Got a great deal on a stereo, rear view cam, door speakers, sub and sub box, and amp. Sent it half way across the country in two days! Would definitely shop here again!!

Just go 4 door speaker a 10 inch sub and Amp. Its only been an hour or so but so far I love it. The guys where really helpful and made sure I was on my budget. Ill definitely be back.

Laid back guys who are super friendly, do fantastic work and get it done in the amount of time they say. They put in a new radio speakers and fixed the flooring in my van so that when a mechanic needs to get to my engine they will no longer damage the laminate flooring I put in. They also put in a amp and speakers in my camaro and it sounds superb. I highly recommend.

Bad experience I was told one price for Stereo installation on my 2019 Slingshot then charged 3 times more than the quote. Manager said they have done 4 in the past and knew what they were doing I told them if you have done them before you should have given me a better quote. When I went to pick it up I found out they didnt even hook up the radio antenna cable and the response was I need an extension cable. I was told at one point that a manager would call be back before the installation but he never called. When they called to let me know it was finished I asked why a manager never called me back and his response was are you going to pick this up or not. Bad customer service

Jokers audio literally there name fits perfect, a joke sam took 2 full days and kept me there waiting for 7 hours and told me he’d be done with mounting 4 speakers and an amp wiring already ran mostly, he proceeded to put the wrong speakers that I wanted when I specifically laid them out, paid for them, and got the receipt for them. Still got the wrong ones, after the second day of coming back around 7 pm and them having it from the previous day I was very disappointed with what I heard from 4 speakers and a 800 watt amp as I went down the road one day later my amp had problems speakers quit working and amp wasn’t turning on so I returned it to get store credit it’s been 4 weeks sense they told me they would fix it and they told me it wouldn’t even take a week not to mention they didn’t hide a single bit of wire, people were rude, his shop stinks

I took my big rig in and these guys did a great job upgrading my sound system. Professional and took the time to do the job right. I will be back.

I stopped in for an audio upgrade and Sam expertly guided me through multiple options and helped to land on the right system for me. Taking into account what I already had, he recommended necessary upgrades rather than trying to push items that I didnt need. The finished product exceeded my expectations and was under budget. Every person who helped during the process was knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish, Jokers nailed it.

I don’t do reviews but... I spent $4,000 here so y’all deserve my opinion. 4 months ago, I spent $4,000 on 6 new interior speakers, 4 tweeters, 2 10” subs and 1,000 watt AMP. 2 of the interior speakers have already went out and are cracked. When subs were installed I asked for the box to be mounted, it was not mounted so it was just sliding around the trunk, loose. They messed up my wiring, I had to take it to another shop to get fixed because it was smoking while I was out of town. I noticed my AUDI factory speakers were WAY better than the “new” 6 speakers they installed, my factory speakers had actual bass.. They cracked my rear speaker frame. Without the subs on, it sounded like a mini Bluetooth radio... they’re complete junk! The subs are great, but I think it’s hard to mess up subs. This was my first sound system experience with them and it’s definitely my last. They don’t do returns or exchanges, so, what’s done is done. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. I’ve now went somewhere else and had issues fixed and the sound in my car NOW is $4,000 worth of sound. All I can say is enter at your own risk lmao

Great job ruining this car years ago, waited in store for 4-5 hours just so they can butcher it... yeah... really professional, I see why yall are called Jokers.

My Tesla radio gave them a run for the money! Sam Nicky and Mustafa communicated well with me on its status. Some workmanship raised concerns arose as I went through the car afterwards. A fin on my vent above the radio was broken, the backup camera was put on upside down ( I flipped it over) and the trunk carpet was ripped from some brackets which I glued back together. These of course wasnt this way when I left the car with them. Although minor I expected the attention to detail given their higher end cars and trucks Ive seen in the parking lot. Yea my radio two 2 days of headaches but I paid for the extra time.

I was in the market for Wheels tires in speaker upgrades and my doors for my car I walked in German was finishing up with the technician he finished up with the technician and we talked for a few minutes then another customer came in as a record to take care of that customer as I had to step out when I came back yet me and the down and talk for a few more minutes he had a phone call that came in I just ended up leaving my information he did say once he finished up he would call around and look for the wheels that I was looking for I still have never received a call or a text I went to the Acworth store and spoke with Sam Sam was able to address all of my concerns all of my questions that I had I will be doing business with the Acworth location as to the professionalism and the customer service at that location was Top Notch Jokers audio Acworth good group of guys there suggest that you would go see them

I would like to give them 1 star because the service that I got was poor. I purchased rims for my truck, they took forever to get back with me and took even longer to get my truck back to me. Guy at the front desk (not Donovan) said he would call me back when truck was ready, which he never did. I had to keep checking and popping up randomly. Also they installed the front rim on backwards and tried to blame me. So all thumbs down to this shop!!!!!!

Good experience. I took my girlfriends car in to get a new bluetooth head unit and four speakers installed. Sam was very helpful in setting up my service at a very fair price. Big thanks also to Mustafa and the technician who did my installation. The car was done within a few hours, and the head unit looks great and the speakers sound pretty good for the cost I paid. I asked to get my old speakers back once they were done, but I guess that message wasnt delivered, since nobody seemed to know where my old speakers were, which was kind of strange. Be very careful doing business with these guys, they did a install on my car dvd player 6 speakers with I bought in there store told me I needed to rewire the car speakers and charge me, it happens Im now selling the car n taking my dvd plus speakers out n there was no new speaker wire to b ed found same old factory wires. But they charge me for rewire be careful people...

I just bought a car and it already had aftermarket Subs and Amps. A few days of driving the Subs stopped working. I went to Jokers Audio and Donovan and Daniel were more than happy to help. I was there 5 minutes and my Subs were working again. Very professional and outstanding customer service and they know what theyre doing. They will definitely be my go to from now on and I highly recommend them.

When you find someone that you trust, someone that takes pride in their work, offers you great pricing and checks with you multiple times after the fact to make sure all is well, you stick with them. Wow! These guys are fantastic! They have installed new systems in two of our cars and let me tell you it blows you away. Donnovan, Tank and John go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and have the best experience. They put a new head unit and speakers in my sons T-bird convertible last year great job. This year my other son replaced his head unit in his Saab convertible and added subs. The sound is out of this world! Now little brother wanted subs in the T-bird so he could be as loud or louder than big brother. His car being 18 years old with little trunk space was a bit of a challenge. Donnovan and his team rose to the occasion and worked their @$& off to make it awesome. They are honest, hard working and reliable. We will be back soon . The Saab needs some new rims .

Maybe they do a great a job here and some of the staff are nice, but I refuse to and will NEVER support a business who keeps their shop dog in an emaciated state. Their big gorgeous dog they have at the shop has been returned to them multiple times because they let him run around on a busy street. Truly SICK and the owner should give his dog to someone who will actually care for it, feed it and keep it safe.

They made sure I was absolutely happy with the quality of the system and worked with me to get what I wanted at a reasonable price. Great Place!

First time experience went great. I was sold a dash kit for my mustang. Upon ordering it, I expected to wait a week before it arrived, I was very surprised to hear that they could get most items in by the end of their business day. The kit came in on time as expected, even with it being a holiday week. Install went well, I was even contacted by phone to see how my install went. I will be returning later this month to do more business, highly recommended.

I got just a simple kicker rt 12 inch sub installed in my car and love it. Very clean on the install. It puts just enough bass to match the speakers. They are very honest in what they tell you and very informative on any questions you have. Also a very friendly staff and will explain anything about your system that you have questions on. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Definitely gonna go back to them when I decide to upgrade my equipment again.

Great bunch of guys here. I went the cheap route buying and bringing my own subs, enclosure, and amp that I bought online (months before) but they still installed it anyway. Was in and out in a jiffy. Was advised against using the amp that I had originally purchased and told me the horror stories why. I had held onto the unit for so long up til this point, I figured why not at least get something out of it, so I took a chance and told him to go ahead and install it. If my experience with the amp ends up the same, I know where Im going to get it replaced and am going to take their advice. Im sure Im asking for an, I told u so..., but hey... Im not pressed. Hopefully it wont come to that.AND, the fact that a few of the guys there were from my hometown made me feel right at home!! Definitely recommending this shop to anyone who asks. Props to Jokers Audio & Wheels for their knowledge of products and expertise. I bought a set of 6.5 DD audio speakers for my Road Glide 1 year ago. I have found these speakers to be outstanding. They sound great at 90 with more to give and hold up in the rain since they are marine grade unlike the previous three sets of other brands that blew out. I just bought a set of 4” DDs for my Heritage Springer and while they might be small I look forward to great performance from them.

I like Jokers Audio especially Tank he is an elite audio and alarm specialist and he consulted me in the importance of car alarms and how great DEI alarm systems are for the common thief to not be able to break into your car. I chose the Viper with auto start alarm system since it seemed like the best bang for my buck he made it perfect to where I don’t even notice that the alarm was installed as if it was done from the factory and now I got some nice 12” digital designs sub woofers and an alarm at an affordable price thanks Tank and thanks Jokers Audio you have a lifetime member now!

I came here on a Saturday evening 1 hour before closing bc they were open later than all the others in the area and Donovan gave me exactly what I wanted on the spot. I had bought a used car the day before for my daughters birthday and wanted to replace the radio so we could give it to her the next day. It sounded and looked better than one I had gotten installed at Area 41 in my other daughters car a few weeks prior. Not only that, I got the (touch screen) radio, backup camera, and video capability installed for hundreds less than what the other guys charged for a much lower quality system and none of the bells and whistles. I saw the previous radio equipment at Best Buy for a fraction of the selling price at Area 41. Honestly, I thought I got a good deal until I came to Joker’s and saw the difference in quality and price. Of course, I knew nothing about car stereos beforehand...and I am so glad the other guys were closed and I had to find another option. Donovan at Jokers made my daughter and my pocket book very happy! My other daughter is jealous! We will be coming back for all audio work in the future. I’ve had my mustang towed to Jokers Audio twice now to get my tires fixed when they went flat. They put all new wheels and tires on it and also installed a sub and amp my friend gave to me. Ive been here 3 times buying hard to find wire harnesses and dash mount kits . Hes been great every time. I would absolutely recommend them and they will be installing a complete system in my chevelle.

I have a 2005 duramax and brought my man Tank a Viper 5806v module with the DB3 that I had received for the holidays. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to do it the day after I inquired about the install. Dropped it off and he had everything done and programmed by like 1, great service and staff. The guys at Joker’s were very friendly. We were trying to have a sat receiver added to the stock radio. They worked on it for 4 hours but the receiver we gave them was incompatible. They didn’t want to charge us for the four hours of labor since they were unable to install. That’s how nice those guys are.

Needed to upgrade my ‘05 Tahoe radio so I could have Bluetooth capability and my wife wanted to see a map on the big screen. Checked this place out because someone pointed us their way.Donovan took the time to explain our options and gave us pros/cons to think over. Didn’t push us to make a sale. After we made our decision he was able to fit us in same day. After the install gave us a quick tutorial, joined in by one of the guys at the shop that was more familiar with the system we bought.After we left we weren’t able to figure out which app is needed to enable the iPhone to mirror with the system but D has made it clear to us before we left that we could come back if we needed help or had questions. Will be taking him up on the offer.We also didn’t realize all the services they provide till Donovan gave us a rundown. Will be back for sure with our other vehicles. Definitely recommend.

Awesome place. Took a while for the install, but totally worth it. Super pleased. Plan on getting a wrap from them as well
