I have been going here for a while and more and more the attention to detail in my orders have been HORRIBLE. It’s exactly 7:53PM 10/2/21 and you should see the way my drinks were made. Just horrible! Lazy and lack luster employees. I’ll always say the best Starbucks are the one sin TARGET. 🥺I would’ve added my partners picture but she didn’t cat enough. She thinks Starbucks is overrated anyway. But it’s my forever love but the past few days has really made it hard to stand beside them 😩 ——> do you see my caramel drizzle. Not to mention the drink SUCKS!!!!

This store is well located in Atlantic Blvd, between Rock Island Rd and State Rd 7. It is a self-standing store with a drive-through. The staff is very friendly and diligent. Sometimes they get the orders wrong but that happens everywhere and, most importantly, they will fix any issue with your drink or food item. Just make sure to check your drinks before you drive out. The big problem with this store is that a section of the parking lot is situated along the same path than the drive-through, so if you park there, and there is a line, you will be stuck until either it moves or someone lets you out. If you go, I recommend that you park in the spaces near the exit, where the drive-through line wont block you. It is a good place to spend some time in, so I would not go there if I was in a rush to get my coffee.

Nice drive- thru location. I ordered the blueberry cobbler frap from the secret menu but with coffee. 💖 Super tasty just incase yall were wondering ☺️ but it was like $8.60 . So worth it and they actually have plastic straws 🌞

This Starbucks crew was absolutely amazing this morning. Totally brightening our day and getting us started the right way with a nice Grande beverage. Thanks for being so quick and taking great care of us.

The store manager here is named Jamie and she is awesome. Her team always has my order ready for pick up when i arrive, jamie always makes sure to greet me by name and quickly corrects any issue on the rare occasion that there is one.The front parking/ drive through can get a little tricky when the drive through gets busy so just park on the side if doing a quick run in. This however does not effect the great service at this location

I love how quick and polite everyone is. Also, they constantly look over the line for anyone waiting on pick up orders. Most starbucks will ignore the customers and I stand there for several minute just trying to get there attention. This is NOT the case here. So i give 5 stars 🙂

They were BUSY. I went inside. Drive thru was around building.Greeted right away and only line was waiting for order. Pleasant and friendly barista let us know she was working on orders.One thing I noticed was they seem to using the empty dining room for storage.

Was disappointed went there to get a Mango Draginfruit infused with Strawberries they had none. One of the staff recommended another drink and it was not good

I always have my card on me and today was the day I forgot it. I explained my issue at the the drive-thru window to these two sweet ladies and they told me it was on the house. Some places I know wouldn’t do that but they did! They blessed my boyfriend and i with our coffees and made our day 😬 Thank you guys so much! always a great experience when I go to this Starbucks 😊

I gave 3 stars simply because the drive thru line takes so long. There’s been countless times I’ve had to leave the line because I needed to get to where I was going. Keep in mind I always give myself about a 30 minute window for this Starbucks line. The drinks and food are always good, but if you need to be somewhere in a hurry I wouldn’t wait in the drive thru line.

Service was fast and convenience. The only suggestion I would make is more frequent rounding to clean the exterior tables, as there is no interior seating and were in a time where cleaning is even nore pertinent.

Horrible starbucks; always mess up on my drink and I have given them multiple attempts. Done with this Starbucks! Although they are gracious to remake drinks but unfortunately I do not have the luxury of time to go back every time they mess up not to mention when they do the remake it is with the same mistake.... smh

Awesome drive through service on a busy morning. My Iced American was perfect.

When on the go, when on the move and when in a new city, I can always count on amazingly sweet, and PC correct staff, management and support! On my Metamamamedicina Meditation Tour I had very little extra and just what I needed to make my next leap, ( In Vieques!!) So thank you Sirens for keeping this Goddess hydrated, nourished( yes they have non-gmo baked goodies, nuts and seeds) and always a clean bathroom to wash ones face, and hands. This is a busy world and the US is on speed racer so, glad that you can take a pause at Starbucks, and check in with self.

This store used to be really good. Lately, and I mean the last 3 months, every time I go in there, the baristas are chit-chatting, or looking around when there are customers waiting for their orders. You have to literally yell at them to be helped. By then, its already been 15 min that your mobile order in.

This store was an amazing location but it has been very slow. I waited almost 20 min for a mobile order. Very frustrating. 5 employees and only 2 were actually working bc the other 3 were too busy yapping.

My tall, was half the size. These people are crooks

Excellent service! The nitro cold brew machine was not working so it took some time to get my order (less than 5 min). After finishing my coffee I wanted another one. Jose took my order and it was on the house because of the earlier inconvenience. Great service, will be back to this location.

Employees had great customer service but the drive through location is dark and scary. I wouldnt recommend going at night

This was always my go to Starbucks, but lately the service has severely declined. The lines are extremely long always now, waiting up to 30 45 mins sometimes and the quality has been bad. I waited in over 20 minute line yesterday to get a caramel macchiato with no caramel and the milk was warm hardly any ice, also the sandwich I bought was cold in the middle and drove away having just wasted my money.

The appearance of this location is clean and the staff is well spoken & friendly. Unfortunately, the past 4 times I’ve visited I asked them to add sugar and cream a specific amount and continuously bitter... Waste of money when I’m on the go and can’t even drink it.

Visited the last 3 times they were closed . However today was okay line moved quickly and service was pleasant.

Favorite Starbucks !! I literally travel from federal and Broward just to come here literally every morning. They always make my drinks right never had a problem.

Been with this Starbucks crew for years, they are like family. Even with the change of people the atmosphere is still nice.

The best thing about Starbucks is the coffee. The restaurants are mostly unkempt or even dirty, the service is pathetically slow. I began going to the drive up because the service was faster, but that has slowed down quite a bit lately. I would not recommend eating anything at Starbucks other than a sweet like the morning bun slightly heated. The sandwiches and other food is absolutely awful and, of course, everything is grossly overpriced. The coffee keeps me going back.

My experience was 1 star due to having 30 minute wait.

Best Starbucks in the area. I live in Pompano Beach and there’s a SB closer to me but I go out of my way to come to this one. They make the drinks just right every time and everyone is very nice. Sometimes the PM crew is a little gruff but I’ll let that slide since I mostly come before 5pm. Love this Starbucks - definitely recommend it, 5 stars!

As always - first rate. The Starbucks App that lets you order and pay before you arrive makes the stop even faster if you are short.on time. Great way to avoid the lines. If there is some extra time in the day - there is a great seating section.

Everyone who works here is really attentive and awesome. They always say Hi to me and 1/2 the time my drink order is ready before I even finish paying for it. It is great that they remember my order! Thanks guys!

Decent Starbucks with good amount of parking and located right off the main road. Very easy to spot and pull in. Theres a drive through too if thats your thing.I visited around 5 pm and my drink was made perfectly. The reason Im not awarding 5 stars is that I felt the overall cleanliness of the store wasnt fantastic. Could have just been a smaller staff at that time but the pickup counter to the tables inside and out to the trash cans all seemed to not have been cleaned in awhile. However, I would come back because Im sure it just happened to be the time I came that day.

Whoever was working this morning (march 3) gave bad service. She was rude, didnt ring up my order on the screen and my drink was incorrect. I had to drive off with the incorrect drink because it took so long to make one iced tea, I was almost late to work. This is not the first time it happened.She didnt hand back my card nor receipt. I had to reach over to pull out my card so that I wasnt late to work! Unacceptable! I am going to start going to a different starbucks if this happens again because Im wasting my money at this point.

I just went to get my breakfast here and my chicken wrap protein box seemed to be open on one side, and the sauce was dripping inside and out. I request to get it changed and an employee named JUSTIN, goes and gets me a different one.Second box was similar, and I also requested to get it changed when Justin tried to convince me to take it by saying that they where ALL in the same conditions, that he had just checked ALL the boxes. He asked if I wanted a refund and I said I wanted a different box.Then Justin tells me those 2 that were given to me where the last 2, which doesn’t sound true, after he said he had checked ALL OF THEM. I asked very politely and I even told them my intentions where never to bother them, and Justin was still rude and continued saying those where the only 2 boxes left, and refused to go get a different one.I don’t think I was asking for anything extraordinary, and I am not sure how far he needs to go to get a box, that was making him so mad, but it’s a beautiful Saturday morning and we should all be in good spirits to help others....specially if that is YOUR JOB.

New whip cream recipe?? I usually don’t care for Starbucks whip cream because it’s usually too fatty/greasy and not that great tasting but this store has a really smooth and fluffy recipe. Idk but I really loved that.

Great service and great drinks. The baristas are super friendly, and attentive. They greet everyone who enters in a warm and welcoming way. They know many of their customers names, and drink orders, by heart... Especially the complicated ones. They are very fast worth their service, both inside, and at their drive through. The lobby has a lot of seating, as does the outside area. This is the best Starbucks in the area.

Love this Starbucks! Every one is so friendly. They stay happy and patient even when you dont know what youre trying to order.

The employees are extremely nice and accommodating. Rarely does a place have customer service this great, and they take it even further. I recommend this place to anyone and its my favorite place to take the kids when I need an excuse to get out.
