My wife and I have had to replace two old furnace and AC systems in the past half year at two residences. Both times Perfection Heating was fast to respond in the cold weather, gave us competitive prices and quickly scheduled our replacement heating and AC systems. Both times Derek and Mike were the replacement crew and they were great -- friendly, careful to explain everything and got done when they said they would. We couldnt ask for better. Technician David O. came to check our furnace, as we were having problems with it. He insisted that we needed to purchase a new one immediately and even called to order a new one. I told him that my husband and I wanted to get a second opinion instead. He became visibly upset and continuously told me that our furnace was not safe. He took forever to gather his items before leaving our home and stayed outside in his vehicle for at least twenty minutes before finally leaving. We did get a second opinion from Metro Heating and Cooling and found that our furnace had been severely misdiagnosed and that a new furnace was not needed at all. We had no more problems with it, either, as it only required a simple part that solved the issue. If we had listened to him, we would have been out of a lot of money due to unnecessarily purchasing a new furnace.

Our design+build firm has been working with Perfection Heating for the past 10 years and I couldnt recommend them more highly. The owner and all the employees are the nicest group of people and they truly care about the work that they are doing. They take the extra time to make sure things are right and if something needs to be corrected, they make sure its resolved to both our satisfaction and that of the client. Jordan and his team are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. So far they have replaced 3 large heaters in our warehouse and repaired a pain in the rear boiler that was on the fritz for months before I found them. The team at Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning amazed me yet again.2 years ago, on the previous property I owned, Perfection was the only company that was willing to come out for a same-day estimate.They did a fantastic job on that home and project.I now purchased another home, and the air conditioning condenser was 30 years old and could not be repaired.I called several companies, all of them could not come out to give me an estimate for 1 week, and the install would take place 2 weeks later.So I gave the folks at Perfection Heating another call.It was Friday around 5 pm, Jordan said he would be happy to come out for an estimate Saturday morning.He came out for the estimate, had a very competitive price, and even said they could be there Monday afternoon to install.Ray and Taylor were the installers. They were very efficient, even when the rain started pouring down. They even cleaned up after themselves, going as far as wiping their wet shoe prints off the back porch when I said it was no big deal, they wiped them up anyway.I can always count on Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning to be Quick, Honest, Reasonably Priced, and Friendly.I am also a professional home inspector, and will recommend Perfection Heating and Air Conditioning to my clients without hesitation!These guys really go the extra mile!

Fantastic service! I got a new AC on one of the hottest days so far this summer. Joe and Fred were great - they were on time and down to business to get my air back on as quickly as possible. Joe answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know about my new system. Will recommend!

**RIPOFF** **DISHONEST**I was lied to by the service technician, who was shady.When I called the company and inquired on pricing, the lady who took the call informed me that the cost would be $100 for a service call, and they dont charge by the hour, so this fee would cover everything. She also stated I would be informed of any additional charges when/if repairs would be necessary.After the technician simply popped out and popped in a fuse (which I had already bought myself), he gave me a bill for almost $200. I told him what the person who took my call stated would be the price, and he became slightly agitated, saying, Yeah, but thats not including repairs. Well be lucky to break even on this service call. $200 for a half hour, especially when Id been informed otherwise, is a scam. I have filed a Better Business Bureau claim for bait and switch tactics. This company is NOT BBB accommodated either, and there was another complaint on file.I advise everyone reading this review to STAY AWAY from Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning.

Friendly and helpful staff anytime I had to call in. They were quick to come assess issue. The team that came to assess and later to install new A/C was professional and very courteous! Id use Perfection again.

I am a general contractor and I own a water and fire damage restoration company. I have used Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning for many years and I have always been satisfied with their work. They are fairly priced, honest, and they do a good job.

Never used them, but judging by their improper use of capitalization in their slogan I have doubts...

Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning was there when we needed them. They arrived within 30 minutes of our call late on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed the problem. Ray was very professional and he even took the time to show me exactly what the problem was on Saturday. Although they were unable to find the part late on a Saturday night Ray made a trip back to our home and provided us with many space heaters to get us comfortably through until Monday. Steve found the parts that we needed on Monday and it was fixed by early afternoon. Steve also took the time to show us exactly what the problem was and explained what probably lead to the broken parts. Considering they came out twice on a Saturday and then again on a Monday for service we were very pleased with their pricing. Id recommend Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone with confidence, and although I hope its a long, long time til I have to call again, it will be the only call I have to make.

My wife and I woke up cold yesterday morning - it was 5 degrees outside. The house was cool and didnt seem to be warming up. Then we looked and saw that our thermostat was blank andt here was no flame burning in the furnace. I called the company who installed the furnace 13 years ago, but they couldnt come in until after hours. We couldnt wait that long. I found Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning on Yelp as a Bryant dealer and called. They could be at our house in one hour. Steve, the owner, happened to be the person who came. He couldnt believe what he found. He was able to set up an emergency start, but indicated that would only keep the furnace running for a short period of time. He wouldnt leave the house until my wife went and purchased a carbon monoxide kit. His crew, Jim and Mike, came today just after 7 a.m. and installed the correct size furnace. Steve even came back to see how things were going. Steve looked at the heat exchanger and showed me where it burnt itself up and was melting inside because of the incorrect original installation. Steve and the others have never seen a furnace do this before. We can go to bed tonight with no worries about waking up to no heat or being carbon monoxide poisoned.

In the recent polar vortex our 17 year old furnace stopped working. I opened the cover, the window over the burners was melted and it smelled bad. Not the smell of gas--just something acrid. I called several places. Every HVAC company was slammed. It was -20 degrees. They prioritized and replaced our system.In the last 10 years, Ive dealt with a dozen or so HVAC contractors. Perfection is the only HVAC contractor I would recommend. They delivered, the price was reasonable, and the are stand up guys. There is a real sense that they take pride in doing things right and in being good at what they do. I trust them. Call them, I think you will too.

We had a blower go out in our new home, Perfection was there within a few hours with a new one, did the install flawlessly and we were back up and runniing within hours. Thanks Perfection, you rock.

I have worked in the construction industry as a project manager for over 15 years.Steve and his staff have been my go to HVAC vendor for customer, family and personal related projects for years.Many of the jobs I have used them on have dealt with difficult situations, conditions or timelines yet they have continually provided nothing but professional results and satisfied customers.There will always be cheaper companies out there however finding people that you can trust both their work and approach is rare.I will continue to use and refer Perfection Heating without hesitation.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE- I have used Perfection Heating for almost 20 years. At the urging of several close friends, when I moved I tried Bonfe -- WHAT a disaster. After the fourth problem with Bonfe I went back to Perfection and they are simply the best. I dont understand the RIPOFF review because that has NEVER happened to me. Do not use this company!!!! They sent a furnace technician to my house by the name of Ray. Ray stole several of my tools from my garage, several things from my kitchen, took money out of my wallet, took several of my financial papers. We couldnt do anything about it except report it to the police and never got any of the items back. Several of the tools Ray took were tools passed down to me by my father. Think twice before you hire these people to do anything!!!
