The staff is phenomenal here. Id recommend this place anytime for all ages. Quality stuff at reasonable prices.

We buy all of our gear from here. Skate sharpening with Abby and Janet is amazing! Foot pain for my goalie handled with super feet and great been there done that high arch thing advice. With all the changes occasionally I have walked in and not felt the great atmosphere....but they still have a great core of people who know and love and play hockey and truly want to help you. Thank you for years of service!

My son gets all his goalie gear here. They are knowledgeable because many of them have a history of playing the game. Great job guys

The guys do a great job in this store. My son notices the difference if I dont get the skates sharpened here vs another place closer to my house. I dont tell him anything he just tells me. Its obvious Pure Hockey does a great job with great service.

The employees here have vast knowledge & expertise when it comes to their products. Unfortunately there are only a few employees that know about goalie stuff so if you need help youd better hope theyre working, however the ones that do are extremely helpful & know what theyre talking about. I love the overall experience of the shop-its a neat, fun, friendly atmosphere for a customer of any skill level. Excellent customer service is yet another reason I give this place a 5 out of 5.

Ill keep this brief since Im absolutely disgusted with my most recent experience here. I was in the store this past Sunday looking for Christmas gifts when I overheard a conversation at the counter. A man behind the counter was raising his voice with a female customer and didnt appear to be handling the situation properly. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere during and after this occurred for me, as I didnt want to approach the counter and be treated the same way. On my way out of the store I caught a glimpse of the mans nametag that read manager.I will gladly pay more for my hockey equipment at another store that treats customers correctly and am certain that I will NEVER return to any Total Hockey store in the future.

Car wash here is quick, works good and is cheap, but they only do interior washes at certain times of the day, which is different than the posted hours. Came here planning on getting the inside vaccummed too, but could only get the outside washed.
