Brianna Farley is a very accommodating O.D. Looks like she did a mistake on my first appointment, however, shes very friendly and accommodating and got the correct prescription 2nd time. Shes friendly and professional, treat her well! No complaints about other staff members.

I gave the optical department a 2 ☆ today, because I really like the Walmart store, and I really like one particular employee in the optical area. She has been there for 5 years. I am furious with the optical department today, because of the female optician. She cant keep up with her appointments, then she cancels you when you come in a few minutes late. I live 20 miles away from the store, and I really needed this appointment. My disabled husband had to wait for me in the car while they told me they werent going to see me. Not good customer service! I will not use that lady. I am calling the manager right now.

Gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful! My son’s lenses were a reasonable price and the lenses came in a week! Only took a few minutes for them to change out the lenses.Also when I was looking for a place who could order toddler lenses, the other places near by didn’t know, weren’t helpful and rude.I highly recommend this location!

Worst eye exam Ive ever had. I waited in the lobby for almost an hour. None of my questions were answered. And then they charged me double the price they quoted me when I booked my appointment and theyre response was, thats how it is. I guess thats why they are in Walmart. I highly suggest going somewhere else, like Costco, they may treat you better.

Ive been going to Dr Habib for a few years now and hes the best optometrist Ive ever seen. Hes very much a people person too, which makes having my vision exam with him more comfortable I highly recommend him to anyone with vision problems especially if you have multiple issues. Hes the best

This is specifically for the vision center. My kids were having a horrible day, screaming, crying and having a complete meltdown. I was mortified but needed to get my glasses looked at and couldnt wait. The staff was AMAZING and not once did they make me feel uncomfortable for my dramatic brood making a scene. Even Dr.Habib (who I already loved) came out and made my afternoon a little easier. Love them all!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had to leave my appoint in the middle of it because the doctor was so inappropriate and flirtatious with me during my appointment. I have never been so disrespected by a medical professional, or any type of professional, in my life. I left shaking and near tears. I have reported the incident to management who informed me they would follow up with me however as of writing this review I have heard nothing from this since making my report. I cannot imagine I am the first woman to experience this type of disrespect from Dr Habib. I was so shocked by the entire experience and I leave this review here as a warning to any other women who go here. Take a friend into your exam or ask for a female technician to be there with you. I am filling a complaint with the State Board of Optometry because his behavior was so inappropriate.

Had a great experience at Walmart today. My grandson was in town and broke his nose pads on his glasses they were able to help us immediately no appointment necessary great service!!!
