The Apple store tech people recommended I mail my MacBook pro to a distant facility for repair or replacement. No diagnosis available locally. Instead, I went to NOS Computers. Problem diagnosed within hours. Repairs, new battery ordered/installed, speed and efficiency enhanced ... all in very good time and at 1/6 or better the Apple cost estimate and at least 2 weeks faster! NOS Computers at Dove Mountain is excellent.

If you have a apple computer be mind full of what they tell you. WE SHOW the the email apple gave us and it had details of the computer and what type it was and still was quoted a price of $216 (I have looked up what hard drive the laptop would use )I was very happy with the price i even called again to make sure this was the right price and they said yes. it ended up being $416 (It had to be move to the INA Location we were told that the Hard drive was find but they had to send it to that location because of the OS needed to be done. I was ok with SO the INA store they let me know that this location gave me the wrong price and they were giving me the PC hard drive price not the apple hard drive price, of course was disappointed they told me that they dont know in till they open the computer i get that but they shouldnt be giving quotes if the are not sure of the product when it comes to macs. At the Ina location i will give 3 stars cause i got my computer back and it seems to be working fine. But the guy with the british accent have no customer service skills at all and should not be picking up the phone i got so mad i almost take my computer before it was done (he told me it will not be done in till 5/22/19, but finished it 5/20/19 after i came in there) the lady in there (I forgot her name) Was nice and she got were i was coming from with the pricing . Like i said they should not give a price unless they are 100% sure of the right product.

Extremely honest and friendly. I bought a copy of Windows 7 and they were way lower than the BestBuy price and even offered to install it. The install price was very reasonable and if I wouldnt have been moving the next day I would have used them.They also have a pretty good selection of remote control helicopters!!

First off, the Thornydale Rd Marana location is closed on Saturdays, so Google needs to update. Now my review. These guys are the best. I had a desktop from 2007 which they wouldve fixed for a very reasonable rate. They offered me the option of just removing my hard drive and if its okay, I could just use a USB device to connect to my other computer and retrieve all my documents. Price tag for this option was around 20 bucks vs. the 155 for the repair my computer option. Although I didnt want to say goodbye to my Ole Dell desktop after two new hard drives, new graphics card, extra memory added over the years... it was time. RIP. But I most definitely will return for future computer issues and highly recommend them. Thank you!

NOS did a fantastic and quick job of cleaning multiple viruses off my laptop. As I use it for freelance writing work, it was essential I find someone who could get this done. Another service that previously charged me more still left viruses on the system. Another company I called was going to charge $50.00 more than NOS and I would have to wait a week to get an appointment! NOS was courteous, efficient AND my laptop is CLEAN... They also added a recommended security program so now I am good to go. I highly recommend them to anyone I hear who needs such a service.

I had purchased a computer from them, and had them install better hardware that they had to make it a gaming machine. When I get home, and hook it up there was no display. I then called them, and told them what was happening, and they said that I needed another cable that I didnt have to go into another port on the computer. It wouldve been nice to know when I had picked the computer up from them. After I got that mess sorted out, and the computer working I immediately started to install games, but then when Id play them for about five minutes the computer would blue screen and crash. Take note that this is under 24 hours that I owned the computer, and the second issue. I then take it down to them, and they said theyll take a look at it. After four days without getting a call from them I decided to head down there, and they said that they fixed it, and the problem was that the gpu didnt have enough power because the power supply was too small; even after they gave the pc a new one meant for it. Once that was finally fixed they just turned me over to an unstable pc that crashes whenever it wants, and when I take it to them they say that its probably virus related and charge me over 100$, but still dont fix my original problem.
