The ladies in here were super friendly. One in particular, I didnt catch her name, helped me find everything on my list, very knowledgeable about what products were available. I really appreciated her help because I wouldve been walking in circles.

I have shopped at this Harbor Freight location many times and I am always impressed with the staff. They know what they carry and where it is every time I have a question. Their prices are excellent! I wanted an electric pole saw and they had three choices - I got one for $60, after I looked at Home Depot and had only one choice which was to buy it as an accessory… the whole thing would have cost $250.

Never in my whole life I had to wait 20 minutes to pay for three items. Only one person in front of me. Super slow the cashier, 6 people waiting behind me.

Super nice people!!! They made sure the machine I was buying would fit my car, allowed me to see the box before buying. Also super patient. Really liked their manager.

Welcomed right when I walked in the door. Employee showed me where to find what I was looking for. 😀 They have a well stocked selection of tools 🔧 🔨 and hardware at decent prices. Had what I wanted cheaper then I was expecting. :)

I made an purchase in Harbor Freight for delivery service. HF using Mothership for delivery. Mothership confirmed the date for deliver, but they never go to the store and pick up my order. Two days in a roll didnt show up! Mothership deliver company does not care about their customer. Harbor Freight should use some other delivery company before they ruining their business. Very disappointed. Now I have to cancel my order. This lesson is NEVER use delivery service in HF.

Staff was helpful in locating and bringing my tool cart out to my vehicle and help load it up.

First time to this location. When I walked in, first thing I noticed is no carts, second thing I noticed was to the store looked dingy. I wandered around looking for the items I needed, once I found one of the items I asked for help, because I only saw display and not the actual product that was for sale. I found someone to help, but they were not friendly. She did walk back there with me, and showed me the item. Upon asking about another item, she just mumbled something and kept going. The item was very heavy, hence, why I noticed no carts right a way. I pushed item to front of store, where I saw an employee with a cart. I asked him where I could find one. He was the best thing about my experience. He told me carts are located outside, but gave me the one he had and placed item in buggy and offered to help take it to my car(after leaving store I saw random carts in various places) At check out, the lady was fairly courteous, but there was another employee, who I assume was a break, as she is walking to register, her phone in hand with music blaring, she talks to the lady checking me out and it was a very inappropriate conversation to have in front of a customer. Once the distracting employee walked outside, I told the lady I had a coupon for 20% off. She scanned it, but it didnt take. She said the item wasnt eligible, probably, however, the coupon specifically stated carts, and that is exactly what I was purchasing. The overall experience was not good and I didnt want to be in that store a second longer. Because of this, when she scanned coupon and it didnt work I didnt even bother asking her to try again or to get a manager or someone else who knew how to add it. I went to that store specifically for the 20% off and now wish I just walked out, without buying it. I would not recommend this place, unless you are on a very tight budget and have no other options. I am in customer service and I am not the type to only leave bad reviews. I love leaving positive experiences too, because I know how important it is. Most people only take the time to leave reviews when they have a bad experience. This was truly a bad experience.

Always great tools. But the lines are just too long.

I have an issue w my wifi charge female plug...it gonna cost me + than $100 replace it. I went at the edge of 8 pm to get a welder it cost me only $4. Disassembly, and weld the cage to board...done in 5 minutes.

Managers just walking around the store doing a whole lot of nothing while there’s 20 people in line with only one cashier. Harbor freight has great prices but you end up paying by wasting half your day waiting in line. One time I asked one of the managers if they could help get the line moving, their response was “I don’t have any more cashiers” well this individual must have been too busy doing absolutely nothing to step up and help out to get the customers out of the store in a reasonable time. All the managers here should be fired immediately and replaced with individuals who are willing to work and that want to provide good customer service. And if you want a comment on social distancing, having 30 people jammed into one line less then 2 feet apart because the managers are too lazy to help the cashiers is contributing to an unsafe shopping experience. I wish I could get ZERO stars because this location is probably the worst run store I have ever been into in my life.

This is a fun place to go to. All is great unless you need to deal with an employee. I almost think they train SOME of their people to be downright mean. Not all. Oh well its not like I go there to to see them any way, but it would be nice if some management take notice and straightened out the consistent attitude problems.

Great place to get a great deal, on tools. Weekends have sales. There is a 20% off coupon, that can also be used, for anything you want, on weekends. Every 3 months is a really big sale. Various levels of quality, to choose from. Plenty of must haves!

Waited to-long, for garden cart in which the estimated in-stock status kept changing. I went to Northern Tool and got a heavier one.

The cashier and the manager neither one could do the math to give back change from 100$ for a 40$ purchase. Even worse they werent doing it manually they used the register.

Love this place

I really love this place lots of tools to choose from. They have generators to compressors, and air tools. Gloves and security cameras. if you love tools like I do you will be in the store forever its hard for me to get away. Such a big variety that I usually spend about two hours in the store. They have coupons you can use from the newspaper rack as soon as you come in the door. Some of the tools, not many, dont last too long. you really have to do your homework on some items. Ask questions if you need to.

Its nice to see that the place upgraded. Right when I walked in Dripaul greeted me and told me directions around the store. And Sara is a wonderful associate, she helped me sign up for store coupons with ease and rung up my things quickly.

They had what I needed for a fair price. That is all I can ask for.

I asked a couple questions to the cashier. I really don’t think she spoke English because she never answered me. It’s a shame. Harbor freight is an awesome place to have everything you need. I don’t ever talk to an employee because I treat you like trash

It takes less time to drive to another hf location 15miles away than wait in line in this one to checkout. 25 people in line, at any given time.

Harbor Freight Tools is a great place to go to find excellent items you might need for work use or personal use but I have to be honest and say that the cashiers at the Margate store in Florida need to be retrained. Every time I go and there is a huge line because the cashiers are slow, very slow. I have actually walked out a few times because I got sick and tired of waiting in such a long long line and there were only two cashiers on hand, sometimes talking with each other and making the line get longer.

Great prices!!! Cashiers were awful!!! They ring stuff up super slow, while chatting with each other about nothing. The only one who seemed like they were really putting in work was the girl with the blue hair. I will continue to shop there, because the prices are unbeatable.. but I will always make sure to have a good podcast handy for the 30 minute wait in checkout.

Love the company. Their quality has improved greatly over the past 20 years that they are now on par with most big name brands. But at a much lower cost...however this location gets 4 stars because the line is always long. So much so that I dread going to this location.

Usually a long, but fast moving, line to check out. Cheap tools, tarps, mostly its guy heaven. New movers dolly or new wheels to fix your old one! Their coupon deals cant be beat. Oddments such as dog cables & solar stuff, too. Their cashiers are more courteous now than some they had two years ago. Good trip.

Looking for reasonable tools and supplies then this is the store for you. Buying brand name tools can be stressful on your pocket. I bought a spray machine 3 years ago and Ive been using it ever since and I paid half the price compared to the big brand name ones. Also I buy supplies way way cheaper than regular stores and best of all the last long and work well.

Conveniently located, plenty of parking, and great everyday low prices.

They reset the store, after shopping there for over 10 years, I have to re-learn where everything is now. Good place for cheap tools.
