had a soft toe I freaked out. I realized I might have just wasted $80. I called and talked to the manager and he helped me with switching and getting the correct shoe. I could tell he was frustrated but he was pretty cool about it. For that reason..... 5 STARS!

The shoes I purchased online came covered in dirt and dye they were so filthy! I had to drive out my way to return the used shoes and get a refund which was annoying because I ordered online so I wouldnt have to go to the store. The whole process was confusing and frustrating. Instead of the manager plainly explaining the return process to the cashier, he went through a series of confusing steps that caused the process to take longer then necessary. I guess he thought he was cool...umm not! Cool would be greeting your customer and apologizing for your company selling used shoes at full price!If shoe carnival wouldnt sell dirty used shoes and hire losers to manage their stores, I wouldve given five stars.
