Allan assisted us with purchasing a new mattress for our RV. He was very nice and professional. He made the experience pleasant. I had called ahead to make sure they had the mattress we wanted and informed me we would have to order the size we wanted which was no problem. When we arrived, we found out he had called other stores for us to see if any had the size we wanted incase we needed the mattress sooner. He went above and beyond.

This was a great experience. I worked with Matt who was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the product offerings. He really paid attention to detail and listened to what I wanted. Admittedly, we knew what we wanted (Purple. 4) when we arrived and their website correctly showed that they were available at this location.My son did his final comparison trial and we sealed the deal. The guys at the store were surprised that the Purple-branded foundation showed on their website, but they made a phone call and learned that those are shipped direct from the factory.This location has lots of windows and a good selection of product in a tidy store.If you enjoy friendly banter and a casual sales experience, then this crew will be good for you.

I tried to buy a mattress there. They told about financing. Ask me to do a down-payment. I did. Then, the financing was not approved and let many days to have my down-payment returned. And nobody told me that will let a lot of days to have my money back.

Me and my husband just moved down to florida and are furniture shopping and ofcores we start with out beds. She Literally walked me through the entire store until we were able to found a mattress that matched my preference and my price point. Theyre treating us normally, but i really feel a big difference with us and other person was there to buy a mattress, they so atention to explain every single details to them, but tu us (Brazilian) legally to live here for 13 years i fell like,, lets do this quickly in 5 minutes to finish, didnt explain nothing to us about the financial, didnt have any patience to leave us to see the exactly what we want, completely disappointed and maybe tomorrow Ill cancel this order, beacause i went there 2 times and i feel same dont care to brazilian customers. Wow. Honestly, as a 21 year old girl whose first big investment was a mattress, Kelia was truly my savior. I mean, I came in thinking I wanted a medium firm mattress for my neck injuries. Months later after the shutdown I showed up with terrible shoulder pain, she arranged an exchange and guided me towards the mattresses that I wanted. The entire place was kept clean with covers for the pillows so you can try them without fear of the virus. THEN, a couple hours later, I saw a cheaper deal online for the mattress and I called her immediately to tell her. She helped me rearrange that as well. The entire time she stayed calm and polite, she always continued to be informative yet still continue to be a sweetheart. I had such a great experience and she was so helpful the entire time. I am so glad she helped me, I couldn’t have asked for anyone else.An average or even potentially worst experience turned out to be so awesome because of her. We were in need of new beds and went to this Mattress Firm because it was so close to our house. Kelia opened the door for us and and warmly welcomed us inside. We let her know what we were looking for, she helped us by giving us information and told us to give the beds a try. She answered our questions and then let us check beds out. We took our time and didnt feel pressured at all. Alan, the other associate, also asked us how we were doing and said he would answer any questions we had. We spent a good amount of time finding what we liked. My wife and I decided on what we liked and our daughter found a new bed also. Both Kelia and Alan were so nice and knowledgeable.
