Professional..get your car looking like new..great customer service
I have an ML350 Mercedes that needed body work and the wheel refurbished. They assured me they would do good job by removing the windows and trims in order to paint and repair the damage correct. After leaving my car there for a couple weeks when the repairs where committed to be ready I called a couple days after the schedule complete date and they told me the car was not ready and they were in the process to reassembling the glass and trim and cleaning. I then stopped by to picked up the car a few days later and when inspecting the car I noticed the metal finish around the wheel was not bent back in place and was painted over, the manager agreed they missed it and to have it sent back to the shop to have it repaired and repainted. A few days later the manage called to pick up the car and we went back to pick up the car this time we did an inspection of the location where the repair took place to repair the damaged where the car was hit and notice that paint streaks on the edge of the window and paint bubbles between the glass and trim meaning that never took the glass out or the trims to do the repairs as promised. Not only it was a lousy dirty job they lied to us. The Manager agreed that the repairs were not up to their quality standards and asked for us to bring the car back when we could and they would fix the issues. Unfortunately I had to leave to go back North and did not have the time to bring the car back to them to fix the repairs correctly. I am very disappointed I was lied to and to mention the repairs were not done properly. I would not bring any of my cars back to this dealer even though they suggested to bring the car back to fix the bad repairs. Very unhappy customer!!!

Range Rover parts from England are having delays due to Covid shipping and factory issues. I informed the repair representative Walter prior to hiring auto nation that I would use auto nation but did not want the car to wait at the repair shop until the parts needed were in the shop. I made it clear I did not want to be without my car for longer than necessary. So I let them inspect the car and order the parts needed prior to me dropping off the car. I was called in late February that the part was in and if I dropped it off on Monday March 1 it would be ready by Thursday.Fast forward I was called on Tuesday after the old part was removed that the new part was damaged and that they would have to wait for another part to come from another dealership. Then I receive a call that the second née part was damaged and that they had to order it from England. I was unable to pick up my car because the old part was removed already. So week after week I was given false assurances as to when the part would arrive from England. Finally after almost a month in the shop I picked up my car yesterday and the shop made no apologies or concessions for me paying for a Range Rover for a month and not having the opportunity to use it while the car sat waiting for a part. The manager Matt Albright was rude and unapologetic. I do not recommend using auto nation repair.

Unfortunately the minimum is 1 star, but they deserve ZERO. This autonation shop was well recommended from the folks at my dealer, with the promise to warranty the repair as long as you own the car. Well, besides the fact the repair took 2 weeks longer than what was promised to the point the insurance didn’t even pay my rental car for so long, months later my bumper started to peel off the clear coat “ coincidently “ exactly where the original collision was. The shop manager found every ridiculous excuse to deny the warranty and offered me a discount on a possible repair.“ oh, we didn’t paint here, oh it was a rock, oh the fender moved ... “ it made me extremely nervous to hear so much BS. I started a formal complaint with MB coconut creek and autonation about this. DO NOT USE THEM.Ps: I didn’t read all reviews yet, but I already realized some are from people I know that actually work there. So, I wouldn’t be surprised about fake reviews....
I recently had repair work done to my vehicle by the Autonation Collision Center in Margate. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service. Jan was excellent are keeping informed every step of the way while coordinating with the insurance company. He arranged to have the rental car there for me when I drop off the car and the rental returned when I picked up the car. I have not been leaving the house much due to concerns with COVID and I felt their facilities was extremely clean and their procedures to minimize contact exceptional. I would use them again for sure.
Replaced torn bumper---Phenomenal Job
I was hit while stopped at a light in Feb 2020. I had a horrible time dealing with the Insurance Company of the person who hit me, but Every time I spoke to This Ford Collison Center they were very informative and understanding! It took until JUNE, to get a rental and get approval from the insurance to get it fixed. Ford was on top of it every way through the negotionaties and always looking out for me! Customer Service is PRIORITY for them!
Had a minor fender bender. The rep from the collision center was awesome to work with. Managed everything seamlessly with our insurance company. Even helped arrange a rental car with Enterprise. We experienced a crazy situation with Enterprise. The agent alleged damage to our rental SUV. When he pointed out the spot, my husband thought he was joking. Next thing you know, we received a notification from Enterprise about the damage and ensuing investigation. I called our rep from AutoNation and he was shocked. Told us he would handle it bc AutoNation does a lot of business with Enterprise. Lo and behold, he did! He said the rep from Enterprise was completely off base and the investigation was cancelled. There wasn’t any damage - not sure what the rep was trying to accomplish... He didn’t have to do this for us but we greatly appreciated his help.Highly recommend. Great customer service.

First time that I spoke with Crystal I was lied to about my repair. Golden they were very busy and it would be done within days and did she had already ordered the part that I needed. Come to find out none of that ever happened. After drop off my vehicle set for week before they did an estimate to send to my insurance company. Still no part ordered by the way. Walker who I dealt with that the body shop lied to me on several occasions told me get me a rental car on Monday if he could from his manager. I spoke with him about the car. In his defense however he did say he got my insurance company to pay for 4 days of rental. Then again promised the car in 2 days on Wednesday. On Wednesday called me to tell me there was a parts problem and it wouldnt be done. On Thursday never called me at all. On Friday he returned my call after I left a message with other people there. He was able to finish my car Friday afternoon, well not really finish it its still needed to be buffed out in the door handle is left loose on the drivers door. Back to life in the afternoon he promised to have the tow truck drive the car to my house at 5:30 that afternoon with no one answering the phone. I called repeatedly to find out where my car has been. I was told by him did the card been picked up at 2:20 in the afternoon and he had no idea it should be at my house by. Cant leave the car arrives at my house at 5:48 that evening 3 hours and 20 minutes later when the shop is only 15 minutes away. To my surprise ( well not really). The tow truck driver informed me that he really only took the vehicle up 20 minutes ago. Lied to again. One good note about this body shop the painting in the body repair was excellent top notch first class people skills not very good at all. So we need to get the car back in and get the rest of the work finished part of that is my fault though because I am ill with cancer.
Gus and Julia demonstrated excellent customer service and follow up. We needed a new bumper and the work was quality with a quick turn-around. Our rental car was across the parking lot at Range Rover, which made the entire process easy and convenient. I would recommend Gus, Julia and Auto Nation to friends and family! Excellent experience!

AutoNation had my Jag for 3 months (kept saying couldnt get the parts when my insurance company assured me they were available) and refused to complete the work approved by my insurance company instead insisting I put a new steering gear box on a 7 year old car and wanted another $3,500 out of pocket for a new one when my insurance company approved a certified used one.When I finally had had enough and went to move the car to Jaguar Motorsports in Delray (*See my excellent Google review), they refused to reconcile the insurance payments to their incomplete work until I caused a fuss over it in the lobby, and even then they were unable to get the two to reconcile. Further, even though they were over paid by the insurance company in the amount of roughly $1,000 for work they refused to complete, made me pay my $500 deductible prior to releasing the car to me so I could move it, and then sent it without the purchased parts that had not been installed. (They were left sitting in a box in the garage)Rene, the manager, would not answer the phone for me, nor would he return my phone calls prior to and after I removed the car, even though they owed me roughly $1,500. Not until I involved the CEO at AutoNation in Fort Lauderdale Headquarters did I very quickly get the refund check handed to me.Finally, AutoNation never checked the motor mounts, which were broken and needed to be replaced also under the same claim.Kudos to Roberto from Jaguar Motorsports for coming to my rescue...

Had my car there for repair. A collision that was not my fault mind you. The estimation was for 3 days. The fourth day I get a call from the insurance telling me they are not paying for the rental after the 3rd day. Finding the contact person at this place was mission impossible. I left messages and finally she calls telling me they are waiting for a part to arrive, something that should have been notified to me. My car was drivable. Finally when I demanded to speak to the manager she calls me back telling me she already called the rental place and renewed the rental agreements. Guess what I ended up paying for the rest of the car rental. It was an additional 7 days. My sanity is more important so I gladly paied myself than deal with these people.
Outstanding experience from the minute we called to schedule a body repair for our Mercedes to picking it up upon completion.. Anyone and everyone we had dealing with were beyond helpful, Our body repair advisor Gus was competent, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work done exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

I was the victim of a recent accident and the service provided by Autonation Margate was exceptional. My contact Bill was understanding and kept constant contact to report finding and status updates. When an office visit was necessary, the wait time was short and Bill was very responsive. Overall, Im very satisfied with the service and would definitely use their services in the future if the need arise.

Service rep R.Santacruz was very polite in the beginning. The repair took over 5 months. There is a real problem with parts not being ordered properly and or noone following thru after placing the orders. Several times when told that a significant part was on endless backorder I took control and made calls to get the parts expedited. Then days later the same scenario repeated itself. During the long process one of my floormats became missing. R.Santacruz told me an order was placed for drop shipment to me.every 3 or 4 weeks I would check with him for an update. Eventually he wouldnt even respond to my query. I went to Jaguar and was able to resolve the issue on my own. On a positive note, the repairs were flawlessly completed. But, The process was totally exasperating.

Handled the insurance supplements timely.Yorli in the service dept kept me informed and communicated with me both good and bad news.Ill continue to use this facility for servicing my vehicle as it needs it. Nothing negative say on this trip.
I spoke with them 3 times thought out the day the vehicle was due to be picked up, they had issue getting the vehicle back to the Mercedes dealer so I asked them to please have vehicle ready at 3PM and parked out front. I called at 12:30, paid for repair and again was told vehicle would be out front and ready to go at 3PM. My wife arrived at 3PM and vehicle was no where to be found. She did not get out of there till after 4:15 for a repair that had already been paid for and all paperwork completed.

We chose AutoNation Margate to repair our Mercedes C300 as per the recommendation of the Mercedes Dealership. Our rep that we worked with was Junior and he was very good. He was very responsive and would keep us updated on the progress of our car. However, when we went to go pick up our car the day it was finished there were scratches on the bumper and a chip in the front headlight! That delayed our car being ready for 5 more days. That, to us, was unacceptable. It didnt seem like they bothered to rush the repair. There should have been a full inspection of the car to ensure everything was finished and ready prior to having us come. Its quite obvious the car was bumped up after the initial repair work was completed. We then had to leave work early a 2nd day to then go get the car. We asked AutoNation to pick us up from work because we couldnt leave early again and they said we were out of their 10 mile radius policy ( we were 15 miles away). They did offer to tow our car at their expense to our home due to the inconvenience, but after our initial experience of scratches on the car we wanted to inspect the car ourselves before paying the deductible. Overall we were not too impressed with AutoNation Colllision Center Margate and I would not be so quick to recommend them or use them again.
Shop said there are additional repair that insurance did not cover, I decided. Received car back with fresh dings in door jam. Looked like someone jabbed it a few times with a screwdriver.

Disappointed. I have a 6yo Ford F-250 in perfect shape. I found a paint bubble on the roof. Its 1 year out of Corrosion warranty so I wanted to have Autonation Collision, a trusted body and paint shop, repair it before it becomes a problem. THEY WOULDNT EVEN LOOK AT IT. What a waste of time.....
This was the worst experience. I had a damaged front bumper. It took almost 2 months for me to get me car back. For the first 2 weeks I could not get in touch with anyone and no one reached out to me. When I did manage to get the guy dealing with my car, I was promised the following week and he promised to reach out to me. He did reached out to me.When next week came, no car. On call was made to me, I had to reach out to Toyota. I was then told the following week. This pattern continued for a month. At the end of it no one even said sorry for taking this long. They dont seem to care. I personally will not use their services again.

Took my vehicle there to replace a rear bumper and exhaust system. there were problems with parts been back ordered, but that is not their fault.what is an issue is the attitude of some of the workers there, specially the guy assigned to take care of my vehicle, Jerry. once they received all the parts, i went to get the car and Jerry was in a rush to get me to drive off. it was already nightime, after a quick inspection i noticed some issues with the paint, we argued for a bit, he said to pick it up the next day.the second day i went, and they didnt do anything but wash my car, i took a closer look and there were clips missing from the bumper, and the issue with the paint discoloration was still there, plus there was now a chip on the paint. they said they would fix it, again.next day, they told me it was going to be re-paited and it would be ready when i get out of work...nope, on my way there he called and gave me the run around and said to give it another day cause the paint needed to dry.i finally go to pick up the vehicle around 4ish, and Jerry is just sitting in his office waiting for the shop floor supervisor to come and tell him where my car is, i push for him to go look for my car. and i come to find out that my car has not been touched all day. -Jerry had me go pick it up, so they can start buffing and finish the job in a rush. by the time they were done it was already night time AGAIN, and of course all imperfections can be hidden and less visible, and i was worried i was missing something. Jerry pushed me again to just sign the papers and take the car... this time i brought it to the managers attention. he is a nice guy and assured me he was going to take care of me if i saw anything wrong with the paint, he said to bring it back if there was any problems. so i took the car.-this whole time i had asked Jerry to make sure the car was ready, and not to make me waste my time there, but he just failed multiple times. 4-5 days i had to leave work early to pick up my car, and ended up wasting my time... it is disappointing to have to deal with someone that has no drive to do their job...horrible customer service. the customer should not have to go and push them to get the work done, thats why i took my car there, so that i can pick up my vehicle stress free. one day i had to miss an entire day of work to go babysit Jerry and make sure he coordinated a temporary repair of the exhaust... just a big mess.bottom line is:bodywork/paint 3/5Jerry taking care of my car and me 1/5, i think i ended up pushing my car to get done, i dont think jerry did much but sit on his desk and wait for updates, if there were ever any...
Very poor quality service .. I had return back after done after I saw all scratches they left on my car... My bumper wouldnt attach properly and neither did the front bumper it had a big gap between the bumper the vechile and u can see all attachement pieces exposed...

Unscrupulous and unethical company. Run dont walk. MVA on 3/2/16 car towed to autonation who is contractor with my insurance company on 3/4/16. Received call from (Bill Z) 3/8/16 informing me that he thinks my car will be a total loss, when asked based on what evidence he states his experience and experience with the insurance company but the final call would be up to the insurance company. However, it took him two weeks to complete an estimate and only after calling him and the insurance company who admitted it should not have taken this long. When he did submit the estimate it was hurried and falsified. Not only was I traumatized by my first accident but was also traumatized again by autonation. I did remove my car from their establishment because my conscience would not allow me to trust anyone there even after the regional manager admitted they dropped the ball and they would pay for my rental.
AutoNation Margate was on time. Gus Germi provides excellent customer service.

The final repair came out great but the process was very frustrating due to a lack of communication and the delivery date being pushed back three times.

It was awful my car sat for two weeks with limited contact from anyone . It was a simple collision and it took a month to get it done and then they charged my card on accident 3xs the original charges .

THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE WITH THE DELIVERY DATE! my Van was delivered by a minor crash on a door 19 working days ago, 28 calendar days, for something that took 13 days! Before deciding to do the job with Auto Nation we investigated with other workshops that assured us that 13 days was more than enough time to make the repair, but since we bought the car from Auto Nation and we have received good service, we trust that would be the same as ERROR! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. THEY HAVE GIVEN US 3 DELIVERY DATES AND NOTHING TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE!God save me from having to use your services, from now on I will not take my vehicle to you even for an oil change. I have lost total confidence in Auto Nation on a general level.
