Excellent customer service, club quality equipment, fair prices and honest employees! I purchased an elliptical and later a weight bench, power rack and weight plates. Joe and Todd patiently explained pros and cons of different brands and designs. They also walked me through easy to follow, step by step installation instructions. Joe and Todd are first class guys and MN Fitness is my go to place for equipment. I highly recommend them for both in-home or fitness center equipment!

I called for information on a piece of exercise equipment. The owner was helpful and informative so I ended up buying a used piece of equipment from him. Once he ran my credit card, I asked him if it was possible to plug in the machine and make sure everything worked before I left with it. He said, ”all sales are final.” I agreed and realized I now take full responsibility. The owner called me an hour later telling me that the piece of equipment I bought was already sold. “So what’s the problem? All sales are final, correct?” Nope! Not if it affects the stores side. It’s a one way company...only what’s best for them. As a business owner myself, you can’t make money on every sale. What does that look like? Why not come to me with an option that is a great deal so I feel like cares about his word. I bet he’s got 40% margin on new products....offer me one at 30% off. Nope! No offer, no alternative solution. This sale is final!

Ordered a bench, elliptical and weight rack from them about a year ago. The process was flawless, salesperson was friendly and even gave us some deals for buying multiple pieces. If were ever in the market again, we will remember them!

Salesperson Joe is a very rude and terrible person I have ever had a business transaction with. I ordered a bench more than three weeks ago and he had said that it would be arriving in a week. I contact now and he says he would refund the money. I couldve placed an order with other stores and wouldve received my item by now. I would definitely not recommend this place! Please dont do business with Joe.

He had a lot of great equipment for very reasonable prices! I’d recommend coming here first every time!Heads up the name is different and it’s moved to a different and it’s moved down a couple doors. Don’t be waylaid by that!
