So I went to get pasta at Presidente. I got the brand Pastalia and there was bugs inside the pasta bag. Mind you I did not open the package yet but I saw not just one but multiple bugs crawling inside the dry pasta.

Visited the store today in a long time and was surprised!!! It was very Organized, the food was more Fresh!!! The cashiers are very friendly and helpfull. Keep up the good work!!! Definitely coming back!!!

Its great to see this Presidente supermarket in Margate! Its so nice to have another supermarket option besides the large super store close by. The store is beautifully organized, clean and well stocked! Ive been here a few times now, and those facts stay true each visit. The prices are wonderful! Fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and meat! Plenty of selections in each aisle. Theres even a great selection of cooked foods for quick lunch or dinner pick up. I highly recommend this market, especially if you live close by. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Prices are okay, the food is what we usually come for and in most cases is good! A little cold but flavor wise is good and prices are beyond good. 5-7 for a really good plate of food is better than any fast food. Come try a little bit of everything and youll find something good eventually. Employees are friendly and the manager is cool.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but first impressions are lasting. If I had been alone, I would have walked out immediately. The store smelled bad as I entered, there were fruit flies in the produce section and something smelled really bad (rotten) in the seafood department. Overall grungy. While produce seemed to be a good price, most of it was undersized compared to other grocery stores.I threw out half of the nectarines I bought, they were moldy by the next day. I also threw out the ham because it smelled bad and was slimy when I opened the package.

It is close to me and has some of what I need, so it can be convenient sometimes.

This location is the cleanest and most organized Festival-Presidente Supermarket. Not the closest to my place but it’s worth the drive.. The Staffs are always willing to help and always greet you with a smile.

I had enjoyed this store until today. I will not be shopping here again.The issue at hand is they dont accept debit card for Lottery, as other grocery providers do in the area. There is nothing written as well to state this. I had planned my afternoon for shopping and wanted to try my luck at lotto.After my tickets were ran and rang into the system i was told no my debit card is no good...cash only. I dont carry cash..she say use cash machine that charges a fee....im not going to do that.. I rather just go to Winn-Dixie were this is not a problem.One stop shopping is what people want. Not to be made to feel terrible because your stores has no sing up saying anything about this being the cases.It extremely frustrating from a customer point of view and total waste of time.So the customer service had to call the manager who told her the same thing to void it out.I left feeling terrible and will just do all my shopping elsewhere.

Smell hits you in the face as soon as you walk in, not clean compare to Winn Dixie or Publix. The cashier has claws that actually scratched me when she gave me the change, funny but there should be like a control on appearance by management

First time coming here...and the experience wasnt a good one for me. I came to check out the collard greens here, for freshness and I was disappointed how the collard greens looked! So, I didnt bothered to buy any....the 2 stars arent for the quality of the collard greens. Its based on how their wanna be security was looking at me and giving me funny looks. I hate to come in any store where Im looked at as some suspect! I work hard for my money what I look like coming in someone store to steal? Ill wait until the one near my area opens up soon to shop at another one. Ill never return to this location again. I dont like being profile like that because of the color of my skin. No thank you!

Clean store, great prices similar to Sedanos. They have a meat department and seafood all fresh produce and cafeteria style deli with delicious Spanish food. So many options to choose from.. Looking forward to some Ropa Vieja!

Great gem!! Low prices than publix and hard to find ethnic products can be found here. Also hard to find meats that are low prices compared with competitors can be found here as well. In addition, you can buy sandwiches, cuban coffee, and empanadas. Ill be back

Good choice ! I got Peruvian hot paper named Rocoto, it is a kind of peppers family with good taste but hot, I use to mix with cilantro, onion, Oil, salt, black pepper, one tp of rocoto, then to the mixer and then, some fresh and dome to the freezer, to use with soups or cooking chicken, met etc. I fing many Peruvian products but also arepas corn flour PAN brand for venezuelan dishes. Enjoy your day and get it fresh from Presidente Supermarket.

This was my first visit to a Presidente ever and boy did I have an amazing experience. Im still pinching myself that I am even down here from blistery cold MA, and then to find this place, its all been so exciting! This is exactly what I was hoping I would find to do my grocery shopping.Let me start off by saying there is ample parking and the location is fantastic. The selection of fresh Latin American root veggies is impressive! Conch happened to be on special so I inquired about the cost of a box. My kreyol isnt that great so I tried my best to communicate what I needed. What I didnt expect was for him to thaw, clean, trim and pound all that conch for me! He was so friendly and kind, it really made my day. The whole box was only $43!! My family will be so happy when I show up with a huge pan full of lambi, lol!I have lived and worked in large Asian communities (Honolulu and SF) for over a decade and enjoy cooking Chinese, Korean and Thai food. I was so impressed that I could find baby bok choy, tofu and many other oriental food items at this market as well. I wont have to go all over the place to get everything I need. I got enough food to last me the week plus the lambi, all just $85. Unbelievable! Before finding Presidente, I was doing all my grocery shopping at Publix and felt like the cost of food was nearly double what I was used to paying in MA. Now I know I will save lots of money shopping here, Im so happy. Thank you!

Even though its a drive for me since I live on Oakland and 441 I love coming here. Theres definitely a closer Presidente but I rather not say why I dont go there but fyi I did leave a review for that store just look for my name. Back to the best Presidente I like coming here every other week to see the special deals of the week and for some reason its always something I need. From the dry goods to the meat everything is fresh for a low price I love. You cant beat that to be honest.

I see people complain about the smell but that’s from the fresh meat they sell. It’s like that in similars stores, however the smell here is not as strong as others I’ve been too

2 cashiers 2 people in the meat department on a Saturday hour long wait for meat .Cant wait to welcome Broward meat .

Cashiers engaged in personal conversations instead of being attentive to the customer. Did not tell me my total. Did not ask me how I am. Did not even greet me. Only thing good is the prices and the prompt service in the meat department.

Wonderful appetizing section. I signed up to receive a store circular as I no longer get it in my mail. I was promised one would be sent to me, but that was weeks ago and its never arrived. If I had one Id shop there more often.

PLEASE STOP PUTTING THE CUBAN BREAD IN PLASTIC BAGS SOON AS ITS OUT THE OVEN !!!It needs to sit out like the smaller pieces you guys sell which are very good unlike the ones you put in the clear plastic bags. They’re awful.

Have tried several times to get lunch here but it seems because Im not fluent in Spanish Im ignored while there. When someone finally does speak to me they are rude and give one word answers which is always no. Go to Bravo,they are much nicer and helpful.

First time there and I like it. A lots of Hispanics food. Also I observed they have fresh fish and they clean it right there., Big parking lot, small nice Plaza .Yes I would go there again. By the way the employees are friendly.

I wasnt impressed with the prices or selections. The Latin music was blaring in my ear very loud and very busy music. It did not lend itself to a comfortable visit. It was kind of nerve-racking. I was also expecting to find some seafood that I lost from another seafood market that recently went out of business and I was disappointed. It just wasnt a good experience for me.

Ive come here multiple times. While they have some decent deals the store is so unorganized you cant find anything ever. No one knows prices. Boxes are always in the way dangerous to walk around. People are rude. The cashiers over charge you all the time. Never can calculate correctly. Best to run in for a few quick items. Double check your reciepts and charges always!!

This supermarket is pretty awesome when it comes to prices on produce and meats! You can get a full size avocado for about two bux. The pineapples are real cheap as well, but the a lot of them aren’t so great so you could be searching for awhile. One gallon milk is often on sale. I personally love that they sell spring onions here:) A lot of places don’t carry spring onions. They have so much flavor to them. Their regular grocery products don’t carry any deals but everything else I mentioned you’re going to get a deal on:) They also sell hot food next to the deli. There’s a money gram window at the front of the store as well. The store & parking lot are clean.

Im used to shopping in Spanish, Indian, and Asian markets that arent always the nicest or cleanest. This store wins the trophy for the most sketchy Ive been to in recent memory. The produce department looks like half of it is stocked with produce dumpster dived from other stores, the freezer cases show signs of past breakdown and freeze ups, refrigeration cases dont feel as cold as they should be, and all but a few cases are missing the thermostats. Employees are all just filling uniforms, mostly useless and get nasty if you ask them anything. They also seem to like to hideout in the bathrooms watching TV on their phones.
