Awesome management & team at this location. Rental car. Tire leak. Rental agency less than zero help. The manager and his team assured me that whatever it took, my wife and I would be leaving next day in a safe vehicle. Not only did they deliver on that, they did it on short notice, same day, with no complaining. If you value that kind of work ethic and customer service, visit this location.

Got my oil changed here today. Most of the oil obviously leaked out and by the time I noticed the drips on my driveway they were closed. Now I get to make a run to Autozone and get 6 more quarts of oil so that I can make it there by 7 am on my way to work so they can fix their mess. So bummed. Sloppy work, should have just done it myself.Update:It turned out to be all of the old oil on the undercarriage and there was no new oil leaking so that was a plus. Ronnie, the manager, was really apologetic and they cleaned everything up. Unfortunately, their oil drain pan doesn’t indicate how many quarts came out of your engine so there was no way for me to know if the tech put in the correct amount. Anyways, Ronnie refunded $100 of the $162 I ended up spending and gave me a new oil change. I was trying to save time by taking it here, but I’ll just save myself the headache and do it myself next time.
I needed to get a tire repaired/replaced before I went out of time. Great timing for that to go flat. I stopped in and they got me back on the road within an hour. I appreciate their help, patience and professionalism. I recommend the place.
I called in today and got take care of the same day a holiday weekend on a Sunday the manager there he is a vw owner a really good guy honest and the techs were awesome and let me see my car while it was on the lift very happy with this location. thanks guys. truly yours the Mercedes guy.
July 31,2021Very quick and friendly staff.I have been a Sears Diehard battery guy for decades.Of course Sears auto center stores are now closed.When me five year old Diehard Gold battery gave out on my 1999 VW Beetle. I was able to in no time call and had it replaced the same day at Firestone.
First experience here was awesome! Looking forward to a long and strong working relationship with this facility.
Had a nail in my tire, Firestone said they couldnt fix it and wanted me to buy a full new set of tires for over $500. I went to Discount Tire instead and they patched it for free. Save your money.
Stopped in to have one tire mounted and balanced, said they couldnt get it done for 3 days and I would need to make an appointment. Tire Rack said they were one of there certified installers, what a joke. Went to Big O and they had it done in an hour. Previous experiences were good there, but will not deal with them again, Big O has my business going forward.
Clean shop, nice staff, car drives great after getting my tires balanced from a bad job from the previous shop.Wish I could only dock half a star, but I was asked to set an appointment, came in on time, and my car wasnt serviced until about an hour after the appointment. End to end took about 1 and a half hours. Check with them before you factor in the service time around your schedule. They could be busy even with a set appointment.
Very quick and helpful! I went grocery shopping, came out and realized I had a screw in one of my tires!! I called and the owner said that he would replace it himself!!!

Its alright. Much cleaner/nicer than when it was Fletchers. Seems pricey but they usually have coupons if you ask or go to their website. They tell me I need to change my cabin easier filter because its dirty every time I go their, even after just swapping it out for a new one. Maybe they have a script to follow or something, but its a little annoying. Im sure some people get baited in to swapping it more than needed.

Bernard Jones, at this Firestone, is the most professional, friendly, and helpful sales person that I have come across in a long time. He quickly recommended the inexpensive tires that were appropriate for our 98 Toyota Camry. The work was completed efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend Bernard and this Firestone location.
One word to describe this shop: Honest. They stand by their work and really listen to the customer. I have been around the US with my job over the last 24 years and this store’s team led by Fred Wilker is tops on my trust with car repairs and being honest. I have had them tell me work was not needed because it was system reset vice a new part that another company told me. Also, they made a small mistake once and did not try to hide anything. They addressed it with no issues and kept my family safe. Loyal customer until my job makes me move again, then first place I will look is another Firestone with my assumption based on this experience that honesty is the company standard.
Update- I have spoken with the store and they are doing their best to make things right. While this was not the best experience I appreciate everything they are doing to help me. Fred the store manager has been fantastic. My car does seem to run fine now.Do not come here! They break things! I took my car in because my car was making a funny noise. I was planning on driving out of town the next morning and wanted to make sure all was good before I drove a long distance. I dropped it off in the morning and got a call in the middle of the day with info about what needed to be done including fixing my wheel bearing. Around 5 pm I called them to get a status report and was told they were just about done and to head over to pick it up. While on the way I got a call that the tech had broken the wheel speed sensor when taking the wheel off to fix the wheel bearing. Long story short they couldnt find on in stock anywhere and needed to keep my car... Over 4th of July... While I was supposed to be gone on vacation with my car... After going around with the guy a few times I finally asked for a rental car) which I ended up having to reserve pick up and pay for myself). Today I picked up my car and was told that they also replaced my rear axle because they had broken that too. Not sure why I wasnt told that until today. So after nearly $900 for them to fix my car and almost $250 for a rental car, my car still was making grinding metal noises. Thank goodness my brother-in-law knows about cars and was able to see they had not put the shield (not sure that is what it is called) on right and he was able to fix it. He was shocked, and so am I, that after the techs DIDNT test drive the car to make sure it was working properly after they finished working on it. I also felt like the guy at the front desk when I picked up the car today (I think his name is Tony) was talking down to me and kind of being a jerk. Also, isn’t prepping your customer on exactly what to say for the survey kinda cheating? Also, my car was not the only car that they had broken that day (Tuesday July 2, 2019). If you feel like wasting your time and letting people break things on your car that are not broken feel free to go here!

Went in 10 minutes before closing to get a tire aired up. They found a nail and made the repair for free. No complaints about me coming in so late. The manager and tech were super friendly and helpful.
Totally Amateur hour they don’t have a clue on how to Diagnose a vehicle. Went in for a knock on the front and the sales guy and technicians was just pissing in the wind not a clue. Cost me $750 for them guessing and still had the same knocking noise. So I took it to the dealership and found the problem right away. $50 dollar part. Problem solved. Trust me on this don’t waste your time and money.
My girlfriend had taken the car in to get an oil change somewhere else, and they tried to tell her that we needed new break pads. She didnt get it then, but I took the car in to Fletchers to get it done later. The guy at Fletchers checked and told me the pads were still good for 6-10 thousand miles, and didnt need to be replaced, ended up saving us a hundred bucks or so.Honest guys :)

Recently moved to AZ and was searching for a close by service location. This Firestone shop is 4 miles from my home. After 3 visits for different reasons 1) oil change 2) purchase tires 3) another oil change Im extremely satisfied with their location, honesty, availability, and advice; I expect my car to last well into the 100,000+ mile range without major problems with this Firestone location servicing my Toyota.
Mark, Bernard, and Deena are very friendly and easy to work with. They go out for their way to make sure maintenance and repairs for our vehicles are done correctly and promptly. Prices are also fair. I would definitely recommend this Fletchers to anyone who needs car service.
I thought we were past the old bait and switch scheme auto repair shops pull where you go in for an oil change and come out with a new engine. My first time here they come up with $1,000 worth of repairs I dont want or need and then refused to do the repairs I asked for. I asked if they could patch me up to get me back on the road and Joseph refused. Instead he charged me $80 for a 5.3 quart oil change and told me how nice it was of them to do a courtesy check. My family and I just moved here. We have 5 vehicles and none of them will be repaired at this place. These guys told me to go back to Mississippi because I wouldnt spend $1,000 on my first visit. That leads me to believe nobody goes back a 2nd time. I know that nobody from my family will ever go back here. I should have known something was up when I saw that 7 of their 8 bays are empty. Id save money by going to the dealership. There diagnoses by the way... They wanted to replace the water pump, thermostats, radiator tubes, 2 cooling fans and 2 fan belts. None of that work had to be done. Joe kept telling me how its not a problem that I didnt want the work done. He kept saying how much he didnt want my business. He is rude, curse. He questioned my man hood! As if I somehow was concerned about this bitter mans opinion of my manhood. What a weirdo. He said you have no man hood. What the heck does that mean? No wonder our kids want to take Uber. Guys like this ensure that there arent going to be any cars that need an oil changes in 10 years.
Horrible place. Avoid at all cost. Took my car in to check a leak. They told me it was coolant related and would cost $432 to fix. I called a couple other places and went to Brake Masters and was told my engine was clean and quote I dont know what they were looking at. The owner even said he doesnt hire people from Fletchers. This place is a rip off. Bad customer service and apparently they want to charge people to fix problems that dont exist. Highly recommend using another car service and to avoid this location. One star rating is to generous in my opinion. They deserve zero stars

Went in for an oil change.+points for honoring the internet price- a LOT of points for trying to tell me ALL my tires were VERY DRY ROTTED and wanting to charge me almost 500$ for them. My front two tires are NEW and Ive had them all checked by other shops and each of them said theyre fine.
Had a 12 oil change punch card i purchased from Fletchers who Firestone bought out. Still had 8 oil changes left on card, called to see if they will honor card and instead of doing the right thing they tell me they will not honor it. Bad business practices there. Also called in past for vehicle repair questions and they were absolutely no help giving any sort of information. What they said was we are not a complete auto repair shop. Should have figured they would not honor my punch card. I own a restaurant and the person I purchased from had outstanding gift cards out that I didnt have to honor, but guess what I did. Now I have those customers for life because I did the right thing. I will not do business here at Firestone.
Went in for an oil change and they did it really friendly and fast. They also checked other things on my car like the battery, brakes, shocks, and all the fluids. Highly recommend.
Oil changed with two new rear tires shipped in and installed in an hour and half, they even filled up my wiper fluid. 👍
Terrible service and EXTREMELY OVER PRICED. As a college student I went there to get my radiator repaired. They tried to charge me almost 1,000 dollars for a fix that should only be about 400. Then they kept telling me the car was going to be good to go and 5 minutes later there is another problem Stop telling me its going to be okay if you cant figure out whats wrong with it. Eventually I just got sick of them piling on new things and picked the car up. I had it towed home and tried to start it up and it just shook violently. Turns out they didnt they didnt properly mount the motor back in the car. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. They were extremely rude, tried to over charge the hell out of me like Im an idiot who knows nothing about cars, couldnt figure out what was wrong and kept adding repairs that werent needed and not even putting the car back together probably. I used to love Firestone and never had a problem until I saw this location. I do not suggest going here and I will not be going back.

Very sloppy and unprofessional work; I would not trust my vehicle to them again. I took my truck here for a routine oil change and tire rotation due to the convenience of their location. $105 later, as I drove away from the location I had smoke emanating from my engine bay due to oil being spilled onto the exhaust headers. Thinking that it was only a small amount, I brought my truck home and parked it. The next day, I noticed several puddles of oil on my driveway. The amount of oil spilled in the engine bay without bothering to clean it up is inexcusable. I might add that when I dropped my vehicle off I was the only one there, so they had zero reason to rush. If they cannot do something as simple as an oil change without messing it up, I would not trust them doing any other work on my vehicles. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Had an tire punctured by a bolt that separated the belts and deemed unrepairable by Tony. This was the second tire puncture on these fairly new Michelin tires in as many months. Tony suggested 4 Firestone All Season replacement, had them in stock and got to work on it right away--- it was a Sunday by the way, had the car ready in a few hours, applied all the discounts on the tires, and also suggested the Firestone Credit 6 month SAC promotion for an additional 5% discount on the whole job. Also performed the courtesy safety check and a battery condition PRINTOUT....(.never saw that before), and out the door within my budget of $700. Win Win and thanks Tony for your great personable customer service. I am sick and tired of hearing all the negative reviews about this location. If you are unsatisfied with your service, tell them about it.....not your computer! Get over yourselves and off the internet.

I’ve enjoyed coming to this firestone very much due to good prices, excellent customer service, and honesty when it comes to maintenance on my vehicle.
When picking up my car after the service was complete, the car was unlocked with the windows down. I asked why my car was returned this way and the response i got was that some cars have an automatic locking mechanism and they leave the windows down to avoid locking the keys inside. Funny because two seconds later the moron pulls my keys out of a service envelope which completely contradicts what he just said. So with that said, why would they be so stupid to leave the keys IN it, unlocked and unattended. If these people cant treat my property with respect they will treat everyones car this way. I will never bring my vehicle back here unless i want it to get stolen. Dont waste your time like I did.

I stopped at this location a month ago.. when I was losing my oil.. I want to THANK the staff especially Steffin for the work that he did on my car.. He showed me the picture of the underneath of my car which was full of oil from the place in Peoria that changed my oil and did not put the plug in properly. Steffin was so helpful, got my car in cleaned up the messed from the other place in Peoria.. and fixed my car so I could go on my way with appointments in Tucson.. So appreciate this place and him.. NOT GOOD!I have had this location service my vehicles for a few years and the last visit they suggested that I needed new tires. I took that advice under advisement. Later I decided they were right and I went to the store to make an appointment. They made one and I left the store. Hours later I got a call and they said I left too early as they did not have the tire size. I went back to the store and the guy looked at the vehicle and wrote down the tire size.. An appointment was made to by 4 new tires. The appointment was for today 12/3. I arrived at the appointed time and was told that I did not have an appointment nor did they have the tires. They offered to have the tires for tomorrow but that did not work as today was the only day that would work. I dont know where the problem exists but there IS an employee problem!
I cannot begin to explain how incompetent this entire staff of mechanics is! they told me my battery had a dead cell, when in reality they messed with the clutch pedal switch so the truck wouldnt start and then acted like I needed a new battery....little did they know I am a mechanic and discovered the problem 5 min after I got home with some simple tests. The battery that had a DEAD CELL turned out to be in good condition( checked at LOL Auto Zone for a third opinion). I checked the next obvious open and found the clutch pedal switch had been ripped off! This is an off road truck and I have never gotten my foot or anything else up that far to rip the switch off. This was a case of every day auto mechanic shop RIP OFF! they suggested I needed a new battery, but the battery was fully charged and in working condition when they drove it in that day. I didnt say anything because I wanted to catch them myself, after all the bad reviews (I only took it there cause I had a gift card and it was an alignment and I dont have that equipment.) Shame on you Fletchers your staff is uneducated in the diagnosis dept. (If you cannot diagnose a battery, you should graduate high school auto first. No wonder your stores keep closing. I will never spend money at your establishment again and do not recommend anyone else to either. Even if you think they havent gotten you, they probably have. This is why no one trusts a good mechanic these days.
Went for an oil change today and had a coupon for free one since I drove up on a kid doing donuts in the parking lot in my vehicle last time I went. I had an uncharge for my type of oil which is fine but as Im paying the man not helping me pulled up my info and passive-aggressively told me that I had already used that coupon but dont worry they took care of it. First off I have never stolen anything or taken advantage any situation so this attack on my character really makes me mad! I had the manager date the coupon to show that it wouldnt expire. He told me that they date and send in all coupons to corporate and that the date on the coupon I had I already had a free oil change. Instead of asking me questions and figuring out the situation of the coupon he accuses me of using it twice. I had already had a bad taste in my mouth over this company so now for sure i will never use this company again! Very bad customer service

Ive changed my oil in my truck for the last 13 years.I thought now I would try Fletchers.What a mistake.I bring in an oil filtet and air filter I had just bought.Thr Grouch at the counter says we cant use that because if theres something in the oil filter it could damage your truck.Okay I said lets take alook at it.It wasnt sealed, honestly Ive been buying the same filters for 13 years and never saw a sealed one.So we determined that the filter was okay.I picked up my vehicle approx an hour later.Paid the out rageous price for the service and drove off.As Im driving my engine is making a tapping sound.so I got it home checked the oil and it was clean but it was low.So I looked at the invoice again and it shows they only put % quarts of oil in the engine.When it needs 6 and a half when you change the filter.I left them a message on their phone.To this date no one has called me back to apologize for the mistake.They clearly do not care about their customers only themselves.They even printed on the invoice about the unsealed oil filter to protect themselves yet they couldnt do a simple oil change correctly.Instead of worrying about a customer brought in filter they neglected to put enough OIL,in the engine.The counter man was RUDE,and basically ignorant to what a particular vehicles specifications.I will never go to another Fletchers again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone else.
Nissan Quest needed new belts. $650! Got a quote from Nissan --$357.Fletcher charged $250 for a tensioner (part costs $80) Fletchers wrote:At this point I have verified that what we paid and our markup is within the guidelines we use. If the price was to be negotiated it should have been done prior to authorizing the repairs at the store. I cannot refund anything on this invoice at this time. If you would like you can submit a request in writing to our corperate office and they can review it further.

September 23rd at 11am, I was returning from a dentist appt with my crying toddler...my tire was losing pressure so I decided to call this Fletchers since it was enroute to home. The guy who picked up was annoyed with me because I was trying to explain all I needed were my 2 front tires replaced on a day and time they werent busy because of my toddlers school schedule. He finally found me in his computer and type of tires I have purchased with them in the past and told me to come in the following day at noon. I show up next day, no tires ordered and no record of an appt. I confirmed location, date and time prior to my appt so I was not confused or called wrong location. Shame on you for leaving a busy mom with small child hanging like that. Dont waste your time at this location, Fletchers on Oracle and Magee has superior customer service skills.....and they dont miss a beat! Kick rocks Tangerine location.

Service is sub par. It takes a lot of guts to perform repairs on a vehicle and then suggest those same ones need to be done once again in a short span. I never knew brakes only lasted 10k miles.
I live just north of this location and was glad to have a shop close by so we Went in to get shocks, struts, alignment and inspections done. When we got the vehicle back we thought all was well. The next time the wife drove the car on the way to take the kids to daycare she noticed the driver side brakes were grinding very loudly, come to find out one bolt wasnt in the bottom of the drivers side caliper so the caliper spun off the rotor and was grinding against the wheel. We took it back an they seemed concerned and told us now way it could have been them, and we found that to be idiotic! They had the whole front end apart and up in the air anyone would have seen a bolt missing in a caliper, and a second shop stated you wont go very far at all with only one bolt in your caliper. When we went back they said we didnt touch it we dont know how it happened but we put a bolt in it and here is some coupons (the same ones you get in the mail all the time). Dont Use this shop, based my experience they may not be the best choice, and IMHO your familys safety isnt worth the extra coupons.
