I honestly cant recommend this dealership to a friend. All was well until the administrative issues started. Mailed tag and tax title work 3 weeks after the sale. Two times Incorrectly prepared paperwork resulted in a car without registration for a month before the paperwork was corrected. In the end I had to pay more to just to transfer tag after financing was complete. Its like the Atlanta Falcons in the 4th qt. They cant finish.

So you can say I’ve been pretty happy with these guys. I love cars and these guys make it really easy. I’ve never had a bit of problem. Also, sometimes the buy back reason is just plain ridiculous. My 535i was bought back by bmw because there was wind noise at high speed...I drove it plenty in the highway, never heard anything out of the ordinary. I have also used their cloud shopping, with very positive results.If I ever move out of state I’d probably continue shopping for cars with these guys. Seeing such a high review rating for this place before I contacted them made me think they might be incentivizing or coercing a specific rating (like some new car dealers pressure for), but NO, THE RATINGS ARE REAL!
