We were noticed and welcomed when we entered the store. We enjoyed the ability to browse freely throughout the store as we waited our turn, rather than having to wait in line. Our super-courteous and knowledgeable store representative, Adrian, gave us exceptional service, and David and Daniel were friendly and helpful as well. Thankfully nobody tried to sell us anything that we did not need or try to change our plan, which has always been my experience at our previous carrier. We are very happy with this store Adrian was Extremely patient made sure all my stuff got transferred while also taking care of other customers.

After a not-so great experience at another Verizon store and a terrible interaction on Verzon.com with a chat attendant, I decided to try in-store one more time before considering a change in carriers due to the poor customer service experience. I am so glad I chose this location. Angel and David were fantastic to work with. We made five changes to our account in 20 minutes time...and we were extended the best value for our money. They restored our confidence in Verizon. I will never go to a different location because of how we felt when we left the store. Thanks Angel and David.

What appeared to be a routine cell number transfer from another carrier to Verizon turned out to be anything but routine. Daniel Altman and his team worked tirelessly to make the transfer successful and they did it with a smile. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and completely professional.Daniel communicated with my previous carrier three or four times. Each time we got the wrong transfer code from my previous carrier. Undaunted, he kept working with them until they finally provided the required code.I was frustrated with the lack of response from my previous carrier’s lack of support, but not Daniel. He was courteous yet firm and he, at last, was able to complete the transfer making everyone happy.Daniel and his team are a great asset to their company. I highly recommend this Verizon store.

It is not easy to find people or businesses that go the extra mile to give good customer service. David at this Verizon store is an exception. He is very knowledgeable, competent, personal and always willing to help.. I recommend totally.

I went to replace my old phone because I had ruined it while riding my mountain bike, Shauna helped me pick out a perfect phone with cost and performance in mind and then Daniel stayed late after close to ensure I was able to leave with that phone. Not to mention they were helping me while also assisting other customers in a very polite and courteous manner. I really cant thank them enough! 5/5 would recommend.

Understaffed and minimal Apple iPhone options. I arrived on a Friday morning and there were three employees helping other customers. After waiting five minutes, I asked if I could just go back and look at the iPhones. They had 4 options, but only the 12 products. I had wanted to compare the phones that are available online. After more than 15 minutes, additional customers arrived. It didnt appear that I would be helped any time soon. At this point, I gave up and opted to order online. I like supporting local businesses, but I expect better service. This isnt rocket science.

Customer service here is phenomenal. David helped me with returning an old phone and getting a new one set up. He took his time and I felt that he truly cared and he answered the million questions that I had. I had previously gone to the Verizon at the Arizona Pavillions and experienced nothing but rudness and a lack of willingness to help me. David was the complete opposite!! I would HIGHLY recommend that if anyone needs to go to Verizon, go to this location!

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Jeremy took great care of us and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. All the staff seemed to be excellent, but we were glad it was Jeremy that worked with us as we updated our phones and switched carriers. So nice to have an authorized retailer make you think you were dealing with the parent company. They took care of everything.

Had an appt first thing today at 10. Was switching out an iPad. Two people were waiting and the guys starting supporting them without asking if anyone had an appt. 30 minutes later nobody had yet even asked me a question as to what I was waiting for. Left the store...nobody tried to ask me anything. If you want to be ignored then this is the store for you.

I’ve been in this location several times and have had the best customer service ever. Daniel was friendly and resolved my issues each time whether needing accessories or setting up a phone and not wanting to deal with step by step instructions to transfer data, that never seem to be as well written as they can. Tcc sold me a “ NEW” A01 galaxy phone for full price .. it broke & Samsung’s warranty dept . Told me it was a used phone and i was not the first owner . TCC staff AND their supervisors have so far refused to address the problem & it appears they do not intend on doing so ! IMO the store i dealt with and the supervisory staff R not trust worthy to fix any problems they caused. Refuse to return phone calls, etc .This is the store on tangerine in marana Az

After having a not so good experience at the Cortaro location, I went to the Verizon TCC location instead. David was extremely helpful and took care of us right way, quick and easy. If you want excellent customer service, I recommend going to Verizon TCC.

I was in the store last Monday for the first time after doing a search for a Verizon store that would assist me in person. I have been a Verizon customer for 19 years and this by far was the best customer service I have ever had with them--no pressure just hospitality and in addition they were very competent with the service I needed.

The service was impeccable and professional. I really felt the rep cared about what he was doing and about helping me. Ty was absolutely amazing as well as the store manager. They were friendly and very patient!! I was in and out relatively quickly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Daniel fixed the phone in 15 minutes that we spent hours at other stores trying to figure out our problem, great service experience, wish we went here first.

Alex and his team are absolutely awesome. My husband and I had to purchase a new phone and I will admit that we are dinosaurs when it comes to the latest and greatest technology. Alex was so patient with us and didnt make us feel the least bit uncomfortable with our lack of knowledge. He very patiently went over everything with us and explained how our new phone works. We went back to the store the next day because we had questions and was greeted with friendly smiles and they immediately addressed our questions. They are very professional, courteous and really want to make sure the customer leaves satisfied.Alex even called the next day just to check to make sure we didnt have any problems or concerns. I have followed the new manager Daniel from store to store, he originally sold me AT&T years and years ago and I followed him over to Verizon and from store to store there as well. There is no one more professional and more helpful than him and I would follow him to any store and gladly drive the extra time just to have him help me. He is amazing and patient for older people like me who do not understand the phones what so ever! I highly recommend coming here and having Daniel help you, you will not regret it!

Apparently broken equipment isnt a priority at this store. Understand, there are restrictions in place. The guy helping us was rude, said, we cant even do anything about that in the store, so I dont know what to tell you. Then, thanks to the glare in the window, I could see him roll his eyes at me when he walked away. Totally unprofessional. I will cancel my service and switch to AT&T, as will the rest of my family. Thank you for doing nothing verizon, it made the decision easy!

Joe is THE MAN!!!! Came in to get my screen protector EXPERTLY adhered to my iPhone 8Plus and he had me in & out in no time! Even better still, such a friendly guy! TCC unfortunately raised their prices from $10 to $20 JUST for screen protector installation (boooooo👎🏽), but Joe sure made it worth my while. Certainly will be coming back just for the service!

In December 2019 I opened two new lines and discussed the approximate amount of my bill, my bill was much higher. I returned with the sales person who sold me the lines but he became upset and told me to leave the store and called me a liar. I dont recommend this store. The sales person was Madison

I saw David O. at this location and he was hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful person. I drove over to this location, after visiting the Verizon store in Arizona Pavilions. I spoke to 2 different employees, who were unable to transfer contacts from my old phone to my new phone. Even they suggested - go to TCC - they can do it! Once I got over to TCC, David was able to complete my request in under 10 minutes. I had such a positive experience, that I will never go back to the corporate store again. If you go in, ask for David!

The best service and help EVER at Verizon store

Im a Michigan resident, driving through Arizon when I developed Verizon network overuse issues. I stopped at the Marana TCC Verizon store on Thornydale Rd. where I explained my plight to Nick. Nick did a great job listening and diagnosing my problems. Alex, the store manager, also provided assistance. I cannot praise these two enough for the quality of service they provided. Nick & Alex are a great team, fully devoted to customer service.

Very clever scam operation here. We went in to buy one phone and they sold us a second phone for a buy-one-get-one-free promotion. They didnt happen to mention the fact that unlimited data was required for the free phone so we didnt actually qualify for the free phone. They also didnt write it down on the worksheet. So we purchased two phones and it took us two billing cycles to figure it out because of the false information they gave us. Now, of course, they dont remember us. Etc., etc., etc. GO TO A VERIZON STORE, NOT HERE!!

Terrible experience. I bought a cover unbreakable glass and received a sim card. At the time I bought it they said they would put them on my new phone and activate it for free. So 2 days later I brought it back. They charged me $10 even though they promised me it would be at no charge. I even spoke to the manager who wouldnt do anything to keep their word.
