Love this place. Always visit when traveling in from Virginia. Such a friendly staff and sooooo much to select from.

While exploring beautiful downtown Marietta, we popped in to Sylvis store to look around. Here we found a colorful array of flags and patriotic items, as well as a very friendly and helpful owner. She was interested in our visit to her fair city, and upon learning that we were going to listen to the community concert, she wanted to know if we had chairs. Coming all the way from New Hampshire we had not thought to bring chairs. Sylvi promptly loaned us two chairs with which to enjoy the lovely outdoor concert. This is truly a lovely store in a lovely town, but what makes it more special is the personal touch of kind and helpful people like Sylvi.

They were busy, which was a good thing since small business has taken hits but when checking out they checked out two people side by side. My cashier never said hello and talked to the customer beside me the entire time. I was never acknowledged. When I was done checking out I never got a thank you or have a good day, my cashier continued to talk to the customer beside me. I will not show at this store again since my business was not appreciated.

Visiting from out of state and entered with a face mask on and was greeted by female employee without a mask who immediately announced that I did not have to wear the face mask if I didn’t want to! Very disappointed the disregard for their customers safety!

Great story to stop in. Seems about 90% of the store was made in the USA products. Very friendly staff. Glad I turned around and shopped.

We needed help to get a flag pole repaired & the owners were very helpful, knowledgable, & very kind. We got our pole here originally at least 15 years ago. Great place to do business! Highly re commend it!
