The staff at this location truly cares, no matter how short staffed they are. The pharmacist Cody has been absolutely wonderful to me, getting insurance to cover medications when we thought it wouldn’t and trying to do everything in his power to get my medications to me on time. Tonight they had an issue with the app and requests not being sent properly. I called Cody at 1730 asking about my medications and he had them ready for me by 1815 before work. I know they were swamped with COVID vaccines, but he went above and beyond to help me.The pharmacy tech who gave me my COVID immunization 8/26 was also wonderful, but I didn’t catch her name. She was very professional and administered the vaccine properly and without causing pain.The staff at this pharmacy is the best I’ve come across. I travel for work so I’ve had to use quite a few pharmacies. I hope Walgreens will do everything possible (raises, bonuses) to keep them around. Thank you!

Worst store I have ever been to in my 42 yrs in az.. most unfriendly cashier I have ever, ever encountered.. also pricing problem...I mentioned one, he said OK. Thought he corrected it...until I got home, and the 2 items I bought were priced wrong!!!! Find another pharmacy!I have had bad experience after bad experience at this pharmacy. First, they are incredibly slow. Theres often a long line of cars at the drive through window. Even when there are no customers at the pharmacy counter inside, they seem to take a break between cars, making everyone wait for no reason whatsoever.Recently, I went to pick up a prescription I have been taking for years. After I paid, but before she handed me my medicine, the woman told me I had to wait and talk to the pharmacist. I explained that I had the flu and that I had been taking that medication at that dosage for years and I really didnt want to wait for the pharmacist. I just wanted to get home before I threw up again. She told me it would be illegal for her to give me the medicine without talking to the pharmacist. That is a bold faced lie. It may violate Walgreenss policy, but it is not illegal. Ask an attorney or any non-Walgreens pharmacy.Finally, I was prescribed two medicines that cannot be taken together. This Walgreens filled both prescriptions, repeatedly. When I found out about the potentially deadly interaction between the two medicines, I pointed it out to the pharmacist very politely. First, he had no idea those medicines were contraindicated. Second, he acted like it was no big deal at all. He never said sorry or well look into it or anything. He just said something like, So you want me to take X medication off automatic refill? I was shocked. I left a message for Walgreens to complain about that issue, but I never got a return call.Time to find another pharmacy.

The staff is friendly and they have a fairly large assortment of staples for a convenience store. I havent tried the pharmacy. The store is very clean, and conveniently located for me. They have cheap water jugs, which is always good.Only downside: They should do away with their phone answering system. Its extremely annoying to have to wait a full minute and go through a maze of options just to talk to a clerk for a simple question/answer. Its a small convenience store, you expect staff to be available quickly when you ring. Convenience also extends to phone system.

Very disrespectful staff. Its worth driving to a different store for what you need. Ive never had such horrible service in a Walgreens before. Hoping this location will be able to raise their standards. (Its rude to profile people, its rude to yell at your customers, its also extremely rude to throw things at your customers.) Maybe Walgreens should fix their hiring practices. Just a thought.Besides that. If you have to go to this location it seems clean and tidy -- And at least the manager was polite and courteous.

I am a Canadian and buy allot at Walgreens..well I used to. Yesterday I went in to purchase a bottle of LiquorFirst off I am 62 years old. The man behind the counter asked to see my ID..so I produced my British Columbia Drivers Liscence with my photo ID, then also our Provincial ID. He then became quite rude to me he said not good enough he needed my Passport..well seriously this has never happened, really us Canadians do not carry our passports around with us. He was very condescending, so FYI Walgreens our other Canadian Friends and ourselves are not going to purchase anything else from Walgreens. We as Canadians would of never treated a guest in our country this way let alone be real..I am 62 years old not a teenager be realistic.So Long Walgreens.

The greatest staff in any store I have visited in Tucson/Marana. Well stocked store, conscientious pharmacy and clean pleasant environment. Happy they are there!

Can you tell the cashiers that when I ask them to scan my items and not touch them, I held them up but he still had to grab them. Told him I didnt need a bag, but he still.tried to put my stove into a plastic bag. Staying away from.this store for a long time. Come on....

The pharmacists at this store are very nice. I had 4 prescriptions to be picked up. I went at 9:00 AM today December 31, 2015 and the windows were pulled down. No sign telling customers they were closed or if they opened later. I asked an associate and she informed me in a no nonsense manner that the pharmacy is closed today and tomorrow. Amazing that New Years Eve morning is now a holiday? I had my prescriptions transferred to the Walgreens on Coachline and will be doing business there from now on. I know corporate doesnt care because they know we will just transfer to another Walgreens. I really bad for the pharmacists when they get back on Saturday!

Very poor service and rude staff. They act like they are so busy, and dont want to take the time to help their customers. Very displeased with their service. I would recommend the grocery store down the road over this place, any day. I wont be going back

Always out of the baby formula we use and Zarby’s Gripe Water. The staff is always friendly though.

Stoped here to get some gripe water for my baby asked staff were it was since I never had shopped here before and they were not friendly at all would go somewhere different.

On 2/4/15 I waited in line for 47 minutes to pick up a prescription at the drive up window, there were three cars in front of me when I got in line. I will never do that again..
