I found my new dentist!!!Moved here from up North and have been looking for that perfect practice that has it all and I have finally found it! Dr. McCosh and her staff are outstanding! During my first appointment Dr.McCosh developed a treatment plan for my needs and today I had my first cleaning which was excellent. Dr. McCosh is extremely knowledgeable, patient and funny. I definitely found a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with. Her assistant Catalina is the best very gentle, patient, knowledgeable and caring. The girls at the reception are very pleasant as well :) Not to mention the office is clean and welcoming which is very important when you are going in the torture chamber, jk!If you haven’t already please visit Dr. McCosh and her team!

Dr. McCosh and Dr. Verdanan are very nice. Dr. McCosh even makes jokes, bit her office staff needs to get their attitudes in check.Dr. McCosh:There was no HIPAA issue. Your team members are liars. They knew about my insurance change in December and I provided them with the ID card when I was there in June. They claim to have filed a claim with my prior insurance carrier, they didnt. I called the carrier and they have not received a claim from your office for my June appointment. Stephanies attitude was the problem and the other young lady up front continued the attitude when I was leaving. A claim the as they state can take 4-6 weeks to process shouldve been processed in 10 weeks.My first appointment, I told you about your assistant trying to force my mouth open to take an x-ray, you said the same as your response, about treating your patients as family. My family doesnt treat me like your staff. You are nice and I have had no issues with you or your hygienist. Finding a good dentist is hard to do and I think you are good, but your staff has issues that you have decided to neglect addressing. They reflect poorly on you.

I have never been so pleased with a dentist. Honest, happy, caring and there for the patients best interests. The entire staff is amazing, the office personnel is friendly and actually knows how to schedule properly. If your appointment is at 2, they see you at 2. They are not rude and miserable like Ive experienced at so many other offices. The dentist is awesome and isnt trying to sell you a million dollars worth of dental care. She prioritizes what needs to be done right away and she works with you. The entire experience has been great. Imagine saying that about a dentist? Thank you!!!!

Dr. McCosh is the best dentist we ever had. If you want to understand the real meaning of dental care - make an appointment. Beside being very knowledgeable and skillful professional, she is smartly flexible and able to find great dental solution for almost every budget and every possible situation, available and timely for appointments, yet dedicates time and attention for each patient as much as needed. The quality of her work is amazing almost unbelievable. She treated multiple teeth of mine each to my complete satisfaction! Being a picky and quite sensetive patient, I had multiple dentists most of them are highly regarded as well - but she is the best without any doubts.

Ive looked a long time for my perfect Dentist. DMD Fernanda McCosh is wonderful . Ill never go anywhere else .The girls in the office are so sweet.Very gentle, I was so happy to smile and my teeth looked so good . I know shes very busy, I think I couldve hugged her for an hour. Called today at 1145am and spoke with Katalina (?) I told her that I had broken a molar and was in very bad pain. I asked her if Dr. McCosh offered a “in house payment plan” as I am a self-pay patient with no dental insurance and if I could have information on such plan. She put me on hold and came back to me a few moments later and stated that someone who could answer my questions would call me back in a few MINUTES........well, it’s midnight (more than 12 hours later) and NO ONE has called me back. Still in pain......I called Dr. McCosh’s office because I had heard great things about her and her staff and considering I am in an emergency situation and in pain, I thought they could help. I had to now call another dentist who could only get me in on Saturday.....I guess it’s Orajel & ibuprofen until then! (Although that doesn’t even touch my pain) It’s a shame really, because again I had heard wonderful testimonials. Maybe they don’t treat self-pay patients the same as the insured.UPDATE:::::11-1-19Went to Smile Design in Margate and WOW!!!! Read my review on them...amazing staff who prioritized me right away! Highly recommended.

When it comes to a Dentist and staff there is no other. I have been using Dr Mc Cosh for about 3 years now and I can’t say enough good things about her and her accommodating staff who always go above and beyond. Dr Mc Cosh has gentle steady hands and is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to dentistry, she has chair side manors, a Dr who actually takes the time out to greet and fully explain the procedures with a smile. I really can’t say enough good things about Dr Mc Cosh and staff. Highly recommended her!

I was a patient with this dentist ever since she took over this office from my previous dentist.They put a crown in for me and it fell off once before and of course they took care of it.Well it fell off again but since we changed insurance that they do not accept I called to see if they could reinstall it again and they want to charge me $85.00 to put a little glue in and reinstall for a 3rd time..Obviously all they care about is money not taking care of their patients.
