Waited 3 hours when they had decided not to fix my tire after 30 Mins.... woohoo no call or text just aimlessly wondering walmart for no reason. Go down the road a bit to a real tire shop

I brought in all of my 3 cars to get their tires replaced. Found the best deals and they did a great job. One of my vehicles had only 3 of the 4 tires delivered and they searched high and low to find the tire in the store at a 6pm appointment. I’m sure it was a long and hot day for them! I appreciate the customer service and help to find the tire!!

Not helpful, ruined my tires for a flat repair. Gave back my car without filling up the tire pressure to the fullest and broke lug nuts and unwilling to reimburse.

This place has some of the best prices on tires and oil changes in town nobody can compare to them. I was having trouble with my tires and Hank that works there went above and beyond his way to help me out. Thank you

Even though I was not buying anything there I have dealt with Walmarts auto and have never been let down. Some Walmarts have better service.

I just stopped in for a battery replacement. Brian was a super efficient, multitasking employee! He had to do a little extra work removing my old battery, but still provided prompt stellar service.

Lee helped us super quickly with removing a front spoiler that started dragging on the highway on our way home to Phoenix. It was an emergency situation and luckily we were near this Walmart. He was so nice and just helped us for free and told my fiancé to “do something nice” for me and that would be his payment. So nice!

Came to get an oil change and was told I was going to have to wait an hour and a half which I know is going to be 2 and a half hours because they’re doing an oil change on a vehicle they don’t have the right oil filter for, obviously the owner of that vehicle should have to wait not everybody else. And the last time I was here there was no excuses from them but I still waited 3 hours for an oil change, it should be done in 20 minutes

Absolute horror show. Waited 3 hours for them to mount and balance one tire, a defective tire purchased here less than 500 miles ago.Then to top this off they tried to charge me full price for a new tire when this tire was under not only the manufacturer warranty but the additionally purchased road hazard warranty. The only saving grace was the Tech Dane.

Was just there for two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They couldnt even figure out how to reset my oil change light. Ugh!!!

They do good work. Wish they gave out free air fresheners. Bonus, the cutest guy works there. 😀

When I arrived, the first thing I saw was the crew yelling and cussing each other out. Andrew came to assist me and he was helpful and polite. The man who came to examine the tire, however, was rude about the job. When he yelled/cursed at the crew inside the building, Andrew tried to gently remind him to watch his language. This was my first bad experience at walmart, and I feel bad for the one person who was actually professional and courteous.

Came to get my oil changed and tires rotated. It took a normal 45 min to an hour to get done. I drove my car away got across the street an smelt something burning under my hood. The auto technicians poured 1/2 quart of oil all over my engine and it was pooling in all the creases. I had to bring my car back for them to clean it. Would not recommend getting your oil changed at walmart.

Was told an hour and a half. My truck was in their shop after two hours then moved back outside with the old tires so they could work on customers cars who showed up after me. About three hours later they finally finished. Also had to find and put my old tires in back of my truck, which I asked them to do in the beginning. Not impressed with Walmart. If the state Im moving to had a Discount tire, for road hazard purposes, Id have gone there instead.

30 minutes to 45 for 2 tires. Its been 2 hours since I arrived and it still isnt done. So frustrated! Service at Wal-Mart sucks anymore. 2 guys working. 4 people have left with oil changes. Wth see where people spending more rate.

I paid almost $50 for a Iloilo change that I didnt ask for . They supposedly checked my wipers which I need to replace and couldnt vacuum because I had coins on my floor. Then the front guy at paying ignores what I told him like he didnt care when I told him that my wipers arw not good and that I didnt get charged that last time

Well after seeing the countless 1 star..... Ill only try to do a brief description... had 2 tires replaced that Ive had to come back and had to have rebalance 3 Times in Month cuz they were soooo bad that even 2 of their techs asked whoever did them should be canned, thinking it was another shop? During the 3rd and final of those return visits the manager asked if I wanted a basic cleaning of fuel injectors. I thought I asked the proper questions AND NOT YET really knowing what they were about to do causing another 2nd issue with my injector yet and also realizing something must have gone wrong on an entirely 3rd issue when the pulled R front tire off for this 3rd return to simply rebalance these tires.. well They broke off the barrier between the wheel well and engine, just on one side but then pushed it back up, however, as soon as i backed up and cut my wheel it hooked on and started thumping noise, what Morons..... they tires are not even that great. My mistake all the way around. Go to Big o or Discount pleaseI wouldnt trust 3 of them to fix a pair of sun glasses.Just like the Doctors in Tucson. I wouldnt trust 3 of them to cure a Ham on Xmas.....

Went in for an oil change; found out a few days later after taking it a mechanic for a suspected rear main seal leak that it was the oil filter. Simply put, walmart lube and oil techs did not tighten the oil filter. Theres only two things to tighten when doing an oil change (drain plug and oil filter). Righty tighty lefty loosey.

When I asked the attendant how long it was going to be to balance and rotate my tires that I purchased front Wal-Mart he told me 2 hours. I declined and said I would come back later. As I was pulling away he stopped me and told me they could do it in an hour. I waited 1 hr and 15 minutes and they never touched my car. I hadnt seen anyone doing anything in 20-30 minutes on any vehicle so I asked about it. They told me they still had to replace 4 tires on 2 vehicles before they could even get to mine, including a vehicle that had arrived after me that would have pushed the wait to well beyond 2 hrs. A job that should have only taken 20-30 minutes was instead pushed to the side burner and I was ignored and never notified if the increase wait. The mechanic that came and explained what was going on then proceeded to turn around and walk away from me as I was asking him for an explanation or a solution to this problem. I understand that my vehicle was not priority and there were vehicles ahead of me but there was no attempt to fulfill the promised time or attempt to right the wrong.

Dont buy a battery here, got a group 27 ValuePower and after 5 months it was reading 1.9 volts and not holding any charged. Called to find out about an exchange and it requires a managers approval so you have to hope a manager will be there and seems like a lot of mess when Costco is a quick and easy deal!

We had been taking our car in for oil changes for the convenience of shopping while it got done. This last week my husband took the car to another place close to his work instead and was told, whoever put the oil cap on last (Wal-Mart in Marana) screwed the lid on so tight, it took the threading off when they removed it. Thank You Wal-Mart, thats was a $500.00 expense uI didnt want to pay!

The manager Alex in the auto department is rude and has no means of how to do customer service at all turns his back to you a d ignores you for twenty min and then says I will be right witj you walks away and dose not come back for another twenty min

No more oil changeAfter 3 weeks of having changed the oil. It started to turn on the oil light. It had NO oil in the engine.My car started buzzing and the engine warmed up.
