The customer service here is always great. The service technicians do a great job listening to you and capturing your concerns. Tony is great when it comes to breaking down the extended warranties and the maintenance plans. The facility is always clean, and they have drinks and snacks for you while you wait on your vehicle to be serviced.Plus, they have multiple seating areas. I like to go to the second floor and sit and look out over the floor below and all the beautiful cars!
This dealership always has a great selection of higher end Audis on the show room floor. The parts department is quick and thorough and the service department was able to handle my request with a short turn around, despite having purchased my original Audi elsewhere.
Mr Ellis I would like to let you know of the excellent service I received from Joey Davis Service Manager at Audi Marietta. My A6 was throwing error messages and went into limp mode. I was on the way to and IMPORTANT meeting that I could not miss. I got to the dealership and they told there was no loaner cars and my car was completely inoperable. Mr Davis told me to hang on and in 5 minutes he brought a car up front and took me to my office. He came back 2 hours later and took me back to the dealership where a loner car was waiting. The service from his technicians was excellent too. They kept the car overnight and made sure the battery was holding a charge and no error messages on the dash. THIS IS SERVICE. I have owned many luxury cars BMW,Lexus,Genesis and Jaguar which I still own, and never have I got the service at a dealership that Mr. Davis and his team gave me. I would like to thank Mr Davis, Grant Grumke, and Erin who got me my loaner car. I trade my cars every 3 years and I will for sure buy at Marietta Audi then. Thank You.

I recently purchased a Q7 and follow up was required in order to sync the Audi app with the car. There was also an additional tutorial needed on the features. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by staff and upon asking for assistance, to “set up” my car, had the best customer service from Haley Johnson. She was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Audi of Marietta should acknowledge Haley. She went above and beyond for a customer that wasn’t even her client…but I will be moving forward! Thank you Haley!

Had a great experience when we bought our 2018 Audi Q3, however there were a couple of things we were supposed to get after we left the dealer (our front windshield was slightly cracked so they had ordered us a new one and we needed some touchup paint in a color they no longer carried). The salesperson we worked with seemed to be really helpful and got us the car we wanted, but after we left we tried to reach out several times to follow up on those items but she had just ignored the messages. Seems strange that she was so nice when we were there but didnt respond to our messages after she closed the sale. Well return for scheduled maintenance, but will purchase our next vehicle elsewhere.
I enroll for Audi care for 5 years and cancelled in 3 years due to selling of my car, I requested fidelity to refund rest amount and they said Audi dealership will refund but neither Audi replied nor Fidelity so both of them are fraudAlso I have given three car ref to this dealership and they gave me fake expectation that first ref you get $250, second $500 and third $750 but they never sent me any Cheque again fraud family Jim Ellis company I did send email to JimAnd again no reply

Experience started out great, as always. However, towards the end it really turned sour. Seems there was miscommunication with finance as we were there to buy our leased vehicle, which we made very clear. When we got to finance, they made my fiancé fill out forms to refinance her current lease. Not only did they run her credit, which we now have to dispute, when the associate found out we were buying the car instead of refinance, her attitude completely changed and we felt as she just wanted to get it done and get us out. Her comment, word for word, good luck trying to get a car before 2022.We definitely wanted to stay with Audi and a Q4, as well as having history with this location with family members getting vehicles from here, but this experience was one of the most unpleasant Ive had. Definitely did not feel like family, let alone welcomed.
I had an awesome experience with both Keenan and Vince. I purchased a used (if 2600 miles is considered used) 2020 Lexus GS F from this dealership for +16K less than what that same vehicle cost brand new from Lexus 🔥🙏🏽😎. Plus 3K below KBB. Same vehicle with a couple hundred miles more than the one I purchased here was L Certified at a Lexus dealer for $11K more. The entire transaction start to finish was less than an hour to complete. Thanks Vince and Keenan. They also extended the courtesy of allowing me to leave my motorcycle overnight inside the dealership so I could drive the car back to the storage facility where I will be keeping it while visiting Georgia.

If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. I found what seemed to be my “perfect car” through Audi USA at Audi Marietta, so immediately reached out for a quote. The salesperson, Makayla, called me and we discussed the car. I continued to text and call her; though she was not responsive, and frankly very aloof. She didn’t honor times we’d set up to discuss shipping details (I’m out of state) or any of the other details. Despite the poor customer service, I proceeded to secure financing with my bank. After a day of being completely ghosted by her, I received a text the following day informing me that she’d sold the car. I have never received such awful customer service and would warn others against shopping at Audi Marietta.Thankfully, I was able to find a reputable Audi dealer and purchased a beautiful Q7 Prestige.
Whatever you do make sure to ASK FOR ALINE. She is hands down the best! I was nervous to purchase my first luxury car, however Aline made sure to answer my questions and take the time to compare models within my budget. My experience was stress-free and she gave me an incredible deal. Therefore I cannot stress this enough: ASK FOR ALINE!!!
Not good at diagnosing what is wrong with your Audi. I came to Audi Marietta in the fall of last year because the adaptive cruise control and emergency braking function stopped working. I was told that I needed a new windshield camera and because their repair equipment could not calibrate the camera as long as I have an aftermarket windshield an original Audi windshield. In addition the car needed a new batterie, so I was told. Because camera, windshield and calibration are around $ 2.5 K I went to Audi of North Atlanta to get a second opinion. While they agreed with Audi of Mariettas findings regarding the adaptive cruise control they explicitly stated (green on white) that my battery was fine. I then went back to Audi Marietta to have the camera installed which I bought online because they were cheaper than Audi of North Atlanta. Guess what: this time they also said that the battery was fine while I still had the old one in. However, they told me that I also needed to replace one of the two engine cooling fans which was no longer running when in fact all I needed was a new fuse for it. Had the fuse put in by an independent mechanic several months ago and the fan has worked like a charm since then, even in stop and go traffic in the summer heat. At least they calibrated the camera correctly.
I had a great experience with Christian Postell. I was able to get a vehicle which was something I really needed at the time. He assisted with everything from Financing to knowledge of the vehicles. Definitely would recommend him if you’re looking for a outstanding experience at Audi!

WAY OVER PRICED!!! GO TO AUDI NORTH ATLANTA if you have to go to a dealership. I went to this Audi Marietta dealership for an Oil Change and a Carbon Cleaning. They said an oil change was $169!!!!!!!!!!! That is insane (theft in my opinion). The total service was well over $500 plus tax. I went to Audi North Atlanta and paid $313 total (I saved over $200). Audi North Atlanta oil change is $89 for reference. DO NOT!! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to pay an arm and a leg or dont care about costs. Save yourself hundreds and go to the Alpharetta dealership.

I found the vehicle online and set up a showing with Haley on Friday afternoon, got there and they had the car waiting and ready to show. Haley was absolutely awesome, very knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and features and made the test drive experience enjoyable and informative. She applied zero pressure during the transaction, which I really appreciated.Even though I had limited time to complete the purchase, I decided to go for it and we managed to finish all the paperwork, trade-in arrangements, and financing in the narrow window I had available. Poor customer service and tried to upsell me significantly. First they did not respect my reservation time for drop off or return calls and notify me of pickup once they have your car. Then I was quoted for several thousand dollars of repairs after dropping my car off for a covered oil change. The first $1200 turned out to be “under warranty after all” due to improper review and of the issue and car service records from their own dealership. No apology or real explanation was rendered about this and it was only corrected after I called them out on it. The second recommended service was then successfully done with great customer service and for 50% cheaper at Audi North Atlanta. I will not be returning to Audi Marietta or recommending them to others.
Mecca in BDC was super helpful, very respectful and professional. I had an issue with customer service in the past dealing with different BDC representatives. She was by far the most polite and helpful. You guys need more employees like her!

First of all I will have to admire Audi services and my experiences in the past, ok so Audi Marrietta is the most overpriced and unfriendly staff, I was overcharged $1772 just to replace alternator on my 2015 Audi Q7 and I had to wait for a week. I believe Audi Marrietta took advantage of my situation the fact that I had no second choice but to get done at this dealership. Don’t go to Audi Marrietta unless you want to get ripped off and don’t have any other options. Unfriendly and unprofessional.

7/10/21 - First service under the Audi Care coverage. The high tech service bay plates reads tread wear that also analyzes the alignment. Also love the video thats texted by the tech telling you about your vehicle. Audi is always innovative.The only downside is that the quick was after service is not met with drying the vehicle. No one wants water spots on a 70 - 100K vehicle.Update 7/22: The Service Manager called me personally and apologized. Furthermore, they are picking it up, while dropping off a loaner. They will be providing a full detail at no cost to make this right. I did not ask for this, but this level of customer service making it right has gained them all 5 Stars!Thanks Jim Ellis Audi Marietta 👍🏾!
Audi of Marietta is a great place to buy your next car! They go to great lengths to provide you with all information on the vehicle. They even replaced the brakes because they didn’t meet specs, most car dealers wouldn’t! The S5 is a beast! My salesperson Shaun was great, had all answers to all my questions, he even informed me that the car’s name is Hank. A great car buying experience, and I think everyone knows that that is rare. Not once have I thought about the deal we came to buying this car, a great deal on a great S5! I predict a 85 in a 55 soon! 🤣

This is by far the best audi dealership location . I have visited Alpharetta and gwinnett . Everyone from person who showed us the car, to manager to makalya who closed the deal were just awesome. They are more organized. Customer service provided by them was beyond my expectations. I was little hesitate to visit this location as I had horrible discriminatory experience at Audi Alpharetta. This was our second audi purchase at this location. I highly recommend this location.
I made an appointment days in advance to see and test drive a vehicle and when my wife and I come into the dealership at our agreed upon time we were walked past and ignored by multiple staff members. I tried standing by the reception desk (which was unattended the entire time we were there) waiting for ANYONE to come by and I finally got someone’s attention after standing around for close to 10 minutes. I tell him that we had an appointment to see a vehicle and he goes off to get someone to assist us. Eventually I see the salesman who was supposed to be assisting us and he tells me “I’m currently with a customer I’ll be handing you off to someone else”. What was the point of making an appointment in the first place??? I sit down and tell this other guy what vehicle we are wanting to look at and he says he’s gonna go get it. We sat for almost 45 minutes without any sign or word from him or anyone else. So not only did we get ignored and our appointment tossed aside like trash, we were forgotten about. I don’t know if it was something about our appearance that gave these people the impression we “couldn’t afford” anything there but regardless of whatever “reason”, this was some of the worst customer service we’d ever experienced and were insulted.
Just leased a brand new eTron from here and I love it. In the last 6 years I’ve always had phenomenal customer service and easy deals. No pressure and always willing to work with me. I won’t go anywhere else.

As some who thought they knew what to expect from Jim Ellis (and Audi at least) I am beyond disappointed. I called ahead yesterday to make an appointment to drive a new Q5 (I currently own the previous model) I was connected with Eddie in sales who seemed nice enough and I was able to get over to the showroom and execute a test drive with him. The test drive was pretty average, as a car enthusiast and ex car salesperson I’ll admit my expectations may be high but also I’m looking to buy a $60-70k car. I’d expressed I was cross shopping the Tesla Model Y because of its self-driving features and how important that was to me as someone who drives extensively in Atlanta traffic. So, I really needed to see the tech Audi offer to counter that. Unfortunately my salesperson knew less about the latest Audi tech than I did and was unable to demonstrate Traffic Jam assist to me on the test drive. Not the biggest deal but making the customer go home and check YouTube to ensure key features are present as the lynchpin in your sales scheme is pretty sloppy.So day 2: Eddie is actually able to find some inventory close to the configurations I liked and is ready to induce the purchase decision. The configuration is an SQ5 and significantly more than I initially wanted to spend so I ask him to arrange a test drive first. This is not his top priority but he’ll get to it after lunch. Meanwhile I still have serious concerns about traffic jam assist etc. and feel like I’m going to need more than a spin around the block to make me feel at ease about now buying the top of the range SQ5. While I’m waiting to hear back, I’m thinking that my car is due for some service anyhow so I ask Eddie if he can call me up so I can discuss with him how we can kill two birds with one stone. I get a text back instead. I’d rather handle it by phone but I oblige him since I guess we are doing it the salesperson’s way, not the customers 🤷🏻♂️ and let him know that I’d like to just drop of my car for service. I ask if he’d just go ahead and arrange for a service loaner with traffic jam assist I can have some time to evaluate- a seemingly simple request.Not apparently, Eddie tells me it’s a separate department and he cannot get involved, I’d need to call myself and make the appointment and ask to see if they’d have the appropriate loaner…REALLY?! But ok- Eddie doesn’t make the rules. So I call service, Caitlin takes down my information asks what all I’d like to be done to my car then tells me that “due to the age of my car she’ll need management approval to make the appointment as they need to be sure they are comfortable working on my car first.” She promised to call back. It’s been 2.5 hours and no call from Caitlin yet…So I immediately sent a text to Eddie letting him know how dissatisfied I was with my service phone call. He was unbothered. I asked him how he expected me to buy a $70k car from him if I cannot even get my 2012 serviced there because it’s too old. He had no response. I asked him to please have someone with some authority call to explain all of this to me. He also did not respond to that text nor did he have anyone call me.I would personally not ever give a DIME to Jim Ellis for anything ever again. I’ve been in sales my entire life and this is one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had- especially in the luxury market. Go to Audi North Atlanta they are a Nalley dealership and you can be treated fairly and pay reasonable service department fees.
Quite unreliable. Chase them for weeks for a key they lost during detailing a car I purchased. Finally get that resolved, and by their own admission of a mistake they made, now I cannot register the car. Their only solution is for me to go to the tag office myself to fix their mistake now that the temp tag had expired. No new temp tag offered, no legal to drive loaner offered, nothing. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

Overpriced for parts in my experience. I called in after shopping around a couple of the larger dealers in the Atlanta Metro area for a couple of parts. This dealership was charging more than 60% OVER MSRP. On their website they dont even actually display the MSRP so that they can deceive the customer on what the partsactually cost. I understand that they are not a wholesale parts dealer (like Jim Ellis), but thats just gouging at that point. Every dealer locally goes by the MSRP and some will even discount the parts a bit. If I could give negative stars, I would. My husband and I decided to purchase a brand new e-tron and drove an hour to the dealership, with a checkbook in hand, when we walked into the lobby we saw a large sign detailing service promises- #1 being to be greeted and welcomed into the showroom. Well, things seemed slow and we waited and looked around for about 10 minutes and despite making eye contact with several sales members, not one of them acknowledged or greeted us. We walked around the inside of the dealership to go out to the lot and I noticed several sales members at their desks, playing on their phone- still no acknowledgement. We went outside for another 15 minutes looking at cars- still no one came to help. I was shocked that no one wanted a sale- we were serious buyers ready, willng and able to purchase a car- so I guess we will give our money to another dealer- North Atlanta Audi- here we come! Glad it happened when it did as I would not want to return to such a place for on-going service.

I have bought a lot of cars and I must say that this was my best car buying experience to date. Tyler Genter was excellent, I truly appreciate his patience with my over the top negotiating spouse. His level of customer service was outstanding from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car to visit Audi Marietta. Also, when I walked outside to drive off in my car it had a bow on it! I have never had a dealership do that. It was worth the drive for me.
I could have purchased my 2019 Q7 from any Audi dealership in Georgia. I chose Audi Marietta because they had exactly what I was looking for (ext/int color). When purchasing my Q7 I felt like I was in good hands from the moment I arrived at the dealership until I left. Im happy to be a part of the Audi Marietta family.

I took my 2015 Q5 (50K miles) to Audi Marietta in early November because the air conditioner had stopped working. It wasnt easy to schedule an appointment but eventually I was able to bring the car and get a loaner vehicle. I got a nice video of all the things that were wrong with the car and paid a lot of money to have the AC and a couple of other things fixed. I was assured it was blowing cold air but since it was winter it was hard to tell. Until yesterday when it was 70 degrees and the AC STILL BLOWS HOT AIR! I called back and the lady that schedules the service said that she spoke with the Service Manager and that they would evaluate the issue and decide if I should be charged for it or not. Unbelievable! So much for a luxury brand and and dealership that is supposed to be experts on Audi repairs. The brake also squeaks even though the pads are new and they couldnt figure out how to fix it, but offered to replace the entire wheel for $1000.
