The previous owner of my home had installed windows with this company. I had a leak in one of the windows so I called them first to ask if there was any warranty left or if not to have the window replaced. They told me they would look into it and call me back. I didnt hear from them in days, tried calling them and it would go to voicemail. Not sure if they were screening my number trying to avoid talking to me. One week later and still no call back. Unreliable company.

I think the best part is that when a storm threatens, we no longer worry if well have time to put up the shutters.

Jim came out to see what we needed to order, he was very knowledgeable about his products as well as the process for permits, etc., he was patient and gave us a reasonable price - windows came in timely and his crew installed everything quickly and efficiently - they were pleasant to work with and cleaned up everything nicely. Would highly recommend.
