This is just a scam shop of the keys. I ended up paying $16 for a bottle of butane that runs $4 in regular shops. Their lack of vapes is hilarious. It’s still one of those salt nic stores for box mods. Employees act like they run the town …. Lol won’t be going back. I’ll gladly take a trip to Miami for quality / real vapes.

Stepped inside and we were harassed by a CUSTOMER asking us to step outside hence the one customer inside at a time rule until we left as she was worried about her elderly husband...mind you she did not have a mask on over her nose. Pretty sure it’s a state wide mandate to have everyone covering their NOSE and MOUTH. As soon as that woman stepped out we sent in one person from our group and then the store employee allowed other customers to enter the store at the same time. Customers should not be harassing other customers. We were happy to follow the rules but very disappointed the staff allowed the woman to break rules and harass us.

Said they closed at 6 pm when I arrived at 5:45 pm on a Friday they were closed. No big deal it’s a small business they can close a little early some days. Went back on a Sunday at 5:30 pm (still said open until 6:00 pm) and they were closed again.

Came in and tested every flavor.... 58 to be exact!!!! Very helpful customer service. And as Rachel says “let the customer teach you”. I feel I learned some things and taught some also. Best home made flavors around and at the best price!! Bravo!! I wish more stores were like 7 mile vapor.

Absolutely love this shop. I had an issue and Cristine went above and beyond my needs. The shop offers sample. Highly recommend able shop. Also, check out the cafe next door. Best sandwich in town.

Rude and disrespectful. Came in at 5:30 and was told to pack it because the guy behind the counter wanted to go home early. You can tell its the only game on the island.P.S. I live in the keys bro bro. And Irma is no excuse for poor service, we all had to do a little cleaning. Tourists and hurricanes are a part of the fun, deal with it. Get your proverbial things together my friend. Also, if youre closed... Lock the door!? Since you were serving others I wrongly assumed I could expect the same.And as for calling me a tourist; thats how I felt treated. For anyone reading this; keep in mind if you are not percieved as a local - you will be treated like dirt. Refer to the owners reply to my complaint.For all the vacationers: plenty of shops on the way down with much better prices, service, and attitude.Thanks for reading!! :)

I love this place. The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable and their juice has a delicious distinctive flavor. I will order it after I get home because it is really the best Ive tried. Prices are fair and customer service is far above and beyond the call of duty. Last year when I was here I had a Vape emergency and the owner just happened by the grace of God to be there even though it was after hours. Rather than hiding he saved me from a smoking relapse by opening the doors. My boyfriend went in today because I broke my tank and now I realize that the juice is just way better in flavor than anything I have had at home. And I only get menthol no real off the wall flavor. Thank you 7 mile vapor I love you guys. Go here. This place rocks.

House juice is terrible (very harsh throat hit) and evidently the owner isn’t restocking the premium juices that are actually good. This is very unfortunate for me because I live in Marathon and will now have to drive elsewhere or order online which isn’t as convenient. I’m told the owner doesn’t like the premium juice but they sell out within a week of restocking it so it isn’t about what the owner likes it’s about what the customers like and what sells. Then again he doesn’t make as much money off the premium juice so he forces the house juice on you. Do yourself a favor and stop before you get to the keys or at least before marathon.

Worst shop I’ve ever been to, no selection of any kind, the guy behind the desk doesn’t haven’t any clue about the products he’s selling. Very rude and impatient. Don’t think there gonna be around much longer at the way they treat there customers. I wouldn’t even spend a penny here.
