Joe was awesome ! we moved moms car from south Jersey to Spring Hill Florida. first time we ever moved a car so Joe was always answering my texts and making sure we were taken care of . we were told by Luis(driver) that the car would be to us by Friday for sure of course Friday came and was later I asked Joe for help he could of given me the number to hound the truck company but he took in on himself to help us get answers . The company did come through on Saturday but the truck company JBO transports (Luis )and Joe (get it done ) kept me in the loop thank you to both companies for helping us get moms car back home to Florida. Contacted Joe at Get It Done late morning. By late afternoon today my Mustang was delivered cross town Houston in the same shape they got it.Was leary of using a company I knew little about, but the fact Joe was super responsive and most of the reviews I saw were good made me feel better. They were hauling a car I had never seen from a dealership I had never been to, so lots of unknowns.

I used Get it Done to ship my car from CA to PA in 2019 and they were very professional and prompt. I’m using them again for my move back to CA this month as I know they are reliable and offer the most fair price. Joe helped me get my vehicle listed and picked up within the same week and was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

We are moving cross country and I needed my car shipped from the Boise, ID area to Murray, KY. I was skeptical in general about transporting my car with anyone, based on the horror stories Id read on line. I finally settled on Get It Done, since they had mostly very good reviews, and I liked the way Joe contacted me. It was professional and sincere, completely unlike the aggressive, non-stop texts and emails from the other carriers. Joe was always available when I had questions. He provided me with the details on how and when my car would be picked up, all of which were followed to the letter by the carrier. He also suggested that my car would be at its final destination earlier than I requested, which was terrific. As it turned out, the carrier got it to the destination even sooner than Joe had said he would. The carrier driver was responsive, courteous, and professional. He kept in touch with me, as well as my relative at the other end who was going to pick up the car. I really, really hope that I do not have to transport another vehicle across the country. But if I do, it will done through Get It Done.

I have used this auto transportation company several times. They have ALWAYS taken good care of my shipments. Their rates have been fair, better than most shippers. Didnt Get It Done. I gave a flexible two week window for delivery and paid my deposit. I then heard nothing. I repeatedly had to chase them to provide any info about expected pickup and delivery dates. Dave Meier never answered the phone and his voice mail was full. I sent three emails asking for news and got NO RESPONSE. I finally reached him by phone and it was as if he had forgotten about my car transport. Magically a pickup day was arranged in 48 hours. By then my required delivery window was blown. I was then in the hands of the trucking company. My car made it to within 70 minutes of my house and then sat there for three days. Get It Done did nothing to speed up the final delivery. I asked for a morning delivery on either of two days and was assigned noon-4 on the later day. The car did not arrive until after 5pm. Was it inconvenient to sit at home waiting? I should say so. I called the management at Get It Done to report the poor service and they provided nothing but hot air excuses. All of this is well documented. I will use anyone else in the future. You can decide yourself whom to use. Yes my car arrived safely but 6 days after a 14 day window. This was clearly the fault of Get It Done, not the trucking company.

Joe was my broker agent. He was very knowledgeable and professional and understanding of my current situation. He handled my situation with urgency and unbelievable speed. My car was picked up the same day. I had been waiting on a carrier for almost week and half. I am glad that night Mare is over. If You need fast and professional services let Joe handle your transport needs.

Update: after stating I would have to get insurance companies and police involved, my car magically appeared in my driveway without any type of notice they were coming. The payment and drop off itself was also a hot mess, just like the rest of this experience was. Also, found cigarettes, a lighter, water bottles, and a car charger that were left in my vehicle by whoever decided to hang out or drive my car around while it was being transported. Good job on choosing legit companies/drivers!My advice, deal directly with whatever transportation company is transporting your vehicle. Do not get a broker or middle man.Currently using this company to move my vehicle from Texas to New Jersey. My car got picked up on time, the driver seemed decent. Was never given a date my car would make it to New Jersey which I was okay with because I have other means of transportation. However, after 7 days with no word, I reached out to the driver and the driver said that he no longer had my vehicle because his truck broke down. So I have been trying to get in touch with Get It Done to see where my vehicle is, and no one will will get back to me. It looks like I will have to find another avenue in order to locate my vehicle. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Definitely do some research before using companies like these. Learned my lesson.

Over promised, dishonest transportation company. Joe gave me the price for transportation of a motorcycle. Joe later texted me and told me he could do it but there would be an up charge of $50 dollars. I said no, not crazy about the bait and switch tactics, honor your original price. He agreed. Then the fun starts, the carrier truck broke down and the I didn’t hear back for days. Kept me in the lurch for an additional 5 days. I said refund the money, I’ll hire another company. He said he would refund the deposit in a text and never did. I had to dispute the charge and Get It Done Transportation never delivered the motorcycle. Just a long rambling text of excuses that were barely legible.

I was given a quote by David Piner and David Maier, they deducted $150 from my account then nothing. The last I heard from David Maier was Im picking up a pizza, Ill call you back in 20min. When I gave a negative review David Piner tried to tell me he never deducted any money from my account. I sent him a copy of my bank statement then he said he moved the vehicle for free. He sends me these texts as I was looking at my vehicle still sitting in my driveway. The last statement from David Piner was that I was acting like a child. After all, I was calling him and David Maier out and proving they were lying and he didnt like that I was not letting him get away with it. These people will tell you all about how long they have been doing this (ripping people off) and tell you this is how they feed their kids (how we the victims feed their kids) and get angry when they do not get away with the theft. If you have been victimized by David Piner and or David Maier, then contact the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and file a complaint. This can be done online. Also contact Broward county Florida Sheriffs office and file a complaint. THEY ARE THIEVES!! DAVID PINER AND DAVID MAIER WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!! DO NOT TRUST GET IT DONE TRANSPORTATION !!!

David was nice to talk and instilled confidence. The deposit that they took was more then what was mentioned initially. They never call you after they take the deposit.I had to call them 40 to 50 times on the day of pick up ( they picked up my call may be 10 times) and the only answer we get is we will get back soon. It was horrible experience.And finally they said we got a driver but you need to pay $200 more than the initial agreed price. really ? Is this what you mentioned when you provided the quote and give a long description of your family business blah blah blah..I had no choice other than paying the $200 extra as I had to travel next day and my car needed to be picked up. Again the car was picked late night. No one should experience this. please go with another option and never ever believe these guys.Please dont cheat people.

I choose this company to ship my vehicle cross country. Joe was very professional and helpful, he kept me updated with every step of the process and was very informative. The process was taylored to me and my availability. When the drivers arrived to pick up my vehicle, they were professional and very precise with photographs and loading the vehicle. Booked my car pickup over 20 days in advance. David was nice to talk and instilled confidence but, one day prior to our move, I never got a call about the time window for the pick up. I call the day of, and am told theyll get back to me. Had to keep calling twice or more to get an update around 8 pm that the driver had a mechanical issue and would not be picking it up. If you look at other recent reviews, it seems this mechanical issue is happening a lot often lately.It was memorial day weekend so I told them as long as it got done the next day, thatd be fine. Never got a call from them, had to keep calling and chasing to get a response. Monday, Tuesday rolls by and they dont even bother calling me back.Had to call them one week after to ask them to cancel the service, since they never bothered to find someone else to pick up the vehicle or even had the professionalism to follow up, apologize and issue the refund by themselves.Save yourself some trouble and go with another option. They do provide the lowest quote, they just cant provide the service.Edit: In reply to the owners reply, I dont think there was anything malicious, but having to chase your company to get updates, not calling back when two different persons said they were going to call me back, and not issuing a refund more than a week after you failed to provide the service is the reason why Im sharing this information. Ill be issuing a charge back with my credit card company.

They then refused to release my car off “central dispatch”, Joe stepped in and helped get it done, I’ll have my vehicle first of the week!

Get it done transport quoted me $1390 to transport a vehicle with no up charge. This is clam on there web site but it is not true they up charge me an extra $300 when the car was delivered. I have called them numerous times, they keep giving me the run around. This company is not true to there word and will up charge you. I will not recommend anybody us this company.

These folks talk a big game, but do NOT back it up. Their quote was off by $245. It was not a guaranteed all-inclusive fee, and it was not timely, or reliable. We booked this transport with a promise of a load date in 2-3 business days. It took 12. Unreponsive, unprofessional, unscrupulous, and unprincipled are their family values. After all was said and done there was no remorse, and no recourse for their shortcomings. These folks cannot Get It Done. Save yourself a week or two of headaches. Shop elsewhere.

I have called numerous companies to transport our equipment from Ga to TN. Our biggest request was that all items must be moved on one day. I read so many reviews from so many companies that it would make your head spin. What I have learned from all of this is that communication and a little Team work make it all come together. I worked with Joe Pein at Get it Done Transportation he was so patient with all of my questions and assured me that everything would be moved as requested. I went with Get it Done for a few reasons: Communication - they called me back, answered the phone calls as they came in, emailed me, they never did not answer, as other transportation companies I was dealing with would stop the communication. Were they the cheapest? No they were the most expensive but when I was honest with them as to the cost compared to others they reduced their price and became the middle quote. They guaranteed that all vehicles would be moved the same day - The day before the move they did not leave me to deal with the carrier on my own, they talked to the carrier they worked with me and we came up with a plan and made it happen to move the vehicles. The biggest suggestion I can give anyone when planning a move like this or really any move period is to be a little flexible, communicate and ensure you feel comfortable with the process. We cant thank Get it Done enough for their help and highly recommend them as a go to for your moving needs. Joe and his Uncle Dave were always just a phone call, text message or email away. Great company, professional and understanding to your needs. Just to add, this was not a small move at all, it was a move that included, seven vehicles, a tractor and two trailers, one empty and one with a generator.

UpDated!!Wanted to apologize for my first post. I confused this company with Get it done Transport LLC when I posted my negative review. I am not sure if these guys are any good but I would avoid Get it done Transport. Dont confuse the two like I did.(Updated portion)After my first debacle with Get it Done Transport LLC (not to be confused with Get It Done Transportation). Get it done Transportion was able to Ship my daughters car with less than 12 hrs notice. They picked my daughters car up around 4pm after I spoke with the sales rep and owner and explained how Get it done Transport screwed us. It was around 10 am the day of that we needed her car shipped. They got it done!! They picked her car up and had it in Nashville Tennessee by 9:30 am the next day. They ended up getting their before my wife and kid. They actually delivered it to the hotel we were staying at. Parked it in the parking garage. Sent me pictures of my vehicle showing us that it was still in great shape. I was beyond impressed with this company. I highly recommend this company! I will definitely use them again!

We hired Brian to take our vehicle from New York to Florida after the holiday weekend, knowing it would be tough so last minute. We called him on the 4th of July (after we lost confidence with another company) and he had our vehicle picked up the next afternoon. First time transporting a car and David made me feel comfortable and that my car would be in good hands. Car was picked up sooner than expected and arrived on time in the same condition it was loaded. Everything is documented from the first phone call. There are other companies that might do it for $100 or $150 cheaper but you get what you pay for and if you want safe, reliable transportation for your car, go with this company.

I have been looking for a vehicle transport company for over a year. I have been given many pickup dates with no one ever showing up and been scammed multiple times. I finally found Get It Done Transportation and spoke with Joe. They had a very competitive price and actually 500 dollars cheaper than Montway. In addition to being scammed and timid, I was attempting to have my husbands 1980 CJ5 transported from Georgia to Virginia to be fixed as a surprise and they worked with me and did it discreetly. They found a driver (before 4th of a July weekend mind you) to pick up my vehicle and have it delivered. This was all completed in less than a week from my original phone call with Joe (again, this is including the holiday weekend.) I highly recommend this company and will forever be grateful they helped me do what others did not!

Another company tried to raise the original quote last minute, I found Get It Done on google and their team was very responsive. I was given a slightly lower quote than the original company and a number I could text/call for updates. I reached out noon on Monday and my vehicle was delivered at 11am the next day. Delivery driver, Angel, was thorough and took pictures of the vehicle prior to loading so there would be no confusion about any original damages. Very professional and helpful. Would definitely use this company again!

At all cost avoid this company. They real you in by offering a low bid. Then to confirm a pickup date, when rushed they will ask for more money. They advised me my pick up would hit Sat (4/3) or monday (4/5) the latest. It is now Wed (4/7) and this company as still yet to confirm a pickup date. Everyday this just give you excuses of delays. They actually tried to get more money out of me and advised that this will help incentives the prospective driver. This company is a complete scam and only handles in shady business. Again avoid at all cost. Don’t let their low quotes pull you in, it is all a front and a scam!

Do not book with David and do not trust any of these reviews. I read these reviews which are not true at all. During a stressful time of moving, David’s services added on an unfortunate layer of stress that could have been avoided if he was transparent.David was supposed to ship my car from Florida to Idaho. Leading up to the shipment, he kept telling me every time I called, “I’ll call you right back” and he never did. This happened on 4 different occurrences. He was supposed to give me details of my car shipment 4 days prior to when I needed it picked up and never called. He also had me book a flight and confirmed that the car would be there at that time, I even gave 2 days of leeway in case the truck was late. My entire trip is now delayed and I am out $367 of my flight that I needed to cancel. There was no carrier that was willing to pick my car up on their route because it is not a popular route which I did not know and David did not tell me. DO NOT TRUST THIS MANS REVIEWS.

These guys get it done. Brian helped me and quickly and easily booked me a pickup when no other company could. Big help after eating hundreds of dollars in storage fees.

Never picked up car as scheduled, came home three days later and car hadn’t been shippedThey blamed it on actual carrier although carrier said he told them he couldn’t pick it upEnded up having to drive the car myself to NYCSeems like they would have known car wasn’t picked up and at least warn me so I could have made other arrangements

SCAM. They charged my card when they were not supposed to … 48 hours prior to my car being picked up I decided to choose another company and Joe got really nasty and upset over text messages .. wouldn’t support this family if they were dogs … they have the lowest price, and the worst customer service . U get what you pay for

This company was amazing. Talked to Joe who was the first person to call me. He was very well spoken and knowledgeable during our conversation so o decided to go with him and his outfit and they got it done! Highly recommend was a great experience moving my car. This was my very first experience using a transportation company. I was a little worried and nervous about the whole process because I was having my 36 RV moved from DE all the way to GA.Fortunately, I worked with Dennis and he thoroughly explained what to expect each step of the way. He was professional and responsive throughout the process. I knew I was in good hands. Also, the driver picked up and delivered my RV as expected. When I look back now, I realize I had no reason to worry. I will definitely use this company again in the future. This is a company you can trust.

I worked with Dennis on shipping a 1938 ford pickup. He was extremely helpful in setting up the trucking company. If there was ever a question or issue he was calling me before I could even call him. He more than earned 5 stars. I’d highly recommend him and I’ll definitely be using him again in the future.

A+ rating we wish we had went with Get It Done from the beginning. Kind of a long story but definitely a happy ending thanks to this company. The original company may have baited me with a low price, they lacked providing personal connections and details about options. We were asked if the car was running and given the quote. Suddenly Several other businesses began contacting us with similar or lower quotes via text, phone and email. This was all new to me. I could write a novel about how it felt like the 1st company misled me and a week later when the driver went to pick up the car and how he couldnt start it - or didnt know how to start a vintage VWI was told too bad so sad - driver wasnt prepared for a car that didnt run. (The car started and ran fine the day before - ) hmmm.....then I am told I have to start at step one and wait to see IF they can get a different driver with a winch to agree to pick the car up. Long story, longer - I felt uneasy about it all because well I knew the car would start.Get It Done was one of the other companies who contacted us after we hired the 1st one. The representative was very helpful and offered to assist in the future if we still needed the car moved and wanted to GET IT DONE. When I contacted the 1st company asking for reassurance about when we could expect to get the car moved, it felt like I was given the run around because they were not always responsive and when they were it was usually with we are trying type of replies. When I asked what my other options were in case I wanted to cancel, I was told I would lose my entire deposit of $145. I was not happy about this since I now have quotes from other companies with better accommodations for the same or less price. I decided to make the decision to cancel and hire a much more reliable company to GET IT DONE. Did they ever! Dennis went to work and was prepared and got a truck for us the next day that had a winch (in the event it wouldnt start)Whatta ya know, the car started up and we had it picked up yesterday and delivered first thing this morning. Dennis the representative was in contact every step of the way. Even the truck driver, reassured us the car was in good hands and provided a map pic of his ETA. Highly recommend GET IT DONE Transportation.

Hired to move a truck from buffalo ny to Nashville Tennessee should up 2 days early of date then left me high and dry doesnt return phone calls and still hasnt returned my deposit for 190 dollars after he said he would.
