Brittany was the best she was so understanding helped with our storage needs. Even tho we didn’t rent at her location she was able to find a space within our price range and helped us rent unit online and showed us how to access app. Curtisha her co worker was also help full in the transition...They both have excellent customer service and knowledge about the business...

I have had this storage unit for 6 months, I started paying $162 in January and such a short period of time my monthly rate was raised to $232. Other storage companies do not rip off people this way. I would recommend any other company.

The best service I’ve ever received hands down, curtisha is the absolute best! She is a great representation of public storage.

I have been a resident of this place for almost a year, I’ve had to stop at the office 5 times in total. And 4 of those times I have been unable to get into the office DURING BUSINESS HOURS. None the less 3 of those 4 times there was a sign that the “manager” was on break, and they would return at X:XX time.. Well all 3 times it was at least 15 minutes passed. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. Period. They disappear for hours on end.

The unit I was assigned to had one of the metal walls caved so I brought it up to the sales person before signing up. I was previously told that I could swap out to a different unit for the same price but the sales person could not care less care or wanted to help me.

The rental agent was very nice.I expressed my concerns to staff but nothing was corrected. Worker was indifferent. She told me water does stand in the area she called the drain along the wall.Unfortunately the the rental unit became musty smelling and damp as South Florida began to experience frequent rain. Water would stand in area along outside wall.Hallways were dark and sensors often did not trip to turn lights on in hallways. I touched the sensors on the wall to try to trip but I had to turn on a flashlight. My unit had a light fixture with light bulb in the ceiling but it did not work.Pieces of damp pressed wood fell from the ceiling in hallway.

First I want to say that this location is excellent, very safe neighborhood and centrally located. The storage facility was clean and of easy access. And to top it off, the girl in the office, “Mitzi”, was super helpful, answering all questions I had in a very friendly Manner. I definitely recommend doing business with them.

This service at this location is by far one of the best I’ve ever experienced at any storage facility. The grounds were clean and Mitzie was superb. She was very helpful with getting setup and was professional and accommodating. Will definitely do business with this location again.

Hello All, I wanted to write a brief review of this property. I must first say that Mitzie went above and beyond to help me the night I arrived at 5:50 PM. that is 10 minutes be the location closes. I could not get there sooner because I just relocated here and just started a new position at a tech company. Even though I am in an executive position, I have only been on the job a few weeks. So taking time off is not something I could do right now.She stated that they where closing and I had to come back in the morning. I respect workers times, but I explained to her my situation and that I could not come in the morning as well. My moving would be at the storage unit by 10 AM. I begged a little, and she accommodated my needs anyway. She stays late for me and all; she made I knew where my unit was as well as making sure I had all the needed information to give my movers. It was really important since I would be working. Everything went smoothly. I want to thank Mitzie again for going above and beyond and also staying late to accommodate my needs.Thanks,Nelson

You must know by now that you have a gem at this location!!! Ebony is the absolute best at what she does. I have 2 very big units plus one parking spot and have been here for years and never had the kind of service Ebony gives. She went out of her way to be sure I had the information my company requested and I cant thank her enough. Please be sure to recognize her and dont dare move her to another location....she is just what this location needed, friendly, fast, reliable, helpful and dedicated to her customers.

I stop at this public storage today to pay my bill and Mitzie was very pleasant and helpful. She’s always cheerful and energetic and brings great vibrant vibes in the atmosphere.

Rodent dropping all over my items. I was told it was an outside unit and that was to be expected. I was given some rodent packs to throw around the unit. That did not help. What helped was me moving my items to Cubesmart in Margate!!!

We were undecided until we met Mitzie. She made this experience wonderful and easy. I would highly recommend this location!

The storage units are fine and so is the location, never had a problem with that, but we can NEVER reach the property managers, and when I say never I mean never. Been there for 3 and half years, and in all that time whenever I’ve called (at different times during the day, sometimes up to 3 times, and different days of the week) I can never reach anyone, even when we are at the location, and try to go in the office they aren’t there! Really frustrating, we are moving out this month. Tired of the non existent customer service!

Needed a storage unit for a limited time. Chose this location due to convenience and it was such a MISTAKE. every single one of my boxes, bags, etc. (including sofas) were infested with cockroaches. I paid 3 times the cost for the “controlled climate” storage unit and as far as I am concerned there is no excuse as to why there should be roaches. Ants, I understand. But it was INFESTED. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE.Also, besides the fact that I never received a payment due email but received I was being charged at late fee. That’s a whole different situation. Save yourself the trouble.

Mitzie is very courteous, friendly, patient and knowledgeable about her job. She exceeded my expectations because when I was done asking all my questions she ask if I had anymore with a smile and I don’t see much of that anymore in customer service. She is the BEST and definitely a keeper for public Storage!!!

Ebony was a breath of fresh air. Her people skills and ability to make one feel comfortable, knowledgeable and informed were exemplary. All the while she multi-tasked taking phone calls, handling other customers outside the building, allowing appropriate gate access, and never missing a beat. Shes a keeper!
