Typical Spanish supermarket. Large cafeteria. We tried the empanadas and they were OK. Nice size bakery, produce, and meat departments. Large selection of Latin and Caribbean products. Purchased a few meat specials, but overall found the pricing to be high on some normal items we shop for. :)

This place has a Spanish greeting menu and expects you to understand enough to know which menu option is for English speaking customers. The employees who answer the phone speak absolutely no English, and one of them hung up on me when I tried to ask her a question. I understand all about different cultures- my family is Russian. But poor customer service is another story. Im guessing this place prefers to deal with Spanish speaking customers.

Good place to shop. Vegetables are good and fresh all the time. Cooked food is wonderful and bakery is delicious.👏👏👏

There are certain things I like to get from Fresh Market, however this time I didnt feel like driving further or spending the extra money so I went to El Bodegon and honestly you can tell the difference in quality. The salmon I bought was cheaper here but then I get home open it and it smells rotten, the turkey ham I bought smelled nasty too I couldnt eat it. I went looking for mozz cheese, one pack had expired days ago and had mold. At the end I had to throw out the salmon and ham just to go buy it at Fresh Market, wasted $20. I try to support latino businesses but come on, if you cant provide good quality for your public then you dont care about them.

Well my experience at the cafeteria was horrible!!!!! First we ask the employee for a sandwich and her answer was they have a delete time off 30mnts for that. So she told us the we have to get what they have ready on the menu!!! So this is my Quick Question WE HAVE TO EAT what they want NO COSTUMER SERVICE at all, I do like to try different food but the way this Lady talk was so demanding and I think if you go to place to buy a breakfast the attendant had to choose what you have to eat!!! Suggestion for the administration give a better training to your employees!!!!

Thank god I don’t live in this area because 2 employees here are extremely rude! Not sure if they are manager they look like they might be but if they are they definitely shouldn’t be managers! Don’t waste your time going here pls find a different supermarket!

The attention in the cafeteria was terrible, February 16 2020, 6.30 PM, I took out a number to be attended and two other people arrived after me and the other people attended first so that the number? and after waiting without saying anything, the cafeteria manager attends to me and tells me that he wants to charge me for the difference of a 4 to 8 ounce glass with the same amount of coffee inside the glass, when I have been coming for more than 10 years to this supermarket but well it is not the first time that happens to me but the last one because I will not buy there again. A shame so that they take it into consideration when they go they have to be wasps and go through the other people to receive the right thing.

I Like the place, they have everything you can go and grab a beer have a great lunch and then go shopping...

Good prices, good quality at a good price plus friendly staff. Youll be able to find a lot of things that you dont find in other supermarkets

For the most part the store is great and so are the prices but sometimes the service at the cafeteria isn’t the best.

I usually buy chicken and meat cuts here because it resembles the supermarkets of my native country. wide selection of fresh and hard cheeses, much merchandise imported from Colombia. The vegetables and fruits are not of the best quality you have to know how to select them. I have always been well served.

I went to El Bodegon to eat food with my family. I ate Empanadas with rice and my mom ate a meal with Chicken, Rice, Plantains and a side of Salad. The food looked better then it tasted. The Chicken was very salty and hard, like it had been sitting there for awhile. The salad tasted old. The only good food was the Empanadas, Rice and Plantains. I spent $8 on the meal and I expected better.

Good customer service, variety of goods at good prices and nice location. I have no complaints. I continue being a regular customer!

Review is for the cantina. Very good value for money food. We had the oxtail and the soup was really rich and flavorful. Will definitely be back.

I have had great difficulty ordering in the mornings at the Cafeteria whilst trying to order the Mountaineer breakfast, Again, this morning I could not get served so I went to eat at a nice Colombian restaurant in same parking lot called El Balcon de los Americas.

This store is not recommended to shop. if you want to die eat there go headThe back room if you go in the back they put the meat on the floor and break it because its frozen

The worst grocery store experience Ive ever encountered; the board of health should intervene immediately!... Its dirty, has a decidedly foul odor - but whats worst is that the meats & produce are rotten. The very low prices & wide variety of South & Latin American foods are very appealing. Unfortunately, this is a moot point, because of the unsanitary conditions & lack of even the bare minimum health standards.

Really BAD costumer service, specially the cashiers, and when you told them not to be rude they jump at you! Its a shame because is a pretty good store, and this is not the first time it happens thats why Im giving them 1 star what a shame!! This how you loose clients

Good prices and variety of products from Central and South America, fresh veggies and meats. People are friendly and helpful.

The worst place to shop! First of the meat and vegetables are ROTTEN! It looks like everything in the store has gone bad the veggies are black and dry when you pick them up. The meat section stinks to heaven. the fish and seafood section is disgusting the fish will literally fall apart at your hands. The worst part about this shop is the employees, they have some sort of gringo complex. They are rude and act like the cant understand anything you say, the skip over anyone who is not Spanish. Your better of going to BRAVO where the workers are diverse the food quality is 100 times better and over all cleaner.

Limones are good and cheap and also the meat palomilla i use for tacos is delicios

In 3 times they requested for a documentation for my service dog. Bodegón I want to let u know:There are no requirements for licensing, certification or identification of service dogs, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. The animals are not required to wear special collars, vests or harnesses. The ADA makes it unlawful to require proof of a disability or identification for the service dog.Be careful next time....

I have been going here for the last 8 years..and the entire team are very helpful ..corteous and friendly..simply the best food at the resturant too..what can i say ..A++++++ all the way.

You can find many Latin American food stuff here but other than that I went to eat at the restaurant a couple weeks back and they served me food on a dirty scratched up plate. I went to move the rice and noticed knife scratches with crud on it, when I brought it to the attention of the staff and asked for my money back they gave me a nasty attitude and refused until the owner came out and told them to give me a refund. Disgusting, dont eat there!!!

Becareful shopping here. I live nearby and grandpa love their mini croissants however when I went there majority of the croissants out were covered in mold.

This store has a UPS access point, UPS sent the package there, sent me a confirmation email, I went to pick it up, they said they didnt have it, wouldnt look a 2nd time, I called UPS they confirmed that the package should be there. I think they stole my package.
