Took my Accord here for a problem other mechanic and dealerships couldnt solve and they took care of it. The experience exceeded all my expectations. Fred and his technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, the waiting room is welcoming the office staff we very friendly. I recommend expert auto to all of my family and friends now.

Frank and the crew at Expert Auto are true pro mechanics with fair and fast service. The shop is spotless, everyone was super nice, and the owner is onsite. Had to have exhaust manifolds replaced on the H2 and they did a great job! Clean install, everything looked like factory new, fast, and freindly.

Would not go there for the fact that a potential employee went for a job interview and the front desk lied to him telling him that the owner was not around, which we all know is a lie. The owner told this potential employee to be there between certain times. This employee is hard working and made a trip for nothing. The front desk pretendedto be sympathetic but the potential employee did not get a phone call back for an apology. My point if they do that to potential employees what else would they lie to you about? I would not take my car there at all.

This place is awesome!!! My company use Freddy and his team to fix our diesel trucks. Very professional and fair pricing. Now I am also bringing my personal vehicles. He fixed my truck where All American Auto in Boca Raton, FL., took almost 2 months to fix my rear differentail. Freddy did it in 2 days. They are the real deal... I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Fred and his crew were some of the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever used. I took my Toyota Rav 4 for AC check, it was not cooling, I ended up with a burnt AC amplifier, and they denied it was working.On top of that they charged me one hour labor. Think twice if you plan to take your car to this place.

Mechanics like to rip people off but this place went beyond, they didnt care about helping they just were money hungry and thought they can charge whatever money they wanted and keep the truck for over a day because they said it takes over a few hours of work. Well they try to charge over $700 for a simple exhaust manifold fix long story short brother was able to do it in one hour with basic tools and we found the part for $100 on Amazon when they said the part costs about $350. Worst mechanic shop Ive ever been too.

I was drawn to Expert Auto Repairs glowing reviews and close proximity to my house. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful.The owner, Fred, gave me a direct and honest assessment of the damage that had been done to my car. I was given a satisfactory explanation for the parts that I needed and why I needed them.Ava, among her other many duties, was responsible for finding my hard-to-find car parts. She answered all my questions knowledgeably and to the point. Although my shipment was delayed (through no fault of theirs), she kept me in the loop and gave me regular updates.The pricing was fair and they even made an exception to have me drop off and pick up the car during after-hours due to my long commute to work.I would go to Expert Auto Repair again and would recommend them highly.

The manager gave me the run around. I ask them to do some diagnostic work on the car and do A wheel alignment. All they did was a wheel alignment. They obviously didnt want to spend the time to diagnose my car Issues properly. I felt rushed Both Before & After the work was done in trying to explain what I want to get done and what was actually done When talking to Fred the manager. When I asked him about the work I got conflicting stories between him and the mechanic Plus some very shaky theories on what was wrong. Bottom line is this place doesnt want to spend the time to diagnose any difficult problems with a car they just want to do easy Jobs that make them quick money In all Fairness the alignment they did seems fine I just hope I dont have to get it done again After the real issues are Resolved by another mechanic. I will not use expert auto repair again.

They changed my oil pan no problem and gave me the best deal I was able to find in my area. The best customer service I have received at a mechanic in a while, def. will return here for my other car problems.

I dont trust dealers and found myself in need of an emergency repair. They got my car right in and called me with an estimate the same day. The estimate stayed true to the final cost with some minor but necessary incidentals. My car was repaired well and in a timely manor. At the time they have the estimate they mentioned possible additional repairs that they wouldnt know until tear down, these were not needed and not done. Will be using them in the future.

Highly recommend these guys. Excellent in their work and very much detail oriented!

I have four high mileage vehicles, and the maintenance needed to keep my cars running well, is done here, the 03 Toyota matrix XRS a courier car has six hundred thousand miles and after major engine and transmission work, my wife is able to comfortably drive the car to work . My Chevy express 2500, we took it to 470k with no problem, the fuel pump and water pump, radiator, alignment, brakes all were handled on a timely basis . My 97 Acura 3.0 cl, was taken to 167 k and all the gasket work, alignment, belts, hoses, brakes were all done on time . The car still runs well and my son drives it daily . Fix once, all work is warrantied and the staff and owner are experienced and certified, latest alignment rig is always available, diagnostic tools are up to date, six work bays and technicians available six days a week, tow truck service is available for roadside emergencies, 24/ 7 . Thank you, Rudy a five year satisfied customer, who drives two thousand miles a week as a courier for medical supplies .

Heck I cannot lie my first visit I spent $1300 well spent the owner Fred and the other older gentleman were very professional and to the point my second visit was a nightmare they broke a part in my sunroof and refuse to take responsibility for it currently his employees are all fairly young and do not have customer service skills once the owner is gone its like a hangout for young Mechanic coming on board the owner needs to correct this because they are getting cocky attitude and there are many more good Mechanic out there today he business might be wrong but tomorrow he needs his customers to return as he put it he has enough customers and didnt care of the damage done to my car he had some young men trying to hit me up for money and not repair the problem which he said he did not know how to and I try to explain to him how it should be repaired but he only wanted to charge me for the correction of his employees mistake employees mistake I was willing to see him halfway and yet he was still being unfair so therefore if he makes a mistake in your car he will not fix it without charging you he will say that you did it and blame you and would want to charge you again if a doctor takes out the wrong organ does that make it your fault

If you want to get screwed then come here, they told me 3 times face to face, that my warranty covers my part thats damaged if ive already driven over 1000 miles from first purchasing my vehicle, which i drove over 2000 miles, so they told me yes its covered, 2 days later i get a call that theyre finally fixing the part and oh yeah your warranty dont cover it, now i owed him $700, tried to fight it but he said its my fault not his, so another day passed i had to pay $111 just to get my truck back with the old damaged part still in my truck, these guys are 2 faced bullshiters who double cross you, i will never come here again and DO NOT recommend you come here, waste of time and money
