Moving from out of state and selected this location for a mailbox. Completed all the forms (including one that required a notary) only to find out they would not take payment by telephone. They required we write our credit card number on their form and email or fax it. In 2021 you want us to write a number down and expose it to who knows who? Thats the only method you offer? No thanks. Refused to allow me to speak with Adam (owner) only offered I email the store. Repeated over and over, its store policy not to take payment by phone. Joke.

Dont waste your time going to this location. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Unable to process a simple notarization.

I’ve been in the store many times since I moved here. They’ve always been respectful and helpful. I’m thankful to have such a store close to home that I’ll continue using for the long-term.

Ive only been here once, trying to find out some info for my sister about possibly shipping a package. The manager, Adam Kraft, came out to help me within a second of entering.He was SO kind and knowledgeable. Since it wasnt for me, I didnt know too many details about the size of the package or where it would be going, but that didnt stop him. He took so much time to give me estimates & best and worst case price scenarios based on what the item was and where it might be going, even though he could have easily sent me away because I didnt know anything that would be helpful. He also had soo much knowledge of different items and boxes & what they all weigh & cost. He even gave me some insider tips.He made me feel like I was the only customer in the world. Its not very often that you get that level of knowledge and that much individual customer service from anyone. This man is an example of what every employee of every business should be.

Have used this location on numerous occasions and have always great customer service. This is a veteran owned store and very well managed.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I needed a nice printout of my resume and portfolio for a job interview and was not disappointed by the quality provided for me. Adam, the owner, was quick to engage and offer help. I will definitely be back to support this new location and US vets endeavor!

$1 per piece of tape and no sanitizer or cleaning routine of any kind during the time of pandemic.

The store owner & employees are very helpful and friendly. They helped me find the most cost effective way to pack my box and to ship it. This is a great, new location for a UPS Store.

This store has some pretty poor customer service. Super suprising to have experienced it since the reviews here are so great. Must have visited on someone’s off day. Had great experiences with a curly haired girl but not with an older gentleman. Unfortunate but 10/10 would not return. :(
